I contacted the company several times by email and text asking what tests were performed and what specific defect had been found. I received no response. A recommendation to replace an expensive piece of equipment should be supported by clear diagnostic findings. In my experience, the $150 diagnostic fee was not justified, and the lack of communication afterward was very disappointing.
