He did not. He told me what I didn't need them to do and told me how to solve the problem which didn't involve them making more money. Also want to say the woman that I talked to was excellent. Not only did she write down my name phonetically so that she wouldn't mispronounce it, she got James to come out the day I called. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The first extermination for bedbugs was…read morescheduled promptly for July 30, 2019. I could not get an appointment until the third week. I was given two times, with both being canceled for a later time. I was not given a second extermination until a month after the first extermination. I had a third extermination. On September 23, 2019, I was horrified to discover full grown bedbugs hiding in the two inch blinds. Three quarters of an inch and I had to kill them. Eleven of them. I paid $1,500 and my contract is over October 3, 2019. My only choice at this time is to get a new exterminator that does heat treatment and go to Small Claims court to get back some of the money I spent before the contract expires October 30, 2019. They are highly unprofessional and do not care about your suffering. They took my money and they say they have a 100% guarantee. But, that was an empty promise. Call several exterminators before you do yours and I recommend the heat treatment. Eight hours and they are gone.

Highly recommended, and I was happy to be able to support a local business, and even happier to get excellent service at a great price!

Turned out that Ehrlich has been just as solid as Liberty, and I'm thrilled that I stayed. Every year, I sign up for the comprehensive plan, which has done an amazing job of keeping insects out of my house. There's always once a year when yellowjackets or wasps build a nest in the soffit outside - I call Ehrlich, they zap it, and the bugs are gone for good. I also have them spray at the beginning of fall to keep the stinkbugs out, and that has worked 100%. Technicians are amazing and professional, and aside from their antique approach to online bill pay, I wouldn't change a thing.
