Upon opening the boxes at home, both pizzas were super thin and undercooked - so floppy that the toppings slid off on to my brand new Philly's shirt - dang! Last night after a long night of bowling, my crew and I were DESPERATE for a warm, cheesy, slice of pizza. When we saw that papa john's was open, we were overjoyed! We zoomed over to the establishment and were warmly welcomed by THE PAPA KAI. Papa helped us to achieve our dreams of a comforting cheese pizza. We watched him roll the dough, fresh, he really kneaded that shit. He then put the sauce on, evenly. Lastly, he topped it off with mounds of glorious cheese. That shit was ready in 10 minutes. Only "problem" I have is charging $3.99 for delivery and NONE of that money goes to the driver... that's kinda lame as it almost discourages tipping. Honestly I love papa johns but they seriously need to re-evaluate their garlic sauce placement. I'm tired of getting melted/ liquid garlic sauce when it should be enjoyed properly as a creamy sauce.... not as a liquid shit show. I've ordered from this Papa John's before with no issues. On Thursday, we ordered a large pizza with pepperoni as usual. My husband was on his second slice of pizza when he noticed a long, straight, dark hair baked into the cheese of the pizza!!! I called immediately and all the girl said was "oh, yeah.....sorry". It's just particularly upsetting during this time when you expect and are promised a higher level of sanitation and cleanliness. I sent a note to the manager and still no response. Beware! read more

This was the worst pizza buying experience of my life. I placed the order online. The website told me 25-35 minutes until delivery. Perfect. Two and a half hours later I have my pizza in hand. I easily could have picked it up in that time if the estimated time had been accurate. Plus I paid delivery fee and tip on this overpriced pizza. Last time I order a pizza here. I am unsure why the ratings for this absolute blessing are so low. Papa John's Pizza has never disappointed me. You may be able to find better quality in other more local venues, but you cannot match the value of Papa John's. (Allow me to clarify; the quality is great, but no chain can boast control over the highest tier of quality). At first, I just ordered from here for convenience, but it became something more when I downloaded the app as well. They alert me of deals, which might I add are always phenomenal, and offer loyal customers so many free features. They provide for you with both the app and their general presence the means to acquire a great yet affordable meal and really customize your experience. I cannot highly enough praise Papa John's. Just had papa johns deliver to our house. For one, our order was wrong. We ordered one large plain pizza and a large pepperoni pizza. We received two plain pizzas. And then we found hair - long hair that was baked (under the cheese) and in at least 3 slices. So nasty. Threw the whole pizza away. Never again. read more

Out of all the places I order pizza from (and I LOVE pizza), Papa Johns are by far the BEST when it comes to skimping a pizza. Mainly the cheese. On numerous occasions I would order from this location and there's parts of the pizza that'll be bald and/or just sauce. Today I made sure I ordered extra cheese (which is an additional charge) and it comes out to look like a normal pizza that should be given to a customer nothing more nothing less! So basically it's like getting charged more to have a pizza done correctly. Had the Phillies not won last night and I didn't get my pizza half off I wouldn't have thought twice to take my business elsewhere. read more
