Rice noodles/Fried Rice/Black pepper Chicken/Kung pao chicken/Spicy Chicken
Kristin L.

Just like yogurt land you load up your plate and they weigh it at the end, it's kind of perfect if you have picky kids and you're not limited to one or two items like other spots so it's pretty cool. Loved their rice noodles, kung pao chicken was good, and the black pepper chicken was my favorite, the spicy fried chicken was a bit hard and not fresh however. Parkings easy, you can dine there but definitely more of a Togo spot, girl behind the counter was super nice and friendly

This restaurant is based on weight, $/per pound. My coworker brought me here during lunch time, but half of the options were empty, not the best management considering it was lunch time, and have limited time. Minus a star for that. About 5 other people and us were waiting for about 20 minutes for the rest of the food came out, keep in mind we had already put some of the food in our box, but we couldn't eat it or put it back in the containers, so we had to wait 20 minutes for our food to get cold. Minus another point for that, Finally after 25 mins the food trays were back to full, and we only had a bit of time left for our lunch, serve the rest, then drive back to the office, by the time we got to the office, the food was cold and we couldnt eat it cause we had ran out of lunch time. minus another point for that. Pricing: Pricing per pound was also pretty high, i wouldnt go again based on all the events that happened. I think management should plan accordingly, and consider peoples available time. I understand restaurants need to make profit, but for me it was too expensive. I get more food at your regular chinese restaurant and way more food. However, when i did get to eat my food, it was good quality, but not worth all the hassle for me.

Is this place still in business? They been closed for awhile now . I'm not bashing the place cuz I eat here but I drove here and they just closed all the time. Like at least be professional and let us know. Some of us drive good miles to here...

This was my 2nd choice. I hadn't been since they changed ownership. I heard it was different. Now, it is $5.99 per pound. That's actually great. Most places are much more. This also gives YOU portion control which is great. My plate was less than $10 and I was full after. The food and item choices were outstanding. Usually I would have left overs to eat the next day. The service was perfect. They answered all my questions. There is plenty of room to sit and eat but I always get it to go. I will certainly be back.

Finally took the opportunity to make a dream come true and check this place out. The buffet of food is comparable to any other chinese restaurant (or even a panda express, no hate intended). Indoor seating, limited but comfortable beverage options, awesome service. The food: Orange chicken was great but could be a little more crispy. The broccoli beef was awesome! The teriyaki chicken needed a little extra sauce due to the meat being a bit dry. Coconut shrimp had the perfect feel to flavor balance, if you can dig that. The chow mein looked funky to me but tasted great. The yellow rice was throwing me off as well, but came with plenty of flavor. I was sad to see they ran out of steamed fish and it was going to take a little for her to bring out the new tray. This will be my reason for visit #2. Currently priced at $5.99 per pound (you dish up your own containers), two spring rolls included if you guys 2lbs or more. Its a beautiful business model.

I've been coming here awhile. I used to say it was best authentic Chinese Food in area. They would give you portions like they want to over feed you or give u leftovers. BUT NOW! They go by weight and if your kids are like mine and love chow mein, then get ready to over pay for noodles! I got 2 carry out plates both with 2 items and noodles. It was 30 bucks.. crazy! This system is only for them to make a quick profit on your hunger! I'm going to look for another authentic spot where they don't care about portions! I'd like to also have someone check that scale.

This was a good 5.99 a pound but I think that panda express is better. They have variety that is a little different from panda ora ge chicken was okay and the beef and broccoli maybe one of the better choice. Teri chicken was okay. I didn't like the noodle options here. Also if get two pounds they give egg rolls or another option butnifnuiu get 5 pounds you still in get 2 egg rolls i cou pl d have split the order and then get 4 egg rolls. They didn't give in and I didn't push it.

They have an outside patio seating area before you reach the front entrance. Inside was nice and clean. We were greeted right away. I tired the light duo. Which included the poached chicken and fried chicken along with the moist rice and broth on the side. There is a a sauce basket provided. It's marked what is recommended for the type of chicken to try. Good recommendations. Per all, food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

My kids ate 1 of their poached chicken. and they said it was so fragrant! I thought, oh maybe they're ginger flavor, but nope! It's refreshing for a coughing toddler! That broth is awesomely good! The chicken is poached well and the rice is soft! For our food was the curry and fried rice! It's a lot so we can have to go for the rest and it stays good when we heat it for dinner! Yes it's pricey, but it's worth the taste I must say! One thing is off though, maybe the staff are tired..it's a scorching summer...maybe they didn't intent to smile or having unused chit chat, they were so tense and no smiley face, which makes me even felt uncomfortable when I'm waiting for the mango sticky rice. Will we be back???? YES! But smile please next time!

The sizzling rice soup was hot. There were 4 square rice cakes for the 4 of us. The broth was pleasantly light, the chicken was tender, and vegetables were fresh. Refreshing and serve as good palate cleanser. I definitely enjoyed it; perhaps a touch of additional seasoning would make it more flavorful The beef fried rice and beef lo mein came out steaming hot. The beef was tender. Both the rice and noodles were well cooked. A touch of black pepper to the lo mein would have been great. The orange chicken was very good. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. It went great with the fried rice. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Ever since the menu changed like a year ago, the quality has gone downhill. My family used to eat here every week when we're feeling Chinese food. I grew up in LA SGV so it was like winning the lottery when we found this place... 1-2 years ago. Well, this place is no longer that. Quantity also went down. You know what went up? Price. It hurts me to write this review because the service staff are great and truly enjoy working there. I wish the kitchen staff would be on par with the service staff.

GLORY GLORY GLORYYY!!!…read more Came into this spot with no expectations. A friend recommended us this restaurant and told us it's going to be a BANG for you buck with no compromise in quality. After looking at the review, it seemed great. Nice owners and good food, but I was concerned whether they were going to have authentic Chinese food. As soon as I entered, I was greeted very warmly and our server, although he didn't talk much, was so kind with his actions. After being seating and looking at the menu, we ordered a lot. My stomach was ordering before my logic kicked in. To be honest, I thought me and my party of four could destroy the food. Turns out, each plate was about 25-40% larger than we expected. Not all the plates could fit on our table so we started using the tables next to us . Not only was the quantity great, the quality was even better. Some of my must get items are: - Black Pepper Chicken - Mapo Tofu (ask for extra spicy if you like spice) - House Chow Mein - Mongolian Beef *Insider advice, ask for their house special spicy sauce. You will not regret it! If you're on the fence of finding a family friendly diner, which can also fit large parties, look no further! You will finish the meal satisfied AND will have some extra food to take home for lunch the next day. The restaurant is well kept, every table is cleared and cleaned immediately after customers leave AND they have a long bar area with drinks and sports running on the TVs. How can your party/family not be happy. This place has everything I needed! Yall better make your way over... I'll be waiting for my thank you!

Despite being the sole staff member attending to all customers, Yuki managed to take excellent care of us, demonstrating precision and attentiveness to our special requests. Her kindness and efficiency made the dining experience truly delightful, creating a sense of blissful hospitality. It is unusual and concerning that only one server was responsible for the entire dining room, especially during peak hours when the restaurant was nearly full. Adequate staffing is critical to maintaining service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction without overburdening employees.
