Placed an online order and arrived at the store when my order was suppose to be ready, on my app it said my order was complete. I go in give my name and they said it wasn't ready even though everywhere else said it was? they were still working on it apparently because of a mess up on the order. Sat around for 25 mins and when asked by a new employee what I was waiting for I gave her my name again, and she said oh it's right here on the shelf. No one let me know my order was complete or anything. Once I got my food it was cold. Disappointed in the lack of communication between employee and customer. Placed an order with the Cherry Hill store and they did not provide the dressings I ordered for my chicken and garlic knots. When I called I was told that I could get free ones next time I order. So what do I do in the meantime -- meaning for this order? I told them the next time I order would not be for quite sometime, but it did not seem to motivate the person answering phone at all! I specifically asked the delivery person if she had my dressings and she said no. I am not a review person, but I am so angry I had to post this. I order from this location at least 1x per month and keep in mind that these dressing are not free. I am also a good tipper!!! And this is the response that I got! Was really in the mood for pizza! Really not allowed to eat it because of health issues. Used Domino's for many years when my kids were young. Taste was good, but the toppings (what topppings? - hard to see because there was so little and lack of quantity of them (and I MEAN little) -- pineapple, mushrooms and steak). I know everyone is trying to cut down on their products, but this was ridiculous. The $7 was acceptable, but it was practically eating a plain pizza because of the lack of toppings. I have had pizza from Domino's before, so I was not expecting culinary excellence. I have never been delivered such a poor quality mess as was delivered yesterday from the Cherry Hill location. The pizza crust was okay , but there was virtually no sauce and little to no cheese on most of the pizza's surface. Toppings were sparse but tomato sauce and cheese ??? There was a 1/2 price special going on which I was not using. Half price special does not mean you use HALF the produce. I don't know when Domino's stepped their game up, but I'm glad I found out that they did! I haven't been a Domino's fan since I was a teenager. Back in NY it was closer than their far superior (in my opinion) rival, so it was the go to place to order. Fast forward a bit I'm a grown up, order for my kids again it was the closer location, it won. But at some point simultaneously their rival came into town, and they started putting some kind of garlic butter on their crust and they lost me, not to mention they don't have honey bbq wings... I think that's probably the only thing in my house we all eat and agree on honey bbq wings. Fast forward some more to the present... their rival has fallen off tremendously, kids frequent sleepovers and they're like mom Domino's is pretty good now.. I'm skeptical, but they've said it more than once so I figure eh what's $15 to give it a shot. Now I actually hadn't been eating it since I transitioned to gluten - free/sensitive diet, but it looked pretty darn good. I realized they had gluten-free crust, but I didn't feel like spending the $15 for one pie just for me that I was skeptical about.. so when they had their 50% off menu priced items I figured, ok now is the time to try it, and try it I did.. Guess what it was Amazing! I was shocked! I had it topped with one of their veggie offerings, it tasted like a gourmet pizza, even writing this I'm still shocked at how good it was. This trip I had went and picked it up the first time ever inside this location it was really nice. Board with your name on it, the status of your pizza. It was clean and fresh in there it looked like a higher standard of pizza, not just a delivery joint, but welcoming like "hey, sit in if you'd like". The whole experience was surprisingly good. I can't front I even like their pizza tracker when you order online, I think it's so cool, it tells you the name of who is making your pizza, who is delivering it, love it! I couldn't give 5 starts for two reasons #1 they still don't have honey bbq wings and #2 the create your own pasta bowls you can only add 3 items.. you should at least be able to get all of the sandwich offerings i.e. the Sausage & peppers as pastas. I ordered two pizzas from this location about a week or two ago and it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Usually when my husband and I pick up the order, the boxes are nice and hot, but this time they were barely luke warm. It was like the pizzas had been sitting out for a half an hour already. We had to put them back in the oven for about 15 minutes or so to heat them up. I like the idea of that online tracker so you know when to leave the house judging by the progress of your order. According to the tracker, our order wasn't even in the oven yet, but we left the house just to be sure we made it there just as it was getting done. I suppose we were still to late. This is my first time in NJ and I was excited about going until I ordered from here. Customer service was terrible first of all, when my friend got on the phone to place her delivery order the lady who took her order didn't seem like she knew what she was doing for starters. She took 5 minutes to even take down our address even though we were staying in the Holiday Inn 15 MINUTES AWAY....After she takes our order she says it would be 45 minutes for the food, it wasn't much food but i guess that's an okay wait time. Then the lady hangs up.....WITHOUT even asking for a name or phone number to call when it was ready. When that happened we decided to call back and tell whoever we could talk to (that actually knew what that were doing). Then a manager gets on the phone and he ask for our address and then says they don't deliver it that far, what place can't deliver 15 minutes away? So he tells someone to complete void our order that we already paid for without even talking to us about what we can do to fix the problem. So we decide to just pick it up and even when we get there there was still bad service like everyone was lost and had no acknowledgement of where they even were, which was funny to me actually but 1/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Went to pick up late dinner. I order my two pizza for $5.99 each and 8 hot wings for $5.99 . I tried to place my on the Domino's app but it keep charging me more for a regular price pizza. The couldn't answer why so he said he will do it. He took my order and I handed him my charge card and he was trying to be all fast that he keep saying that my card wasn't going though I told him to try it again it's nothing wrong with my card. I travel to far not to have a working card and I used it earlier. He toed my card three times and then I told him to do it manual. He said OK and tried it and it when though. And when one of the driver came in he said you have to put tape on the card. This guy was acting like he didn't want to use my card. Then he ginger to tell I think it was boss what had happen. I was truly sad to see 1000 degree pizza in cherry Hill go under after being around for 9 or 10 months. (I believe the one in the deptford mall is still around.)However; I have to say,i was pleasantly surprised with Domino's.Tmobile had a crazy promo and I figure I had nothing to lose.It seems like everything is geared toward using the Domino's app,the Guy helped me place my order .He was very patient the pizza was so so,but it was free,so no complaints. It was a repeat performance the following Tuesday,Lol. Then a few weeks later,i tried the secret special $7.99 for a large 3 topping pizza,Not too bad I liked the thin crust with bacon,beef and mushrooms.I have to say,it was pretty decent but they will try and charge you $18 of you don't mention the promo,Funny how they tried to charge me more when the owner was there,Lol After the pizza is made I have them add the garlic butter on top of the pizza it gives it a better flavor being the tomatoes sauce tastes like ketchup lol. I just want to thank Dominoes employee Garrett for helping me on the street after I was injured in a small motorcycle incident where I was laying on the ground and he stopped to help, stayed with me until my daughter was able to come and get me, and helped secure my motorcycle.
