I went there tonight because they advertised the chicken nuggets and I haven't been in 8 years because it was horrible. So I gave it another try and I order two chicken nugget meals. I was asked to pull up because they were cooking fresh food. I paid $18 dollars and they came out twice asking me what was I waiting on. I got my two orders and I thought wow it will be hot and fresh. I ate the fries on the way home and they were cold. When I got home the chicken was cold and full of grease and dark brown from old grease. I couldn't eat it and threw away 18 dollars. I will never go back again and I can't believe they are still in business. read more

Need more organization here. Plenty of cooks in the back but only one person checking people out, taking orders and giving people their food. What they need is two people up front. One to take orders and check people out. The other person to gather up orders and give people their food. It took me probably 20 minutes after walking in here to get my food. That's a little bit too long -for fast food. Don't you think? I mean I was the only one in line and it took probably minutes to place my order. I got their $5 box promotion. It came with sweet tea, 2 piece chicken, mashed potatos and gravy, biscuit and a cookie. It filled me up. I will get this again. read more

got a chicken sandwich from this location and found green fuzz/ hair in my chicken, very disappointed.

Ordered an 8 pc family dinner and server said they did not have 8 pcs of extra crispy. He asked if we would accept some regular to complete the order. Told him no problem but got home and only got 7 pcs of chicken. Big mistake. Only reason we went there was that Bo Jangles was closed due to a water line break. Won't make that mistake again! I normally do not write reviews but this needs to be said. The customer service at this location is terrible. Also when i brought my food home i found a piece of plastic from the container the coleslaw originally came in. I will not go back to this place ever again. This has got to be the absolute worst example of customer service that I have ever been subjected to. I arrived at this KFC at 6:03 and did not leave until 6:28!!! To start with, the girl taking the order could not get it right until the third try...after I waited at the box for several minutes. Two Famous Bowl meals and a kid's meal...not even complicated. When I got to the window, the girl took my payment and then requested that i "just pull to the front of the store and we'll bring your food right out to you". I pulled to the front only to find two other cars already there waiting on their order!! There were maybe three customers in the dining room. By the time the girl finally came out and gave the food to the other two cars, she asked me what my order was. Fifteen minutes later!!!...a different girl came out and with my "so complicated" order...I then had to remind her that I had drinks as well!! 5 minutes later, the first girl came out and asked me if I had ordered Famous Bowls? I told her I had the food but had been waiting on the drinks. She then had the audacity to ask me to pull on around to wait on my drinks... I told her "No. I will not pull around because that will put me on a scenic route to get out of the lot and onto E. Brainerd Rd...I am just waiting on my drinks!!" finally, the girl came out with my drinks with a "sorry bout dat". And then, to beat this...when i got home they had left the cookies out of our order!!! I don't know if moving the cars out of the drive-thru window plays with the response time for this store...if that is the case, this is just a blatant lie. For several...several...several minutes, no cars were behind me in the drive-thru line...I can't think of any reason to move us forward to the front of the store other that to play with the response time numbers. Unless you have more time to sit in the drive-thru line than you would have to go to a sit down restaurant...STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! This is the worst restaurant!!!! I order and it takes them forever to get your order right! Then you pay and they have you pull around front to wait another 30 minutes and it's just awful because they forgot I was sitting there I had to call the store and ask where my food was that I was sitting out front waiting for it so obviously once you pay for it they are clearing it from the boards and trying to make the order from the ticket so they don't get shut down from having such a long wait time! They didn't offer me a refund or anything or an apology they just said here ya go! I want to give this place a negetive 5 read more

What a terrible fast food experience. When we arrived I first noticed how long it was taking to even place my order. Then I noticed a woman that was sitting at a table waiting for her food said she had been waiting for well over 20 minutes. I almost left at this point but some of my friends had already ordered. It took a solid 10 minutes for me just to order. Keep in mind there was a total of 5 people in the restaurant including myself. Then other people came in and ordered and received their food. Mine and some of my friends were still not out yet. We walked up to the counter and the cashier finally realized she hadn't made our food yet. My grilled chicken was in the heater and she began to pack it into a container. The chicken had been ready the entire time but just sitting in the warmer. Then she messed up my side and when I told her she rolled her eyes. At this point it's been about 20 minutes since I ordered. It was an additional 5 minutes before my friend got his pop corn chicken bowl. This was hands down my worst experience at KFC. Usually I can handle slow service but what makes me mad is disrespectful service. The manager did not seem to be doing my much at all, in fact she was sitting at a table eating telling the workers what to do. I hope someone from corporate KFC gets a hold of this location and completely change the management and staff. This location might have gotten a 100% on their health rating but it doesn't do any good if they can't actually serve you food. read more

It's just sad that a company put money and effort into a food chain with awesome food then leaves it to a half dozen teenagers to run it who could care less. Friday night, arrived and placed order at 8:35 pm to go for 12 pcs. Dinner. Was told what they were out of and what was left to pick from. I asked why they were almost out of all chicken. The guy taking order told me they are about to close. I reminded him on the door they close at 11. He said he didn't know what that was all about but he is closing in less than an hour. The 6-8 employees there were working very hard to break down all equipment and get it clean so they can go home or somewhere besides work. At 8: 45 in place was almost spotless because they quit cooking and we're turning customers away. I witnessed at least four groups leave in disappointment. If this was my business I would be pissed. It's hard to get customers then to have them turned away. I bet that wasn't on the business plan. read more

Terrible. Waited in line for 10 minutes just to receive a bad attitude and cold chicken. Will never eat here again.
