On the Sunday before I left from DC, I stopped again and although wasn't feeling as hungry as I had been on Friday, I opted for the BLT. IMO, the BLT was the better option. Don't get me wrong the Cheese steak is amazing and well worth trying at least once, but the BLT, something about the simplicity in a sandwich being executed to perfection. I opted to have the sandwich on rye. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Their house made bacon is outstanding. Simplicity executed flawlessly. The staff is very kind and respectful.
