Papa johns. the dumpster fire of the pizza community. I came here simply because I was hungry and it was close by, but when I went In I was greeted with trash on the floor and the cashier on her phone and didn't even greet me. when she didn't hear my order correctly (after I repeated it 6 times mind you) she cussed me out and told me "if I didn't get my opp a** out of there she would call her boyfriend and get me sprayed." By far the worse experience. Manager was rude, workers being rude to customers waiting on their orders. People waiting 30-45 minutes just for someone to speak to them. Orders all were cold and nasty. Then when it was our turn to get our status we were told another hour on top of the 3 hours we been waiting. Very fast delivery via DoorDash. After several deliveries the order always comes with the right toppings. The reason I do not give this place five stars is because the toppings are randomly placed and all in the center of the pizza. If you see the photo I have uploaded there is at least a good inch to inch and 1/2 of dry pizza crust with no toppings on it. This is not just a one time thing but this is very standard for this location they are cutting corners and apparently cost on just putting toppings in the middle of the pizza. read more

Ah, Papa John's. Before there were more options, you were my favorite. Now... Still good, but not as good as I remember. Is that selective memory? Or have you gone downhill a bit? I think the latter. Service was efficient and friendly, and the pizza was fine. But not great. I had the special sausage one (3? 5? Anyway, several kinds.) The crust wasn't as good as I remember. The sauce was fine, but there wasn't as much as before (now you have to buy extra.) I'll probably be back when I get a craving, but that doesn't happen often. read more

Papa John's Pizza is better than average "ZAH" in my book. During these times of CD-19, it's nice to be able to pop-in and order small lunch sizes that are ready in less than 15 minutes (weekdays). My order was double cheese for one and the vegetarian style for another. Both were ready in the allotted time, piping hot and tasty. Garlic butter sauce was thrown in, too. My leanings are more crispy crust if I'm going for a dinner-style pizza in the evenings, but for lunch? Papa John's Pizza is mighty good. Give them a whirl. read more

OMG! What lousy pizza!! We usually order the regular crust because it's at least tolerable. Today we thought we would try the thin crust. What a mistake! The crust literally tasted like the cardboard it came in and wasn't even as thick as the box. Hardly no cheese on the pizza. The pepperoni was small and thin. The mushrooms were hard to find. The black olives were the size of a small pea and mostly just cut up pieces. This was a large pizza and with delivery and tip it came to $19.42!!! What a rip! And never again!! Was picking up a delivery from here and arrived at 10 minutes past close, I had accepted the order less than 5 minutes before I'd arrived. I could see the food prepared on the shelf and there was one employee in the store. He would not make eye contact or acknowledge me standing outside with my food bag. First of all, we love Papa Johns pizza. We just moved here so we ordered a pizza from this new to us location. We ordered a large cheese pizza with extra sauce and sadly when we received it, it barely had any sauce or cheese. I usually don't complain about things, but wasn't too happy with the quality of that pizza. I called the store to let them know of the problem and spoke with the store manager, Josh and he was so kind and courteous and very apologetic. He offered to personally hand make a new pizza for us. It was delivered SO quickly and was literally pizza perfection, like seriously the best pizza we've ever had!!!! Very impressed with how he handled the situation and will absolutely continue to order from that location knowing they are being managed by a true professional. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We've lived close by for several years, and this location keeps getting worse about order accuracy despite calls to tell them what's wrong with the order. On multiple occasions, the crust of the pizza is cooked on the very bottom and edges, but raw and mushy under the sauce. It seems that they often do not pay attention to requests outside of the standard "normal sauce" and "normal cheese". If you don't plan on paying attention to how people order the pizza, don't give them the option to select anything else. Never have issues with other pizza establishments in Dublin. read more

I called this location to talk to the manager before ordering for my classroom. I ordered 6 pizzas for my class through the manager and told him to please deliver them by 12:10 (I ordered at 10:30). At 12:30 I had 20 3rd graders staring at me hungry and no pizza. I called the store and phones were disconnected. I called and called and nothing. I then called another location close by to see if they knew what was going on. They said "their phones have been down for a few weeks". I began to panic that my students would not get lunch and was searching for other options. Finally, at 12:50 I got a call from a driver saying he thinks he was at my school. That's over 45 minutes late. The driver had no idea why they were late. I tipped him because I knew it was not his fault, but told him to please have the manager call me because I could not get ahold of their store. The manager never called me. I filed a formal complaint with corporate that also went unanswered due to their incompetence. I called corporate about a week after the first complaint and they said the manager is "willing to offer me a promo code". I said that was not acceptable and to please have the manager call me. We had to call another local papa johns who told us to place our order online since the store then has to take it and we can't be ignored. The other papa johns (which was out of our delivery range) was more helpful than the Dublin one. We have yet to get the pizza but I will keep you all posted. Not sure what the point of online ordering is and picking the time of delivery if it is completely irrelevant. Ordered online and picked 11:30 am on Friday. At 11:45 I placed a call to check the status of my order and proceeded to wait on hold for 10 minutes. After someone finally answered I was told it was almost ready and it would be another 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, they arrived and forgot part of my order. I was trying to do something nice for my employees as they have limited time for lunch and we never have time to run and get food. I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of care demonstrated from the staff. Never thought their pizza was great but I'm addicted to the garlic sauce. Although I thought the founder was an abhorrent human being and had tried to stay away, the sauce brought me back. No longer, however. I ordered a pizza at around 3PM on a Saturday afternoon online. We live pretty near the store and the promised time was 3:32 to 3:42. When the tracker popped up, it showed that the pizza had been made, baked and was "being boxed." Well, boxing must be much more difficult than I thought because it was being boxed for 20-25 minutes! I'm pretty certain that there is not a rush of customers at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon. I regularly get my hair cut next door to them (and have a hard time parking because their drivers are parked -- not in front of their store but in front of the hair salon and in the handicapped spots where I am entitled to park) and it is usually empty when I've seen it. So when tracking said the pizza was finally on it's way, there was only 2 minutes to go to stay within their estimated delivery time. The pizza arrived 3 minutes late. I think someone baked the pizza when the call came in, but they let it sit until they absolutely had to get up and deliver it. Why I think that? It was cold. It sat around, obviously. I also paid for 2 extra garlic sauces. In the past there were 2 already in the box free, and this time I got 1 free and 1 banana pepper. They must be cutting back. With the bad publicity the former CEO caused, I know the shareholders are desperately trying to resurrect sales. They had better start by hiring good managers (or franchise owners) who will in turn hire good staff. I will never return to this location, and, at this point, have no desire to go to any location again. There are too many good pizzas like Benny's in Marysville and Marco's on Henderson. They do not deliver, however, but I've decided the garlic sauce and delivery aren't worth it. I will gladly drive to one of those. read more

This was the worst pizza we ever had from them . We ordered 2 pizzas and none of them tasted any good. 1st one had hardly any cheese ( when we ordered ex cheese) most of it had huge bubbles that was burnt. 2nd one had no sauce and it was supposed to have chicken but only had 2 or 3 pieces on 2 slices. We wanted to order a pizza from your Muirfield location online the night after a Blue Jackets vs Oilers game to get the 50% off discount. The website was conveniently down so I called in. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and they never responded so I called back in and someone answered and I let them know I was placed on hold the employee seemed unapologetic, but did give me another number to call to try and get that 50% discount. Called the number 4 times and it was busy, so I just got the pizza at full price from the worker on the other line. After this happened we ordered pizza tonight. We received the pizza after a lengthy time...and it was the wrong pizza...we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and received a half jalapeno pineapple half olive pineapple pizza. Then I called to tell them that they brought us the wrong pizza and was told she was looking at the right pizza and that it was being delivered right away. Another 50 minutes rolls by so we call to ask when the pizza was going to arrive to find out that our pizza was never made and we could receive store credit if we wanted.
