Normally the best biscuit in town. This biscuit was not. I usually dine at the Ringgold rd location. Today I was on gunbarrel and decided to grab a biscuit. I got a combo as usual. What I got was a dry biscuit with a very greasy and stringy piece of chicken. The potato crisps were also greasy and clumped together with soggy inside and hard outsides. The drink was fine. The franchise definitely needs some attention. Also not very busy which makes no sense about the quality. read more

I used to order here a lot in bulk for work, ordering 10-20 sandwiches per order and they've never gotten an order wrong. Staff is nice and some still remember me when I drop by sometimes. The only unfortunate part, not to the fault of the restaurant, is that it is always packed. If you're looking for a quick lunch, look somewhere else. The drive-thru has a line of card wrapping around the restaurant parking lot and overflows into the mall parking lot for breakfast and lunch rushes. Chick-fil-A typically has wonderful service, and particularly fast turnaround time, so when we saw the line moving fast we weren't surprised. I was surprised though when the person taking our order, Brianna, looked at my car started to walk toward us, and then turned away. Our order was not taken and after a few moments of confusion, we decided to go back around and that it was just a bit of miscommunication. On the second time around we were the only car waiting for our order so Brianna was able to get it. We requested to do two separate orders, and after acknowledging that we could do that, Brianna turned her back on us and walked away. After a few moments of trying to get her attention, she finally came back to take our second order. The whole time, though, she was giving us attitude which is very unlike the way I have been treated at any other Chick-fil-a I have visited. The man handing out the food at the end was perfectly kind, so I assume this is just as isolated employee. I'm not sure if Brianna is up to par to Chick-fil-a's service standards. read more

The girls taking the orders were playing around and joking with each other while we just stood there waiting for our order to be taken. That was forgivable although a little irritating but then we went to sit down and everything was filthy! It was only 12:00 and it looked like nothing had been wiped down for days. The thing that completely grossed me out though and the reason I will never go back to this location was that the bathroom was worse than a gas station rest stop. I am including the photos with my review. I'm completely shocked that any Chick-fil-A would ever look like this. They are almost always clean and we rarely have a poor experience. The amount of filth that was on the floors and behind the toilets was appalling. There's no way they have cleaned them in at least a week or more. I hate to be that person but when you live in Ooltewah and you're used to a CFA that gets you in and out within 5 minutes, you'll view this store as ridiculous. Like every other location I have visited this one is always clean, neat and the staff is super friendly. The food is always great and my favorite is the grilled cobb salad. Unlike many fast food place this salad is packed with deep greens, and many other things not normally found in a fast food salad. I always get either the spicy chicken sandwich or strips, but I have had everything on the menu and love it all. We always seem to find ourselves there atound lunch or dinner but the wait is never unbearable. This one has a play place for kids which my daughter loves. It's located in what I call Chattanooga's shopping city which is anything near Hamilton Place mall. My favorite drink here is their lemonade. It is worth coming here just for this drink. It has a lemony tangy taste to this lemonade. Now, I usually get their number one combo which is their chick fa let sandwich combo. It has white meat which makes superbly delicious. I usually add just mustard and mayonnaise too it. Other times, I add lettuce and tomato. This really makes for a really great sandwich. The French fries are great too and come in crinkled squares. Food: The food is NEVER hot/fresh. I have gone 5 days out of the week and it might have been hot/fresh only once. They double-dip fries cause they are too lazy to make fresh ones. They give out nuggets that have been sitting in their warmer for longer than it should be. The nuggets also are soggy. Management: They SUCK. Then they have the nerve to get mad cause you have a complaint about their food. Employees: Mostly kids who sit and play in the drive-thru (which is unprofessional) while waiting to give the food out. They get an attitude because you ask for the food to be hot and fresh and most of the times they do NOT put it on the ticket, which is why the food comes out soggy, old and nasty. Pros: Convenient location Dear Chick-fil-A, No one wants your same old apology. Instead of apologizing, fix the issue. I feel like there's always an issue when I go to this location in Chattanooga. I usually go out of my way to avoid this location, the one on Brainerd Rd is the best. But I was crunched for time to make the breakfast deadline, so I went through their drive-thru. I tried to order a spicy biscuit meal, and the team member said they were out of spicy biscuits. It was before the 10:30 mark so I'm not sure why they stopped making them before the end of breakfast time. Also...they make the spicy chicken filets for lunch so it just didn't make sense.
