Very disappointing experience at Pat's Select Grill on Forest Avenue. When I arrived, I was informed that one of my food items was unavailable, and I was told I needed to contact DoorDash myself for a refund. There was no effort to make it right, no alternative offered, and no real customer service. The manager on duty was especially unprofessional. He spoke in a nasty tone and showed no courtesy whatsoever. He did not even attempt to shake my hand when telling me the item was unavailable, which came across as rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, the food I did receive was subpar. If you are looking for better service and a more professional atmosphere, I suggest going to the Pat's Select in Smyrna. read more

This rating reflects my last two orders that were delivered. Both times I was overcharged ten more dollars than the actual price! Two weeks ago, i ordered ten Honey BBQ wings which were $16.99. Plus $3.99 for the delivery fee. I was told on the phone that the price would be $30.98. I thought it was high for ten wings. But I let it go. Thinking that maybe the prices went up. However, after I received my wings, and the driver left. I looked at the receipt. It was actually $20.98! Not $30.98! And i gave him $35 cash for a 4 dollar tip. I was one point away from qualifying for $10.00 off my next order. So I ordered another delivery yesterday. I ordered 5 Honey BBQ wings which were $9.99. The Chef Salad was $12.99. The delivery fee was $3.99 for a total of $26.97. The same guy who took my order said it was $36.97!! So this time, when the driver arrived, I looked at the receipt first and seen that it was actually $26.97. I believe this is an elaborate scheme to get tip money from people. This taught me to look at the receipts. Especially when my order is being delivered. I'm calling the manager about it today, and I'm going to say something about it on Facebook. It's hard to tell how many people he's done this to. read more

Tonight we tried the new short rib Flatbread. I ordered it without the spinach or peppers so I was worried that I had removed everything that made it good. But I have one word to describe it...DELICIOUS! The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy and the meat is so tender and tasty. Ill so get this again!! read more

Had a bit of technical challenges with h ordering online, but that only goes to figure living out here at Woodland Beach, which means a still considered Smyrna. I am a server and cook at the Elizabeth Esther Cafe at the Cobalt Manor, and needed comfort food not made by me! Called when I had delivery challenges, they were as nice as they could be! Had cravings for their Mango Habanero wings and got a major a big bonus on those, like 8 big juicy wonderful juicy wings!!! Yum! Got the Shrimp Bao,, and a couple other things that I won't get to tonight... but everything looks and is presented just great!!! Very nice, and absolutely no delays in delivery! Walked in mid-week around 7pm. It is "sit where you want" but over half the tables were covered in food/dishes. There were only two tables that had guests, and over six tables that needed bussing. Five people were standing behind the register/takeout area, just talking, so it was quite disappointing when we only had a few tables to choose from. Dirty dishes were left on the other tables for at least 30 minutes before they were bussed. It made the restaurant look dirty - which isn't the usual vibe/appearance. The food was pretty good (and almost always is!)- sadly the lackluster service and the poor cleaning/appearance were more memorable than our dinner. I recommend them to go- but would avoid dining in. read more

Whenever we order from this Pats, or any Pats, this is our go-to. The stuffed steak pizza is absolutely delicious & will never let you down. Add some ranch on the side..? Phenomenal. The staff is usually friendly & the restaurant is clean. Great place, great pizza! read more

The food was great. Everything came to our table nice and hot! French fries are the best. The staff was super busy but they still managed to be attentive and courteous. Ms Mara and the young man that help serving food was very polite and efficient. The Resturant is clean and so are the restrooms. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family!! read more

This place is a disaster. Over priced food that tastes horrible and you could pound nails with the bread sticks. The owner is rude and acts like he's too good for your money but still charges you outrageous prices and adds service fees on top of that. I also noticed their delivery drivers with antisemitic stickers on their car. I won't be taking my family back. Stay away. read more

Really nice ambiance with restoration hardware decor but sadly the restaurant offers diner style foods. Stick to the pizza...it's what they're good at. Everything else can be found in the freezer section at the grocery store. read more

This place is The first time we went the staff was not very welcoming but I was having lunch with my daughter so I stayed. The waitress was blah througout the service and not very helpful. That was over a year ago. I decided to give it a try because a co-worker bought a Chicken burrito bowl and it looked good. So i gave them another shot. I ordered it on the phone and went to pick it up. The guy on the phone told me the $11.99 that the bowl was.. Got there and the girl in the front told me it was $12.34 I said why.. she stated there is a 3% processing fee for card. I said what?! Since when she said about 3 weeks ago. I stated the guy on the phone didn't say that.. so they to me are being sneaky and dishonest. They didn't disclose this while I placed the order. Very disappointed with this place I ordered delivery (5wings with fries) the guy on the phone tells me it's 13.95 I say with fries he says yes it'll be 45-60 which I was ok with as long as I got my food they then knock on my door as soon as I open the door there driving away which is already 1 RED FLAG I open my bag to 5 cold wings and NO FRIES spoke to the manager and told her I wanted wings and fries I would have never ordered 15 worth of food for 5 wings IT MAKES NO SENSE. I requested extra cheese and so many other pizza places don't put extra cheese on the pizza but Pat's did, and our food was cooked to perfection. This place is our regular go to for pizza delivery. Always hot and fresh! Very good pizza! Great service and drivers are always super friendly! Also have a great selection of other good dishes! Very overpriced for mediocre food. I ordered the jumbo wings and fries for a takeout order, and the wings were jumbo but most of the content was fat. Pat's was ok. I ordered for delivery. The potato soup was tasty. It arrived nice and warm and was taped closed to prevent leakage. The Apple pie was disappointing. It comes in a clear plastic cup with what looks like a cracker crust in a separate lid compartment. Underneath is half topping and half apple filling. We recently ordered simple pepperoni and plain cheese pizza and we were quite impressed. The pizza was hot and had just the right amount of sauce on it. We have eaten pizza from many other surrounding places but this one turned out to be the best thus far!! Before the new company took over the pizza was just blah but now it's really yummy. I also like the spicy buffalo schicken salad! My daughter had the bone-in buffalo wings and she said they were good and cooked to perfection. We liked Pat's since they opened but I have to say we love going there since they have remodeled and changed their menu. OMG the sandwiches and fries are fantastic! Always fresh and plenty of food on the plates. Last visit I got the Fifth Avenue Chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red pepper with fresh kale and a ranch sauce. It was on a brioche bun that was great. The whole sandwich was so fresh and delicious. We also tried their seared tuna (YUMMMMM) and the cheesesteak roll ups. Really nice staff too! This place is literally walking distance to our place and although the renovation made it really feels like you have to check out, we haven't really been here until now. The food is just amazing. We had the seared tuna as appetizer although its an entree and its just so good. The bacon truffle pizza is so rich and earthy that you know you are not eating some chain pizza. If you haven't been here I really recommend you visit! You will not regret. read more
