This location is absolutely terrible! I never leave reviews based on bad experiences, but this one merited a review. So I order a pizza and garlic twists. After awhile, I get a call from the store directly saying my driver was there and trying to contact me...I had no missed calls, but I ran out anyway. When I get outside he's sitting in his car so I give a quick wave, figured we got things situated. He gets out and starts yelling at me that he called 6 or 7 times. I check my phone again and inform him I had no missed calls and that maybe he dialed the wrong number. He proceeds to read out a wrong number (remember, the restaurant called - so I provided the correct number). Trying to just get it over with I was like "Hey, not trying to fight with you I just want my food". He then yelled "Where's the money!?!" (I was paying in cash) so I just responded "right here (held up hand) I've had it the whole time". He responded "No, go back in the house, F#cK You!". He threw a hissy fit because he called the wrong number. I walked back inside and called the restaurant. After explaining the situation the guy on the phone appeared to agree and proceeded to place me on hold (for almost 10 minutes) to speak with his manager. He eventually came back and informed me the manager said to "just give him 50% off" and that the driver refused to deliver my food....All because HE dialed the wrong number. What a joke. If I could give zero I would. I ordered and I live literally a ten minute walk away but I ordered delivery because it was raining. The original time frame said 27-37 minutes. It is now one hour later and I am just getting my food and it's cold. I got a notification at 10:03 that my pizza was on the way and after calling and checking the drop off and it kept saying whatever time I called (I.e. I called at 10:21 it said pizza will be delivered at 10:21) so I choose the option to speak to a manager she puts me on hold for 7 minutes. I hang up and call back and she hangs up on me not once but five times she finally answers and says he is on his way and it still takes another 20 minutes. When the pizza finally arrives the driver refuses to come to my apartment let alone to my building even after I already left him a tip. Never ever get ordering from them again. Ordered pizza from here twice. Both times the pizza crust was doughy under cooked and soggy

I ordered online and came in about 20 minutes later to pickup some garlic knots, chicken wings, and a medium garden fresh pizza. I selected this type of pizza because it was the healthiest pizza option that the offer. I could have gotten the fresh spinach and tomatoes pizza with two different types of cheese, but I was pretty sure about the garden fresh choice. I have yet to try a slice, as I'm still standing here waiting for my order to be prepared. From what zi can tell it includes green peppers, onions, black olives, tomatoes, and mushrooms. How can you beat that combo? The place was nice, and it's set up strictly for carry out, and deliveries of course. I wouldn't characterize any of the people behind the counter as overly friendly, you can tell they are only here to do their job. AVOID this place !! If I could give a negative rating I would !! First off I couldn't understand the person who answered the phone AT ALL .... I ordered $8 wings and a $10 pizza and my total went from $32 to $45 LOL so I was sure it was a mixup and after multiple I'm sorry what? Can you repeat that ! Huh? what ? ugh ..... So I Placed my order online .... 45 mins later NOTHING so I called the store and yet another person answered who barely spoke English and stated "your food no come lady" "coming coming" 5 minutes later the delivery driver shows up BUT with half of my order!!!!!!!!! He said "did she bring your wings" ....... ????? Over an hour and a half wait for a pizza, and no one will even answer the phone. I called their national customer service line, and even they had no idea what is going on in the store. I've called no less than 6 times, only to be hung up on when someone actually bothered to answer the phone. When I called back like a damn maniac, they told me "oh, the delivery guy already left." If I wasn't watching my roommates sick dog, I'd have walked the 5 blocks over there - or ordered from somewhere else. Too bad I'd already paid via online ordering. But I digress. * The food being tasty, by national-franchise-delivery standards, isn't the problem. This particular store, however, is managed by Charlie Foxtrot. Several times, orders from EAT24 failed to go through. The most recent time, the order was listed as "confirmed," and over a two-hour-plus-forty-five minute period (I'm a big believer in the "Sunk Cost Fallacy"), despite the manager both putting me on hold for up to 20 minutes (despite my saying "no" in response to the I-now-realize rhetorical "can I put you on hold" question), and telling me twice that the food was on its way, I found, after the third call, that the order had not in fact been received at all. I later called Eat24, whose rep not only showed the exact opposite level of customer service, but told me that their company had been having problems with Papa John's franchises in numerous locations. OK so this by far has to be the stupidest people I have ever dealt with. I call to place an order for a pep w/ xtr cheese & garlic knots. The guy ask me what sauce with the knots I asked for Marinara. Well they don't offer marinara as a sauce with the knots. I'm confused as I'm sure there is plenty of marinara sauce there it's a pizza joint lol. So I only order the pizza at the guy was annoying me. The person could barely speak English. So I ordered at5:30 and was told up to 45mins delivery time. I call back at 5:35pm to cancel my order. After being placed on hold for 4mins. The guy tells me I can't cancel the order it is already on its way. And that it's been 9mins from when I ordered it. I say yes and I've been with you for 4mins trying to cancel the order. In the end it worked out as I hung up, the delivery guy came to my door. But I must say that was the fastest made pizza and delivery I have ever experienced. I looks good we will see about taste. But just the service I think they haven't been getting much business and held me on the phone so I couldn't cancel. The store is literally around the corner. On line order of a square cut pizza with an email response of delivery within 30-40 minutes; An hour and five (5) minutes later, I get a round barely warm pizza; called the establishment and stated I have a concern, and was immediately interrupted to say they're busy and my pizza is on its way - tried again to give details = again interrupted - went to assertive route, can I state my concern without interruption and you'll then have accuracy about my concern, instead of using your crystal ball of why I'm calling.
