Based on its condition, it appeared to have been gnawed by a rodent. I was so nauseated by what I found that I threw out the entire order. I was not comfortable serving or eating food that had arrived alongside a packaged item in that condition. What makes this even worse is the response afterward. Uber Eats refunded me only for the single cookie, rather than the meal I discarded because of the apparent sanitation issue. I then contacted Wingo's directly to give the restaurant an opportunity to address what happened and received no response. I understand that restaurants can have problems and that delivery issues happen. But receiving food with packaging that appears to have been chewed through and the food partially eaten is a serious food-safety concern. Ignoring a customer who reports something like this makes it considerably worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from Wingo's to avoid it. This was easily one of the most revolting food-delivery experiences I have ever had.
