Yes, delivery is slow if you order after 5pm during their busy period but if you pick up your order the wait time is not bad at all. I have ordered pizza from here multiple times over the last several months and I have been pleased as the quality of the food has been consistently good. Whether I pickup or choose delivery the food is hot and tastes freshly prepared. Customer service has been great as well. I will continue ordering from here. read more

Every time. Every darn time there is a problem with my order. Biggest issue is that the online menus says the parm breadsticks come with 10 stick but the store always shorts me 2 and of the eight they given me, several are small. Then when I inform them (every time) they tell me I have to wait for a whole new order to be made. Check your order! Management spot check! read more

Do yourself a favor and order pizza from somewhere else in Buda. You would save yourself time even ordering from a Papa John's in south Austin. Not only did this location and manager take care of us during a late order that was delayed because I did not update my address when we moved And there was an insane storm too, but they went out of their way to stay open late to get our order out, I refused to have them do that to their staff and ordered two nights later. Super sad that Papa John's in this location does not value their DoorDash customers. I had placed an order at 6:41 pm last night, and it was going to be delivered at 7:22pm. At 7:20 the time was changed to 7:52. This kept happening, and I finally called the store at 8:09 pm to see what was up. They said they could have my food out the door in 45-50 minutes. I would not actually get it until 9 or so. That's a two hour wait. I asked to have it cancelled, which he did without a problem. I'm just really disappointed. I think I'd be even more upset it I had them deliver it. Sorry you're so short-handed and cannot meet the demands of your customers. I just spoke with the DoorDash driver who informed me that we are also "missing a pizza". Who ever own or manages this location should quit and do something else. I would literally order for carry out and the order would be done in 5 minutes after I ordered it. That fast! I don't know about the delivery side, because we always pick it up instead. This is my second time ordering from this place. They did an extravagant job. The pizza was great. No cheese on the edge , toppings evenly spread out, crust was perfectly cooked. The manager in charge was Chris and csr was Stephanie, who did a great job taken my order and upselling. The place look way clean compare to PJ's in Austin. Out of all PJ's I've been to in Austin. I ordered a pizza for pick up the other day. I had an issue with the male answering the phone - it was his attitude. Somewhat arrogant and disrespectful. Not sure what the kid's problem was , but it was obvious he had more time to play on the phone than provide customer service. When I arrived I noticed approximately 20-24 employees present....on a Sunday. Dunno. Maybe training. Again I had to deal with the Hispanic male's attitude. Originally when we spoke on the phone , he was claiming that he couldn't hear me , "could you speak up" .......really ?? My phone is pressing on my face & you ear is on the PJ's receiver. His body language , leaning or pressing on the counter top , looking at me with a 'stern look' ....chin down , eyes slightly covered by his eyebrows told me. Some might think i'm crazy...but i'm an adult & spent time into noticing these types of signals. Same attitude when I requested to add a 2L Pepsi while I was waiting - didn't reconfirm my request , just gave me a total. So I had to ask....shesh.
