Had a fantastic time checking out this location. Never really had proper papa John's so I decided to order some. Went to this location in February 4th, 2023 at 10pm and had probably some of the best customer service I have ever had. Food overall was ok had a little too much onion on it but that's more of how I probably ordered it than anything. Definitely coming back in the future read more

If I could give less than one star I would. Online the heart shape pizza states Original. However I received a thin crust base which is not what I ordered. I called the Store and the manager in the store was extremely rude and hung up on me. This is not my first time ordering from Papa Johns nor this location and nowhere did it state it was thin crust. The description online is misleading and should state it as thin crust. Original to me, means original thin crust pizza. It was horrendous and tastes like cardboard. I had to cook something else for my 10 year old. I have been a long time PapaJohns customer and have never been treated so rudely. What happened to the customer is always right? I dont even need to always be right. I just needed him to acknowledge that the website did not state thin crust and replace my pizza. I am highly dissatisfied and would like a refund. Clearly an issue with this store since it has the worst reviews I have seen in a long time. Definitely warranted if the manager is anything to go by. read more

Four stars for pickup. Delivery in a rural/small town area can be iffy. How far apart are the deliveries and how many low speed back roads are needed to get to you from the low speed back road previous delivery? I've found that for this type of area, picking up your pizza is a much better way to guarantee a hot delivery. We ordered our pizza online. The pizza was supposed to be ready in under 15 minutes. I hopped in the car and rode over. Sure enough, it was waiting on the shelf before I walked through the door. The place was busy. Drivers were grabbing multiple pizzas and heading for the door. Three drivers left at the same time I did, and had to pass the "Drivers Wanted" sign. Unlike other pizza places in the area, the crust wasn't too thick. The center of the pizza was not a soggy mess. Consistent, decent pizza. Just pick it up for the fresh out of the oven experience. read more

In the past, I chose Papa John's pizza. I didn't care for Dominos, and Pizza Hut was always a hit and miss. Today I had 2 orders placed. One order was for spicy wings and garlic knots. The other was for the NY staple pizza and additional, naked, wings. After getting the order, the order with the garlic knots were tasted, and it was doughy...like they took it out of the oven too quick. The wings were jerky like, hardly edible. In the 2nd order was the NY and wings (naked) the wings were ok but the pizza was HORRID!!! Slimy and nasty, and made me feel ill! Once I was a loyal customer but now...I will not spend my money at this location again. read more

If I could give no stars that would be great. Where to start with this shit hole. The first time I ordered I wait over an hour and half for it to be delivered (I live around the corner 2 minutes away) the delivery guy showed up says he rang the door bell (which no one heard and we were sitting in the living room) THEN LEFT. called me 10 minutes later and said he went to a different house a mile away and would be back to deliver our order. Waited another 30 minutes for this fool. Then he decided to pester my fiance saying "he was outside and waited and no one came to the door so he left" he didn't knock or anything how were we supposed to know. Second time I ordered from this place, I was quoted 7:10-7:20 for delivery. I didn't get a text for delivery until 7:30. Pizza did not get here until 7:50. Pizza is cold this is bullshit. Over this place. Hope it closes down honestly. La ortalana from magnolia delivers faster than this place!! Never will order here again. read more

I went in to pick up my pizza and after paying 60 cents for honey mustard I asked for grated parmesan cheese. I was told that a packet of Parmesan cheese would cost 30 cents due to inventory and that trumps government shutdown was to blame. I was then told that I get a pepper and that should be good enough, I then asked that they take away the pepper and give me Parmesan cheese which they couldn't do. I have lived in the area for many years but never had Papa John's. My daughter insisted on ordering the stuffed crust pizza for pickup. The pizza was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was a bit concerned with the previous ratings but not so much now. We'll be back for sure! read more

This restaurant is very disgusting. One time I found a bug in my cheese sticks, I politely informed them & they only offered me store credit or a replacement. The last straw for me was when I walked inside the restaurant. There was dried up dough EVERYWHERE & the cashier was constantly SCRATCHING his body which was covered in the dough as well. Called my order in for pick up and while I can except a margin of error of even 20 minutes or so....an hour later and I still am waiting. People are asking to see the manager and the manager left. One girl in here was waiting for her pizza for a long time and it had been done.....but no one checked. So she gets a cooled down pizza. But the real kicker is that I am paying 16 dollars for a pizza. That is way too much. You can get two for that price at other locations.....like La Ortalano. This really doesn't deserve the one star I gave it. But yes....still waiting. And place here really looks filthy. Done with Papa Johns!!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I ever ex experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. I had an order that wasn't cooked properly a few days ago and after waiting on 'hold' where I could hear horse playing going on I finally spoke with someone. They started they'd credit my account and replace my order. when I called for the replacement I was told only 1 pizza would be replaced. I stated there were 2 that were messed up. The young guy said no, that's all that is on there so that's all that they will replace. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they're too busy. I said I will wait and was hung up on/put on hold without a response. He picked up again a few min later and said he spoke with the manager and only 1 pizza was messed up, they can't speak with me. A nasty tone and impatient. I asked for his name and hehe refused to give it. I asked for the manager again and was told they're busy And the phone was switched to hold again. Another 5 min or so on hold and a young woman answered rudely. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is it. I asked the name of the GM and she said that is her. I asked for the franchise owners name and she said are you going to order a pizza or not and hung up on me. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have a call out to corporate. At this point I will never eat there again, I will suggest anyone I know do the same. I was told 30-35 minutes. At 1 hour we called. We were told it would be 5 minutes and it was enroute. At 2 hours 10 minutes the pizza showed up and when I said I would not pay full price I was promptly told to call the manager and deal with it.
