The receipt says the name of Tabitha but I'm unsure if that was our waitress or whomever was just logged into the front register. Please anyone and everyone go there and bless this lady with CASH TIPS! Regardless, our waitress was amazing and deserved $1,000.00 tip if we were able to do so. ***THIS OWNER COULD POSSIBLY BE RETAINING CUSTOMERS INFORMATION DUE TO THE ACTIONS HE TRIED TODAY!!*** Now to the worse part... we go to the register to pay. The receipt is printed and our cost was $118.71. Today is Thanksgiving day and we wanted to bless our waitress for her great service and as a simple act of kindness. This is what we do! The owner came to the register and said he wanted to see my husband's id to insure it was indeed his credit card because we were leaving our waitress a $220.00 tip. (Granted, this is a business in Winchester, KY and we are from Lexington, KY where the bigger restaurants must allow their employees to get a blessed tip.) They matched up and then he proceeds to flip the credit card over and says he needs to take a picture of his credit card info along with his drivers license and also writes my husbands telephone number on the receipt. That's a big negative! My husband says no, then retrieves his cards. There's no reason he would need the credit card info and his drivers license info if the credit card had already been swiped and approved. Actually there's no reason anyone should take a front and back picture of your credit card and drivers license. The owner gets pissed off and says he will only accept $20.00 charged on the card for her tip and that our tip was an unreasonable amount for her. My husband says he will just give her cash. The owner says, that's fine, go to the bank and get cash to give to her. My husband says he has the money on him and gives her the cash in person. The owner says fine, pay your bill and thanks for tip. Excuse me asshole. That tip was not for you and I hope that she gets to keep it. From the way he acted, it seemed like he was an abusive boss/owner! Our waitress was in tears and gave us each a huge hug along with her daughter that was there. The way that this man acted was so disturbing as if his employees don't deserve to be blessed. I hope that God blesses this lady and her family that she finds a better boss then this asshole! We couldn't really express how we felt about his actions in fear of he may retaliate against her. This post is not to deter anyone from going to this business but to just inform you all that if you want to give this waitress a blessing, bring cash because her asshole, abusive, prejudiced boss won't let you and will make the employee feel as if they don't deserve a blessing. I encourage anyone and everyone to please go here and bless this waitress! She's only been at the restaurant a few weeks and she says she's just moved to Winchester from Lexington for a fresh start with her children!

Parlour opened about a year and a half ago, in place of our beloved O'Charley's. Expectations were…read morehigh and my family and I didn't want its sacrifice to be in vain. Luckily, we weren't disappointed. When we first walked in, the ladies at the hostess stand offered us free breadsticks for joining "Parlour Rewards". Since these appetizers were being handed out for free, I wasn't exactly expecting perfection. But boy, was I wrong. The breadsticks were hot and fresh-the bread itself was soft and fluffy. We got the garlic sauce with them (recommended to us by our server) and it was delicious. After much debating and scrutiny, we decided to order two large pizzas- "The Boss" and "Hot Honey Pepperoni". The Boss was labeled as "very spicy", and it definitely delivered it that respect. Their homemade red sauce was amazing. The Hot Honey Pepperoni balanced sweet and heat perfectly. The only thing I'd change is the type of slice, since my childhood self was not quite accustomed to the triangular shape. Nice ambiance in here and the service from Karolyne was great. All in all, an awesome experience here at Parlour. Maybe even awesome enough to justify the loss of its predecessor establishment. I'd definitely recommend stopping by, and I'd recommend taking advantage of their free breadsticks that are seriously some of the best I've ever had.

Server was nice but new and didn't seem to know what the pizza options were. We ordered bbq wings and their version of a supreme pizza called The Deluxe. Wait was a little long but bearable. Wings were hot but weren't particularly flavorful. We chose a regular crust pizza but it was THIN. I was surprised that for the price that was the serving. Overall fine since their crust is doused in garlic butter and the pizza sauce is a little sweet, but with so many other places in town with great crust, probably won't return.

The price however was cheap and may explain the lack of it. Their boneless wings, albeit a lot like chicken nuggets, were really good with buffalo sauce on the side. Service was relatively slow. Not sure I'd go back when there are so many other great pizza places.

FatKats was labeled, "The Best Pizza in Town." Here are my thoughts. The restaurant had a reversed Pizza Hut vibe from the outside. The inside was full of purposeful graffiti and stickers on the walls. It was fine. It seemed fairly clean. The Good When we arrived, my daughter was having a HANGRY meltdown. One is the servers came over with crayons and coloring pages. I was optimistic! The pizza was pretty good. That is the star of the show. The prices were ok. The Bad Well, it took about 15 minutes to even order. Then, the salads arrived in a fairly quick manner. However, it had a little lettuce, some cheese, and a bunch of carrot slices. We were short on napkins and had to ask multiple times for them. My order was incorrect and had to be sent back and redone. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills, items that were missing from our order, and condiments. Overall, I would say the pizza was good but not amazing and the service was acutely lacking. I think if I could I would give a 3.5
