My local store! Pizzas are always as they should be. Love an online coupon! I always order carryout, can't say much to the customer service

Well first time at this location. Papa John's always a go to. Used to work there. Not able to follow simple direction is just sad. Price of everything going up and pay for the employees to compensate for it. Don't know if the workers are just too lazy or just don't care. Have some pride in your work. read more

I'm one of those customers that probably is not going to keep you in business's when it comes to fast food. However, I do like a pizza every couple of months, hey, I'm human too. I've ordered a pizza probably about 6-7 times from this location in 3 years and never had any issues. They deliver fast, the pizza is still hot, and they always put on the correct ingredients. My only problem with Papa Johns and this is not only this store, but rather a corporate policy is that they charge us customers a delivery fee, but don't give that money to the drivers who bring the pizza. I always tip the drive about $3 or 20%, because i know they don't get any of that delivery fee which I find ridiculous. read more

Placed an order on line and the wait was 30-40 min. Arrived 40 min later the guy says another 30-40 min. Waiting for 1hr and 30 min for a pizza and it's still not ready. Never ordering from this location again. I understanding busy but these wait times were outrages. read more

This is the hardest thing that I've ever had to do. I've always loved Papa John's pizza for the longest. They have the Papa Points for free pizza after you've reach 25 points. The delivery time is so-so, depending on whats going on that day and the amount of delivery drivers they have. Let's just say that I've found another love as far as pizza is concerned as it would not be fair to advertise someone else on their review in good conscience.Though I must admit I used to love their Works Pizza. read more

Ordered online and still had to wait 15-20 minutes after the hour long expected time...will not be ordering from this location again. So the manager contacted me and apologized. Also offered a free pizza if I was Willing to try them again. Two months later I returned and I was impressed with the changes. Fast and friendly service and no misunderstandings. read more

I don't even write reviews but I'm on yelp to warn everyone and their mothers to STAY AWAY from this location. After what they did to me, I'm done with Papa John's for good. I was treated with utter disrespect, I can't find the words to describe how terrible of an experience I had. CHRIS told me he would do their best to make a specialty pizza for me and when I arrived, it looked like absolutely no effort was put into making it. After I left, I realized I had not gotten my 2 liter so I called to ask them to deliver it to me since I had paid for it and they said they would but that it would take a while. I let it go and before I could give him my address, he hung up the phone. So I called back, and Chris told me "no i'm not delivering it, i'm not a delivery driver." ...Strange, because you work at Papa John's and you should have pride in your work and making your customers happy regardless of your title (The GM of Mall of GA Chic Fil A once delivered me food because they gave me the wrong order once). Chris and I decided to settle on a full refund since he refused to bring me the drink I had paid for and he did not give me the correct pizza, but the next day nothing was refunded. So I called to ask about why and they refused to refund anything. Just treated with more terrible customer service. Long story short, I have never felt less out of control of my own experience at a restaurant before and I would never recommend. read more

These guys have the BEST pizza. The crust is not too thick but not too airy. The cheese is thick, but not so stringy that when you try to pull it away, it takes forever. I've never seen a burned pizza from them before and overall, it's absolutely delicious. read more

They don't wear gloves while making the pizzas. I've actually seen them check out customers with flour all over their hands. I asked them about it and was told they use a lot of hand sanitizer. It's too bad, because the pizza tastes good. read more

My husband and I have been great customers of this papa johns pizza in Dacula for 5 years. But the last few orders have been a joke especially with the delivery service...In febuary I on-line orderd our pizza and such at 5:30 pm it was 7:45 before any one showed up no call from them or anything, our order was a mess cold and bread sticks where hard. I called to get a new one they finally deliverd one at 10:15 pm. we did notice NEW DRIVER :/ . OK we let that go and orderd again SAME exact problem again, we where told we will recieve a credit our next order when I went to order and recieve the credit the manager in the Dacula store told his worker he will not redeem it. When I asked to talk to this manager I was told NO he will not come to the phone??? All of this being said with no explanation to me as a long time customer.
