Friendly & helpful staff, very clean dining area. Stopped in when we saw a billboard on I-75. It was just 4:00 - the end of lunch deals - but the cashier told us the Senior Meal was less expensive than the lunch deal, even with adding a drink so it worked out great. So glad she told us! The salads were crisp & fresh, the lasagna & breadsticks were perfect! Brittany & Ashley were the team helping when we were there. read more

I've always gotten good food and good service at this location. I definitely recommend.

I went by this week, after not going for years. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It was good. Bread was very garlicky.

We needed a wedding reception catered for 200 people. Our order was accurate, the food was fresh and hot, everything was perfectly packaged, and it was ready on time. They even thought of little things that we didn't: to-go boxes, serving utensils, etc. Both Ashley and Brittany were professional and friendly, highly responsive to any questions we had, and everyone helped load everything into our car. I highly recommend them and am super thankful for their hard work and thoughtfulness! read more

The food was just what I needed for a good pick me up on my way to Pigeon Forge. The people were friendly and the food was fresh. The restaurant was clean. read more

Fazoli's - tables and chairs in a restaurant - Italian Near Me - Cleveland, Tennessee

Good food good service Def recommend this place to get some banger food and they really have the best breadsticks and the best pasta

Fazoli's is a chain Italian restaurant in the southeast. It was my first time trying it out and I ordered the Ultimate Sampler, which included fettuccine alfredo, lasagna with meat sauce, penne with meat sauce, and spaghetti and meatball (one single ball). All four were good but their breadsticks were the star of the show. Those were worth the trip alone. I like Fazoli's and would definitely return again to try some other items from their menu. read more

The food was delicious and the service was great, as always!! Happy every time! Great value

Got delivery from here while visiting from out of town. Exactly what you would expect which is perfect. Nothing extra special to note.

I went by last night after getting off work. I normally work 12 hours a day and it's after midnight when I come through. I was excited to see the lights on a little before 10:30 and pulled in to the drive thru. After waiting there a few minutes someone just turned the drive thru lights out on me. A simple sorry we're closed through the drive thru would have been much more professional. I usually frequent Fazolis weekly but not any more. read more

Always great here even on busy lunch days. You might have a line but they are better organized than most lunch spots and get your food to you in reasonable time. Also, they now bring your food to you with real dishes and utensils. So I guess I am having a "green" lunch with less heading to a land fill. I know I am doing my part by eating everything they give me. They even clean the tables now that you have your food on there dishes. Nice touch read more

This restaurant has good spaghetti and baked spaghetti at reasonable prices. Today I ordered baked spaghetti and when I got to table they brought me spaghetti with meat sauce and tried up tell me it was mine. I had to tell her at least 3 times this. She also said it didn't come with a drink. Which it did. Finally they brought me what I paid for. read more

GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. I never leave reviews for places but I'm mad Bc I was just so horribly sick. I got the carbonara from here today and it was the only thing I ate differently from my family all day and they're all fine. read more

We went to Fazolis tonight. There were two young people working the front named price and mikah. These two were absolutely incredible. They had wonderful manners and helped with any requests. They brought breadsticks when asked. They offered to go bag etc. I was impressed with their work ethic and kind demeanor. We will now be frequent customers of this location! Way to go Fazolis for choosing nice staff! read more

Awesome people awesome place, good food at a good price. Management is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back

The breadsticks!! are so amazing! basically the main reason so come. The staff is always so kind and our food comes out fast and hot.

I wanted to eat here so badly...and then one use of the restroom before ordering told me I was NOT going to be eating here! In addition to the lights being out in the stalls...this is what the rest of the place looked like. And you know what they say about restrooms in restaraunts... a dirty restroom = a dirty kitchen! So gross! Just take a look at the pic...how much you wanna bet the kitchen pan on the floor under the sink ends up back in the kitchen! read more

Fazoli's - I don't trust a restaraunt with a nasty restroom. Dirty restroom = dirty kitchen! - Italian Near Me - Cleveland, Tennessee

The food is always good and the service always friendly. Often the breadsticks are too dry. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

What can I say about Fazoli's? Well they have great food at cheep prices what's better than that! I'll be back. read more

Yummy I had the 3 cheese ravioli bake (lighter side) $3.99 it was small but yummy... creamy and flavourful...and for this town i found it to be a reliable source or american ztyle "italian" as a matter fact i didnt notice or see muvh difference than the pasta at the olive garden across the street. However this has even a srive through which i liked because it made it ten times esier. read more

Legacy was such a nice young lady and did a fantastic job when I visited today. She had great customer service skills and is great at her job. She takes orders quickly and pleasantly and then checks on the customers to see if they need anything. She made my dinning a Fazoli's and very nice experience. Thanks read more

I think my wife said it best," I would rather pay 24.00 for three meals here rather than 50.00 for two meals at the Olive Garbage." Let's face it. This place is Italian fast food. It is never going to be gourmet, but for 6.99 a meal, it is worth it. read more

Service and food was great!! We had a party of 22 and they got our food super fast!! Also love their breadsticks

if you're looking for a decent meal, unlimited breadsticks, and in the mood for italian...and only have a 5 spot in your wallet.... THIS is the place. Nothing fancy, nothing memorable, but it accomplishes the goal of reasonably good food...fast...cheap. read more

Loved the newly remodeled restaurant. The food was good as usual; however, to be charged a 2nd kid's meal because I wanted another slice of pizza is gouging. I had to pay for an extra drink which I didn't want or need. Come on Fazoli's find a way to add a slice of pizza without making an extra $1 each time. read more

It was August 4, 2008. I was five. My mom asked my father to go pick up a new DVD for me and my friends. He had said, "okay," and walked out the door. But not before saying a very lengthy goodbye and saying he loved me. The store was down the street. It's been eleven years since he left, and I last saw him. I've waited that entire time. But you know what? I waited longer for my side Caeser Salad, which was all I ordered at the time. The order was never even placed. And it was sub-par, but at least I got it at some point. Unlike my father. read more

Amazing food and service, jalen was an especially good server!!! Thanks for the great food and service!!!!

Came through the drive thru tonight around 9:00, very fast. The girl in the drive thru was very sweet and answered any questions that I had. My food was prepared correctly, and I recommend! Very sweet staff, and definitely will come again, love being asked how my day is going and getting my food! First time leaving a review. read more

I wish our food hadn't sat in the window as long as it did then maybe it would have been better but for the price you can't beat it. I enjoyed the tortellini in alfredo sauce. My husband got two different meals to try them out. The chicken parmesan was the only one he actually ate. His other was alfredo sauce over noodles with a few pieces of broccoli scattered in. Not sure if there was anything else in it but it did not look appetizing. He didn't eat it. Overall not a bad experience. read more
