I frequently order my food from here online, and normally don't have any issues. But recently as of today the incompetent staff they have there told me I had to wait longer to get my food because they gave it away to someone else. What happened to being thorough in your job by double checking the orders before they go out to customers, I know it was lunch time but the place wasn't very busy either. These young kids that run the cash registers need to slow down and pay attention. On another location I had placed an order and have it delivered, the delivery was too slow, I got my food an hour later and the onions and pepperoni were burnt. Once again they failed to check quality before sending out their food orders. read more

Had lovely dinner yesterday here, the restaurant is beautiful, think it was actually just renovated. We had some cheesesteak roll- ups and a margarita flatbread, they were both delicious. The flatbread had a scent of basil and the fresh mozzarella really tasty. My wife had the penne ragu and she liked it a lot and I had chicken balsamico rustic and was absolutely amazing. The bread was like just baked, the chicken was tasty and soft, beautiful. We are going to make a habit of this one for sure. Great service also by the way. read more

Pats pizza is one of my absolute favorite places to go to get a wrap. They have great quality food and service. It's a great place to eat and sit down with family. It's known for it's pizza and Italian dishes(yumm). It's one of the best pizza and sandwich places around here. I've never had a bad experience there, they are always friendly and it's always a pleasure going there for dinner or lunch. You can get a very casual, yet fancy dining experience. I have been doing business with Pat's since they opened. Food is always good from the pizza to the carrot cake and the salads are always fresh and crisp; my preference being the popeye salad with lots of spinach and other ingredients and a sweet poppy seed dressing. I mostly use their delivery service these days and the food is always hot when it should be, cold when should be. Even their drivers are eager to please. Keep doing what your doing Alex. read more

Debit card purchases are taken directly from a bank account, so the establishments are not charged processing fees; so it is unclear as to why I was, nevertheless, if that is their practice, it should be clearly disclosed There appeared to be only one employee working at the time, handling phone orders and food service, so I had a fairly long wait. By the time I was helped and received the gift cards, I didn't think to question the total and just wanted to be on my way. My advice to others: check your receipt carefully before leaving, especially if you pay with a debit card. I got what you could call a cheeseburger that looked nothing like the photos on the website; my kids got carne asada, and my wife got a burger on a salad. The carne asada: looked like old refrigerated steak that was reheated, both kids complained of gristle and poor taste. My "cheeseburger" arrived burned to blackness on one side, and medium well on the other. It was much flatter than the photos suggest. I alerted our waiter, who was attentive and an overall good waiter to the issue. Instead of correcting the issue with an unburnt patty, they returned the same patty, now with the other side also burnt and new piece of cheese to cover the original burned side, as if it would be be noticed. My wife enjoyed her salad; her patty she added was cooked appropriately, but still pretty flat. This is a place I can say I will 100% not be returning to and I encourage you, if a cheeseburger is what you crave, just drive a half mile to Burger King or Wendy's, where you will get a much better experience. It is so disappointing to wait to go somewhere, then drive 45 minutes to get there to have such a terrible experience. It was more than 100 dollars for very poor food, eating among flies buzzing around despite the patio being covered.
