The refuse to give you what you order. No matter how many times I've asked they just cannot get it right

Went into drive through and asked for crispy spicy chicken and was told they do not make that but i went to a different store and they said they had it will never go here again absolutely horrible service and just pure laziness i hope this location does better soon because my visit was just horrible. read more

I went through the drive thru ordered a kfc famous bowl. They gave me 3 pieces of chicken. Customer service was ok.

Went to the restroom ladies went to the handicap because I am in a wheelchair, I had to get toilet paper and wet it before I could even use the restroom the toilet had poo all over it, The Handrail That you have to use to help yourself get up because you are handicap was nasty Probably hasn't been wiped off and I couldn't tell you how long it was disgusting the bathroom had a bad odor coming from it could have been coming from the sewer drain But it was very disgusting I turned around and left did not even eat at the restaurant. This place is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff is unfriendly, the store is disgusting, the food is good but they usually always get something wrong, they will charge you one price one day and you can go back the next day and order the same thing again and it be a different price and worst of all they are SUPER SLOW. If we didn't have limited options in this town I would never come here again. read more

This was my second visit to this KCF-Taco Bell Combo store... nothing has changed since my last visit, which was over an year ago.... next to this store is Long John Silvers.... We stopped here for lunch on our way to Millersburg, KY.... I went with their buffet, while others went with taco's. One thing I noticed, majority of all the customers are senior citizens or local high school kids.... while the high school kids go for the taco's, the senior citizens goes for the KFC buffet, which is around $8.50. Well, first thing I had to do was to ask for a plate... they had a tray with all the plates, etc. setup, but I never received this. The buffet is divided into two sections - cold and hot. On the cold side, you have cole slaw, potato salad, banana pudding, peach in syrup, etc. On the hot side, you had mashed potatoes, gravy, white gravy, biscuits, green beans, collard greens, corn, chicken-n-mac cheese, original and crispy chicken, apple pie and from what I could tell, fried chicken livers.... I love KFC's cole slaw, so half of my small plate was covered with that... I only ate the drum sticks and opted for the collard greens.... the greens were little bitter, but it was still good.... I was surprised to find greens at KFC buffet, but being down south, I guess this is given :) If KFC/Taco Bell isn't your cup of tea, go down the strip for Sonic drive thru. read more

They do not wash their hands at all, the only one that 100 percent does is the cook. a couple of employees are extremely rude. the food is either burnt, wrong, or right and the bathrooms don't get cleaned like they are supposed to they are nasty. Tables are usually covered in food depending on the day. The Gm Paul and the manager Bradley are extremely disrespectful to employees and to customers. I would suggest not to eat here at all but if you like to rude service go for it read more

Worst KFC I've ever been to. They always get our order wrong. Went there today for lunch and they gave us burritos, instead of the tacos we ordered. And I always check my order before I pull away "because it's never right during lunch". And they didn't even give us a fork to eat our mashed potato soup with. Yes I said SOUP, it was runny. No napkins and no straw. I went through the drive thru so I wouldn't have to go in. And ended up having to go in anyway. And then the lady told me if I was going to complain then next time go to Dairy Queen. I told her that was unprofessional and she said they don't pay the employees enough to be professional. read more

Love this place. They have a buffet so you can pay one price and pick and choose what you want to eat. They have crispy and original chicken on the buffet along with hot vegetables and cold salads + jello/pudding. read more

The restaurant itself needs to be cleaned better, I noticed dust on the area where you get lids, straws etc. The tables need to he cleaned better, took a few rounds to find a suitable table. The buns for the chicken littles tasted and felt stale, they allowed me to see the bag they came from and it seems they're all stale, or it's the transition from being in the fridge too long. The service was good, they replaced our food with something different, was actually of greater value but we weren't charged any more. I would give more than two stars but the cleanliness left something to be desired. read more

My wife and I just finished eating pot pies. One of the ingredients is said to be chicken.. Where's the chicken? I found about three/four slivers, and I really mean slivers of chicken after digging through the pot pie. It's false advertising to claim that you have chicken in the pot pies. Had the buffet didn't really look at it before I ordered big mistake, everything up there was either to old to eat or they were out of it. The chicken was up there so long you couldn't eat it asked if I could just get a couple of legs the girl working the counter said I would have to purchase the legs if I wanted them! So save your time and money and go some place that has costumer service. read more
