Friendly & helpful staff, very clean dining area. Stopped in when we saw a billboard on I-75. It was just 4:00 - the end of lunch deals - but the cashier told us the Senior Meal was less expensive than the lunch deal, even with adding a drink so it worked out great. So glad she told us! I went by this week, after not going for years. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It was good. Bread was very garlicky.

We needed a wedding reception catered for 200 people. Our order was accurate, the food was fresh and hot, everything was perfectly packaged, and it was ready on time. They even thought of little things that we didn't: to-go boxes, serving utensils, etc. Both Ashley and Brittany were professional and friendly, highly responsive to any questions we had, and everyone helped load everything into our car. Fazoli's is a chain Italian restaurant in the southeast. It was my first time trying it out and I ordered the Ultimate Sampler, which included fettuccine alfredo, lasagna with meat sauce, penne with meat sauce, and spaghetti and meatball (one single ball). All four were good but their breadsticks were the star of the show. Those were worth the trip alone. I like Fazoli's and would definitely return again to try some other items from their menu. read more

I went by last night after getting off work. I normally work 12 hours a day and it's after midnight when I come through. I was excited to see the lights on a little before 10:30 and pulled in to the drive thru. After waiting there a few minutes someone just turned the drive thru lights out on me. A simple sorry we're closed through the drive thru would have been much more professional. I usually frequent Fazolis weekly but not any more. read more

Got delivery from here while visiting from out of town. Exactly what you would expect which is perfect. Nothing extra special to note.

Always great here even on busy lunch days. You might have a line but they are better organized than most lunch spots and get your food to you in reasonable time. Also, they now bring your food to you with real dishes and utensils. So I guess I am having a "green" lunch with less heading to a land fill. I know I am doing my part by eating everything they give me. They even clean the tables now that you have your food on there dishes. Nice touch read more

This restaurant has good spaghetti and baked spaghetti at reasonable prices. Today I ordered baked spaghetti and when I got to table they brought me spaghetti with meat sauce and tried up tell me it was mine. I had to tell her at least 3 times this. We went to Fazolis tonight. There were two young people working the front named price and mikah. These two were absolutely incredible. They had wonderful manners and helped with any requests. They brought breadsticks when asked. They offered to go bag etc. I was impressed with their work ethic and kind demeanor. We will now be frequent customers of this location! I wanted to eat here so badly...and then one use of the restroom before ordering told me I was NOT going to be eating here! In addition to the lights being out in the stalls...this is what the rest of the place looked like. And you know what they say about restrooms in restaraunts... a dirty restroom = a dirty kitchen! So gross! Just take a look at the pic...how much you wanna bet the kitchen pan on the floor under the sink ends up back in the kitchen! read more

Legacy was such a nice young lady and did a fantastic job when I visited today. She had great customer service skills and is great at her job. I wish our food hadn't sat in the window as long as it did then maybe it would have been better but for the price you can't beat it. I enjoyed the tortellini in alfredo sauce. My husband got two different meals to try them out. The chicken parmesan was the only one he actually ate. His other was alfredo sauce over noodles with a few pieces of broccoli scattered in. I was really excited to see the Fazolis sign on 75 because we don't have Fazoli's in our town anymore. This experience made me happy we don't have one anymore. Our order was skipped (families that showed up 10 minutes after us had their food before us). We had to flag down a hostess to tell her we still didn't have our food and after that we had to wait another 5 minutes for our food. Then there were no forks, and we had to wait for another 5 minutes for the hostess to bring forks out to the self-help table (she didn't bring them to us after we specifically asked for them). My noodles were cold after having to wait so long. Never going to Fazoli's ever again. read more
