Horrible customer service. I walked in and wasn't greeted or seated, two employees walked right past me without any acknowledgment. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there was really no excuse for the lack of attention. After standing there for a while without anyone speaking to me I decided to leave. We visited this BW3 location in Dublin, Ohio, today (1/18/2026) and were seated at 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, no one came to our table to take drink, appetizer, or dinner orders, even after waiting until 7:15 PM. Was out and about today and decided to check out the BW3 in Dublin. Girl at the front said sit anywhere. Picked out a booth and settled in. My waitress was Michelle. Ordered the lunch special of 10 wings, fries and a soda. Also got carrots and celery with ranch dressing. Food was brought out by Matt the Manager. Michelle checked on me a number of times and refilled my drink accordingly. On to the food. The celery/carrots were fresh and delicious when dipped in the ranch dressing. Yummy. The French Fries were freshly cooked. On to the wings. All the wings were coated well with the sauce. Honey BBQ wings were not mixed with honey as some of the previous BW3's. The Garlic Parmesan were coated appropriately. I think these have become my favorites. Overall a good food experience. Best thing was the service experience. This place has gone down tremendously ! On this particular day we did a have a decent server, but the food runner who was actually the manager on this day .., he had a very poor attitude! We acknowledged him with a hello when he came to the table and got no reply in return. (Poor Personality) He simply just slammed the food down in front of us not asking which goes to whom , and walked away. Typically , the person who brings out the food will say "who has the burger , the wings, etc.... It was three of us that dined. I just thought it was a bad reflection especially learning he was the Manager. The boneless wings were not good. They were cooked too hard ,but the regular wings were fine. The food was great, had some trouble figuring out which wings are which but other than that is really good. The service was good and the employees are really nice. I had one of the worst dining experiences at your Perimeter loop rd location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. From the moment we walked in, the service was beyond terrible. We were ignored by the host for several minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When we were finally seated, it took forever for a server to acknowledge us. After waiting an absurd amount of time just to place our order, the food took even longer to arrive. To make matters worse, our service acted like it was BOGO. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty--sticky tables, unclean utensils, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. Given the awful service, terrible food, and unclean environment, I will never return. Avoid this place at all costs! Also it's been at least 20 minutes since she has acknowledged us, no drinks, and her leaning against the counter consumed by idle chatter. read more

I've been here several times over the years with varying experiences. While the prices are a little higher than I think they should be, I think management has the place in tip top shape. The food is great including take out. The service is friendly. They may mess up your name but it's better than messing your order. If you are ordering take out make sure you check your order before you leave. The app does not allow you to combine promo codes but it does not mention that anywhere. So if you are lost using the app it is not your fault. The ambiance is great. read more

I gave this location Bdubs another chance and got 6 traditional wings in the Nashville hot. They were dry, again, and one wing did have sauce on it, but it was only on one side. Most did not have sauce as you can see from the pictures. They are just very stingy with the sauce at this Dublin location. read more

At some point this B-dubs just gave up trying. Stopped in Friday evening, place was empty expect 4-5 guys at bar. No bartender was visible for 15 minutes. I attempted to order lunch today for the buy one get one boneless wings, I was given wrong information, talked down to with attitude about how much I was ordering and had to hold for nearly 10 minutes before I was helped. I later spoke with a manager about the customer service concerns I had. Addressed. However, I decided I still wanted to partake of the BOGO boneless wings for dinner; I called, ordered, waited 20 min to pick it up and it was ready when I got there. Now, shame on me for not checking my bag contents but this isn't McDonald's, it's a real eat in restaurant and shouldn't have had issues. I drive home and get my kids herded in the house expecting to have two large orders wings for dinner; NOPE. I got half of my order. And it's the half that was for the adults and not the children. Cool. So, don't expect great customer service or correct orders at this point. *edit: the wings were not given to me when I arrived and were subsequently thrown away. I pre ordered some wings for NYE and made it for a set time so they would be Hot and fresh. I decided to go over a little early so I could grab them right when they were ready. I was very disappointed to find when I arrived first, no one at the counter and a person at the pickup shelf holding my order, getting ready to walk out the door with it until I said that says my name which my order was still not supposed to be done for 15 minutes he looked at me gave it to me and ran out the door I was like wow. Still, no one came out, so I left with my order. It was still warm, but if I had not arrived when I did, that person would have stolen my order because it was made 15 minutes early or it would have sat there 15 minutes. That to me is not ok when I spent almost $40 on food. The wings were just ok. I regretted the purchase and likely will purchase from Roosters next time. It's never my choice to go to a bw3s, but if others want to meet there I'm not one to say no. I always try to go in objectively and see how it is, but once again this location just wasn't great. I know it's basically a sports bar. I don't expect super gourmet food, but the boneless wings taste like frozen wings you can pick up in the grocery store. It's not totally awful, I just don't like paying for something I could make at home for less. My partner got chicken tenders and fries, and the fries were a bit soggy and on the cold side. Not the first time I've had this experience with the fries. Our waitress was nice enough but was kind of MIA for most of the meal, which isn't a huge deal, but we did want refills and extra and ranch and didn't see her until the end so by that time it didn't matter. I will say, if you want to have some beers and watch sports, this is a good place to do so. They have huge screens for viewing. But as far as the food goes, it's just not really worth it. Everything about this was absolutely terrible. First off we got here around 7:15 and we told them that we had a group of six and they said it would take an hour to sit us. We came back 30 minutes later and they said it would now take 45 more minutes to sit us. But now it's 8:30 and we found out they put us as a party of 8 and that many people who got here later had been sat down already. Finally at 8:45 we got sat down and we had to wait another 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. We all ordered all you can eat wings and they took another 30 minutes to give us our food. Not it's 9:45 and we finally got our wings. 20 minutes later and the waiter came back and we ordered another round of wings. It is now 10:30 and we are just now getting are second round of wings. We asked for the check 5 minutes ago and I don't know how long that's going to take. Terrible service. And I attached a picture of what is supposed to be a "chicken wing". Worst experience by FAR I have had at a restaurant. Our waiter was also very rude and sassy. -50/10 DEFINITELY do not recommend coming here. read more

I eat at this location frequently either inside or carryout/delivery. I should have known better than to order on Saturday night with Ohio State playing, but I didn't, That is my fault. I ordered via a delivery service 30 minutes before game time and it arrived 2 hours later! Just in time for half time, which is actually pretty good timing, I guess. Even with the 1 second screw up at halftime. However, the food was horrible! It was so cold. The potato wedges were disgusting and the cheese had set up and was cold. The boneless wings were by far the smallest I have ever seen and our choice of sauces should clearly never be eaten ice cold!!!! We had to throw the whole thing away! At those prices that is so upsetting to me. They told the driver that their systems were down, then shut down delivery! The delivery also came with no napkins, wet wipes, forks or anything! This is my third time coming here. My first experience is not what I want to talk about though. I want to talk about my second, and third. The second time my family and I came here, It took longer than it should. We eventually got seated but it took TWENTY MINUTES to even get our drink order. A very nice server named Annette finally took our order but what really stuck home was she noticed how long it took and waited us when we weren't even in her section! This showed how this place might not be going to total . The third time we came here it took forever even longer than the second time. We saw the very nice young lady named Annette. We reconized her and asked politely to be seated and send a manager. We needed to tell a supervisor about the service. Annette was super nice again and told us that she would seat us even though she might get in trouble because she knew how ridiculous this is. We talked to a manger and everything else has been fine. But in summary this places service has gone in the complete wrong direction. We enjoy coming here because it's a sports bar that's also kid friendly. The food is usually good but can sometimes come cold as any other place. I would just like to say that this place needs more staff who are kind, have very well behavior/attitude, and who are properly trained. read more

I can never understand why during a mostly slow night that management turns the volume on the tv so loud that you have to literally yell to your dining companions. Good food but they ruined the atmosphere on a night with no real sports to watch. Being drowned out right now by a Cialis commercial! Went to B dubs again tonight. Walked out. Blasting commentators so loud (no game going on) that my ears hurt and we could not even shout a conversation to each other. How have I not reviewed this already? It's on my way to work, and I've been several times. The wings are fine, though not my favorite. Not super meaty, and though they have lots of sauces there are no flavors I really love. Anyway, the other day I had a little extra time and stopped in. I wanted wings, but then I saw a few other things that interested me. Well, first I tried to order their summer special Moroccan spice wings but they were out. Sooo... Other specials: "Southeast Asian pork sandwich," and I'd been craving banh mi, so I tried that. And the waitress said some apps were on sale, so I tried one: chile con queso, I think they called it. Essentially, a lot of pretty good tortilla chips with some melted cheese, with a dollop of chili in the middle. Surprisingly good, though a bit much for one person. The sandwich... was okay. Definitely not banh mi, though it looked kinda like it. The bread was nothing special, the meat was a sort of sweet and tangy pulled pork, and the veggies, while fresh, did not come close to what makes banh mi such a wonderful taste and texture experience. Oh, well. I ate it. It was fairly spicy, and came with fries for which I requested Cajun spice. They were okay, but light on both the spice and any extra flavor. I was there, and usually go there, on weekday afternoons. It's not busy then, service is always good, and I'll be back next time I want wings. I'll probably stick to those, though, but I might try another cheap appetizer. Plenty of screens for games, a big bar area, and prices that aren't too high make it a decent choice for a sports bar, but there are better ones, and better wings, if you look a bit. read more

Cannot give this location anymore stars than I did four years ago but for different reasons. Basically if it wasn't for the great amount of TVs, location and that we had a gift card I think we would have gone somewhere else. It's very loud but it's to be expected as a sports bar and there were multiple tables of youth sports teams. The service was slow and the food sub par. My son ordered the classic wrap and chips. He was ok with his order. Husband ordered chipotle bbq wings and they were barely seasoned. If it wasn't for the flavor sticker we would not have believed we had the right thing. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich without a bun. Loved that my request was followed and sandwich was pleasantly arranged on the plate but it was like they use the same chicken patty and drizzle a different sauce on top.
