Tonight we pulled up and there was one car in the drive-through. After waiting behind them for five minutes, that truck drove off, which told us that something was wrong, we pulled up to the speaker and we were told that they would be right with us. After waiting for an additional 6 minutes, I said hello and the employee came on the speaker and said that she is doing the job of three people and that we are going to have to wait. All we wanted to do was order a Sundae because we thought that they could actually handle that. There was no one in front of us in the drive-through line and there were only two cars in the parking lot and we only saw one person inside potentially ordering food. This is absolutely ridiculous and goes to show that this location needs attention, because I'm not sure how they are even in business. Do better!
