However, instead of receiving a callback from Ehrlich, I was contacted by another company, PestTech Pest Control. It appears my inquiry was mistakenly routed to the wrong business. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect. As a result, I have decided not to move forward with either company.

Received monthly statements and reports "no problem"... and they also add services not requested - we have been charged for mosquitos and ticks all winter too... yes- what a problem everyone has with ticks and mosquitos during the winter.... don't use this company ever. Complained previously, promised would not happen again, and you see in the photos, how they honor. I also begged for emergency service. 6 of us, spent three days this weekend, cleaning the entire house out, throwing out the ruined items, trying to decontaminate, scared out of our minds with Hanta Virus in the back of our heads, and I was told they have no room on the schedule for an emergency service, wait until next appointment June 8th- THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. WAIT THREE MORE WEEKS
