This was the actual worst fast food experience I've ever had, including when I worked in fast food. Ordered ahead and it took about 45 minutes total to get my food and get out. Apparently this chicken restaurant doesn't keep chicken prepared for potential instances where people might order chicken. I've seen management scream at and degrade the employees (who I'm pretty sure are all minors). I understand not wanting to put in effort at a workplace where you're treated poorly, but Jesus Christ. This place just needs to stop hiring kids because they clearly cannot handle having a job at their little age. The employees AND their managers need to do better. read more

Bojangles wants to push their phone app ordering so I place a in store pick up order. I get to the store and there are 20 or more cars in the drive thru and the inside is locked. can't get anyone to come to the door and there is no way to cancel your order in the app and when you try to call the store, their voicemail is full and no one answers. You are either stuck with them charging your card and you not getting an order or you have to wait for 30 minutes in line. There's no way to contact them to even get a refund. They want to blame it on staffing shortages yet somehow they're competitors like Chick-fil-A can manage to get orders out but they can't read more

No one was there. The dining room was open, lights were on but no one was behind the counter or in the kitchen. The place was deserted.

They push the mobile app and it doesn't work I order 2 finger meals and wait a hour and a half just to half to go in to get it and wait another 30 min for them to tell me they didn't know I had a order all the food was bad and they gave me mash potatoes with breakfast gravy at 2 in the afternoon read more

Food was good so was the service but the language that was coming from the employees in the back ( that was being heard from everyone in the dining area) was horrible. I could tell the poor cashier at the front was embarrassed. The loudest and the most vulgar was a woman that I am guessing was the shift manager. Ugh! Sorry...not sorry but this place is horrible, and way to expensive for what you get. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered through the drive thru. Never received a confirmation of what we ordered so asked that first we watched them make the sandwiches through the window commenting to ourselves "well, we know it will be hit and fresh. Fries were cold and soggy, and I guess "seasoned fries" means lots of salt. No ketchup or straws but we did get more napkins than we will ever use. The food was mediocre. Nothing to cheer about. And I'm not really sure if the bacon was bacon or ‍. What I really want to show y'all is the piece of wilted lettuce on the sandwich. Remember we watched them make the sandwich so it was not sitting under a heater until we picked it up. Anyway, we've learned and will not be going back...ever. read more

A nice representation of the chain. The staff were friendly and helpful, and as always I found the food tasty. The chicken was crisp, fresh, and juicy. The biscuit was fluffy and buttery, and the dirty rice was nicely seasoned with generous bits of sausage. I like the flavor of their slaw, but Bojangles has reduced the portion size significantly and disproportionate to the other side dishes, which seems strange for a dish based on cabbage. read more

At some point, you just know better. That's how I feel with this great establishment! Placed an order through the drive through, paid, didn't receive a receipt, and asked to pull forward. So I complied, I was informed the chicken was 3 minutes until done. 15 minutes later I waked in and asked about my order. The woman behind the counter says "what drive through order?!" SERIOUSLY?!? I traveled here from out of town, as for the restaurants itself, I Love it!! however the location at 7987 E Brainerd was beyond a nightmare to say the least, I saw signs outside saying "Closed "when I went to Drive thru the lady spoke so softly I couldn't understand her, after I ordered they tried to talk me out of what I asked for citing there was gonna be a long wait, then When I asked if the dinning room was closed they laughed at me and said "Nope we are open!!", my order was wrong, when I asked them to correct it, they just responded "WE THREW AN EXTRA HALF GALLON OF TEA IN THERE FOR YOU SIR!!" in an abrasive manner. -the customer service here was beyond awful-As an out of state visitor I seriously didn't expect to be laughed at or mocked, it seems the employees at this location enjoyed giving below average customer service, -#NEVERAGAIN !! Absolutely sorry workers, especially during "the rush". The girls they have working the window are nothing but trash with attitudes. They need to take notes from Hardee's next door when it comes to customer service. Not my first trip to a Bojangles, however my first time at this restaurant in particular. Overall I am very satisfied. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by friendly staff at the counter. I had questions about a menu item that looked interesting and they were able to answer all my questions. That in itself is unusual for fast food. At least in my experience. I Ended up ordering the rice bowl. It looked kind of small on the picture, however it came out in a good sized bowl which had plenty to satisfy my hunger. I also had their "famous sweet tea quote and it was also very delicious. I'm kind of picky about my sweet tea being a southerner. However I thoroughly enjoyed your sweet tea and will order it again the next time I'm here. It had rice and cheese and spices and chicken. It was exactly what I had in mind for dinner. I wanted some kind of layered bowl, and it hit the spot. The restaurant itself was very clean I only saw one napkin underneath the table across the way. Aside from that, it was very clean. The bathrooms are also clean. There seem to be plenty of staff, and my food was prepared quickly. My order was correct. I will be back and I do recommend this restaurant if you're looking for biscuits or chicken or things of that nature. read more
