When you order, make sure your product is cooked well Service was awful , I stood for over 5 minute and had to ASK to be waited on Finally after 20 minutes I received my order Would not reccomend read more

I just moved to Paris, Ky and my first experience ordering a pizza from this Dominos was absolutely horrible. It was a Saturday, I ordered two pizzas at about 5:20pm. I was told it would probably be after 6:30pm before I got my order because the city was having a parade and traffic might be difficult. We called about 6:45 and they said it would be another hour because their orders were backed up. At 7:45 we called and we're told it would be yet another hour due to technical difficulties they were having that they made sure to explain "isn't our fault." So I learned where not to order pizza in Paris, Ky tonight. I recommend you do not waste your time with this business. read more

This has to be the ABSOLUTE worst restaurant or whatever you wanna call it! They NEVER & II MEAN NEVER get your order right. So.. I've tried to call the store & you're put on hold for 20-30 minutes...that's if they even answer the phone. There's been many times that they pick it up & immediately hang up on you?!?!! If you do happen to get someone on the phone about your pizza being wrong , they argue with you & refuse to remake it. Trust me ..I know what goes on there! Everyone of the employees are highl & probably don't have a clue on what the hell they're doing!! read more

I can understand the service being less than desirable... But the food is atrocious and the service (especially the manager of said store) doesn't do any justice for their helpless state. The most recent orders have taken way too long, food was greasy and cold and the toppings tasted like they've sat in the bin for a week longer than their expiration date. If you're wanting pizza, wings or a sandwich... I recommend somewhere else! read more

Not good doesn't EVEN describe the food we paid a FORTUNE for. The pizza wasn't even good. Carry out order of two different pizzas an order of hot wings and a Philly cheese sandwich. The sandwich was hard as a rock, cold not enough meat and cheese to even cover the bun it was on and it all was hard and scorched. The pepperoni thin crust was burnt on one side and the whole thing was hard. Live too far away to have taken it ALL back. Will NEVER spend my hard earned money here again. They don't even deserve one star!!!!! read more

I hate their food. I have been there a few times and each time ceased to impress. The servers weren't nice and impolite. That's why I never got it delivered to my house because they are rude and I don't like the way they do it. Their food is just so nasty and horrible nobody wants to eat bad pizza plus with the revolting service I declare those experiences one star and this whole review one star. Goodbye world and fellow Yelpers reading this review. read more

ordered a pizza at 9pm showed up at 11pm. had to check the cameras in the morning to see what time it got there, laying on my front porch. I had fix my own dinner after paying for it, then go to bed before the food i bought showed up. Absolutlely unacceptable. this place will never get my money again. lucky i haven't charged back my account yet. if you want dominos drive to lexington, i've never had a problem there. this place is a fucking joke. 1 star is far to much for these thieves. read more

if they were zero star i would post it this establishment disappointed me with there poor customer service skills i placed an order that got cancelled by them almost immediately i called back to see what was problem she was very rude said she called me once to tell me she cancelled the order because they ran out of chicken i would have just substituted it with something else but she said she was short staffed and didnt have time to be on the phone with me they sure have plenty of staff outside the establishment smoking yet they dont have time to make an order it seems like the only person that makes the pizzas there is a old lady maybe she does the phone answering too thats why she was so bitter i will stick with papa johns! read more

I ordered take out about a month ago. One pizza. I was told it would take 30-40 mins. I weighed my options, and decided I could wait that long. An hour passed and I called to see where the order was. After being told it was still on the way, I waited 30 more mins. Called again- no answer. Call again... was told via the manager that my order was canceled for some reason. She immediately said she would refund my order, and give a free pizza next time I ordered one. Today, I try and redeem my free pizza, to find out they need significant proof other than a refund on my account balance, and apparently there is no note about a free pizza. I calmly talk to this unpleasant parasite, and would not know how to manage a fart in a toilet. Honestly, it was almost comical. Dominos in Paris, you lost my business for life. I used to work for a dominos in Florida, and the customer service there actually mattered. It's really disappointing to have only one pizza joint near me- and with worthless employees to boot. read more

Do not go here, they messed up our previous order delivering a lesser value, said they'd credit our account under our phone number. Then told us to call in our next order to use the credit. Called in an order tonight, they didn't have the notes from the last instance, refused to honor what they said and played around on the phone for an hour. The male manager was useless and basically said we were lying, and the GM couldn't have been bothered. No customer service, dishonest people. I wouldn't be shocked if they put the difference in their pocket. Left a BBB review and will be calling their corporate office when they open on Monday. They said Joseph Williams was the owner of this location, I would hate to think this is how he wants his business run. read more

This location is never consistent anymore! We don't have many options here in Paris, but we won't be ordering from this place ever again until we're compensated for the inconsistent order because normally we just let it slide. However, this time we ordered 3 pizzas all with not just EXTRA CHEESE but DOUBLE CHEESE and this is what we got....not impressed!! One pizza was correct out of three! Really sad to have guests over that are hungry and requesting a specific type of pizza that we paid for and then don't receive it as ordered!! #NotImpressedinPKY read more

The 14 year old would have liked more mushrooms on his half of the pizza. I told him they might be skimpy because we got them with our reward points (almost free). Not sure if that is the way you guys do it or not, but he was a little disappointed by that. But he's still grateful to have and enjoy his pizza. Thank you.ORDER #219339 read more
