We've been here a couple of times and it has never disappointed. This time we went for a half Caprese sandwich and a tomato soup. Both were great. On earlier occasions, we have tried their rustic bread, soups, and other sandwiches, and they have been great. The staff is great and friendly. The restaurant is well maintained - neat and clean. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited a few minutes and no one even acknowledged me even though there were several staff in the kitchen. Ordered a soup and cappuccino. They gave me a buzzer and it was ready in a few minutes. The squash soup was nice but not really hot. They have plenty of tables and booths with decent ambiance. The good thing about Panera is the consistency from store to store as far as the food quality goes and it is something I can count on pretty much across the board. However I just did a quick to go order of a whole Caesar with chicken and by the time I got to my destination to eat it and opened the box, I found that the box was the whole salad size, but the contents were barely enough for a half salad box. Whoever is making the salads at this location should be retrained, because I was basically changed double in comparison to what I received. read more

Still the best Panera I've ever been to. Helpful employees, an ever-changing menu, large selection of non-soda drinks, plenty of room to navigate between tables, and outdoor seating seasonally. What more can you ask for at the closest place to healthy fast food? My only gripe is that the crew never seems to stay on top of keeping the floors and tables clean. We frequent this Panera 2-3 times per month. I love the food. I have never had a problem that couldn't be promptly resolved by the staff. The parking is convenient, the location is convenient. I wanted to treat myself to lunch after working four doubles in a row at my work so I went to Panera. I hadn't had Panera in a few months and had forgot how much I like it. Plus, this location was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, the staff was super friendly and warm, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Staff refused to let me sit down to eat a cup of soup even though i arrived before their advertised hours expired. I.e. The store was open. What?? Stopped by Panera Bread around 1:00 for lunch with my granddaughter. She order the apple salad and I got 1/2 an Italian Hero, to go. We got to our destination about 10 minute away and open our order, her salad had moldy cheese on it and my "sandwich" was soaked is some white stuff and saturated. No pickle as was listed on the order. I went back and the person at the counter said the salad had "blue cheese" in it ???? What , other Panera breads we've gone to use Feta! When I asked what they put on my sandwich that made it all soggy she didn't even answer the question. The absolute worst place to eat! Soggy sandwich and rotten salad. read more

Panera anywhere is pretty delicious, especially the orange scones, but overpriced for what it is. This location in particular has a terrible service counter layout and generally undertrained staff. I loathe that I'm always being upsold on something. The dining area is nice, but the ordering experience is usually a drag. There are more reasonably price places with better staff in town, we'll just go there. read more

I went in tonight around 6pm and it was empty, placed my order at the kiosk since nobody was around to take my order. Got my order to-go with extra dressing, gave it a quick glance, it looked complete so I went home. After driving 20 min home, I realized that they did give me extra dressing, but it was extra of the wrong dressing. Super disappointing! Also, the received two knives and a spoon with no fork and my salad had pecans in it along with the almonds. I was the only order on their screen and there was 4 people working the line/counter area. Mistakes happen but it just was a super sloppy experience and with how many people were working it seemed careless. I have been to many Panera cafes. Reliable clean and great service til this one. Chicken Cobb salad. Rapid Pick Up. Lettuce brown, avacado not ripe, prepped incorrectly not edible. Baguette so stale my dog couldn't eat it. Incorrect dressing for the salad. A fork and no knife for a take out - leaves you out of luck when you are in the road. Where do I start. I guess I'll start with the guys that stand at the counter and bring the customers who are sitting their food. One was extremely sick, coughing INTO his hand and wiping his snot on his hands and touched the customers food and brought it to them. The other was was extremely smelly (not trying to be rude but working with food, it's off putting) and he was wiping the food that fell off the plates onto the floor. Like the other reviewers, I've been to many thinners but this is the first one I have been so impressed with I had to write a review. The service was exceptional and other little things make this location stand out from the rest. For example, the baguette that normally comes with the pick 2 was about half full of bread. They also have a nice table tracking system so they know exactly where to bring your food. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area. read more

This Panera continues to be a let down. This morning I ordered a bagel toasted with butter to go. I already knew they do not put the butter on for you but the bagel was not even warm. Maybe she forgot to toast it but I had to wait a few minutes for it so maybe their toaster is broken. This is not the time I have been disappointed with this Panera. Nice service, tasty treats, but the soup is packed FULL of sodium. I picked up a cup of salt, aka french onion soup, yesterday, it was inedible. I wrote to Customer Service, the reply is that they know and are working on it. No refund, or credit offered.
