My wife and I were able to work inside the restaurant while enjoying relaxing music and sipping out coffee. I got an americano with 2 shots of espresso and my wife got oat milk latte with VT maple syrup- both of them were tasty! Cashier was super friendly upon walking in. Place was clean and welcoming. Tons of places to sit. We ordered to go. We got three wraps- Caesar- amazing Greca- good Pesto- not so good Caesar wrap was the best tasting. I'd go back just for that! It was also huge! Greek style wrap was tasty, but not as good as the Caesar. Husband got the pesto wrap and he was disappointed. It didn't taste like pesto at all. It was pretty much just filled with quinoa or hemp (we couldn't figure out what the taste was) but it really wasn't that pesto flavor at all. Disappointing because it was pricey. I understand that good quality food is expensive and we're willing to pay for it if it's good. We also got two of the cacao peanut butter balls that were in containers in front and they were tasty. I'd recommend this place if you want to be full and not feel bad about what you ate! I'd suggest a better rewards system for returning customers because eating like that is not affordable for someone like me. Stopped here to get some breakfast and bought a jasmine green tea. The shop is cute with its green color and indoor plants. They offer smoothies, coffees, teas and other healthy food options. They also offer keto options if you're doing that. The gentleman who served my tea notified me that he will offer my drink with a sleeve since he has no nerve endings. Lol he cool to chat with! It pains me to have to write a bad review of this place, as it has been a family go-to since 2019 when we first discovered it. The food is still tasty, and still celiac safe, but sometime between June 2025 and August 2025 they dramatically shrunk the portion sizes. No longer will your $16 wrap fill you up, let alone fuel you for the afternoon. All those reviews you see where people describe generous portion size? They are from before the portions shrunk by almost half! So while the food is still good, we left HUNGRY -- and that's after spending about $21/person (with tax and tip) for 2 buffalo chicken wraps. Within an hour, I ended up having to buy a second lunch for my kid and a bag of chips for myself just to make it through an afternoon of errands. I understand that ingredients are getting more expensive -- but not THAT expensive. At the very least, they should offer the mini wraps (like what they served on August 19, 2025) for a *lower* price point (maybe $12) and the wraps of the original size for $20. (The 25% increase in price should cover any inflationary costs.) That way, hungry people can still get filled up. And dieters and budget-conscious folks who aren't really hungry can get a smaller, less expensive lunch. I can't imagine going back unless something changes, because truly, I want no longer be hungry after I eat lunch. read more

I liked the seasoning and sesame seed topping; the quality of the beef was excellent; I would highly recommend this dish. Service was very good; I didn't wait long for the order to be delivered; the only downside was that the cost was more than I expected. OMG while traveling to different cities for work as a Flight Attendant - finding yummy vegan food can be a challenge! But thanks to Yelp, I can always find a great spot to try! I found Eco Beans + Greens because it was super close to my hotel and I only had 1.5 hours until it was time to begin getting ready for my next flight. From the moment my Lyft driver dropped me off, I felt super charged to walk through their doors because that green in their logo just made me feel good - can't really explain why ... As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an awesome woman who helped me navigate their menu - I was looking for something super filling because I didn't have dinner and at this point it's like 11am ... So I ordered their Falafel Wrap and a PB Nipp Dream Smoothie and mmmmm mmmmm I can taste it now! The Falafel Wrap was made perfectly and didn't spill out the moment I took my first bite. It was so good - I almost bit my finger :) every ingredient in that wrap just tasted so fresh! And for the PB Nipp Dream - it was pure heaven. I am a HUGE peanut butter fan! I was craving something sweet, yet healthy and this curved that craving. Oh and how could I forget - their playlist was hitting! It played my girl Rihanna to Lady Gaga! All organic food and drink nestled in a collection of businesses, Eco Bean + Greens is delicious and fresh. When you walk in, there is a lot of space. It was really early, so I only saw a couple other customers. That was odd, but, it didn't deter me. I'm glad it didn't. I only ordered a meal's worth of food, but I am glad I did and kind of wish I had ordered more. Ordering more would have required too much thought though. As a vegan who was dehydrated and tired from a long run, I just picked as quickly as possible - Almond Butter Cup without the honey, a vegan Caesar salad and a raw marzipan bar. I love almonds and prefer it to peanuts, so it wasn't hard to pick that smoothie, I just wish I had asked to add in some cacao. That's probably why I also ordered the marzipan bar, but, truth be known, it's not marzipan, it's almond-free and has peanut butter. It was very good, but I would have preferred it to be named something that says peanut butter and not almonds (marzipan = almond candy, often made around holidays, very popular in Europe). The salad was perfect. I prefer kale over romaine, and there was a lot more kale! I also prefer pepitas over sunflower seeds, and there were pepitas- yum! They're more expensive, so I'm impressed they chose these over sunflower seeds. Yum and thanks! The dressing was perfect - usually it's too greasy and salty, but this was not. There was also a generous amount of fresh avocado chunks in it, and it made me very happy. I also like they added some seaweed to get that "caesar" flavor associated with sea-based ingredients. A few cucumber chunks were also appreciated to make it a perfect blend. Probably my favorite vegan caesar ever. Most of these salads are just dressing, romaine and croutons. This one puts those types of vegan Caesar salads to shame! Yum! The staff member who was helping me mentioned the possibility of franchising and opening more locations, and I would definitely welcome one closer to where I live. This place was great. I just wish I could go back and order make my own salad bowl, because really, all I want is more salad in my life that I don't have to make. It helps to have vegan dessert and amazing smoothies, too. Oh, there is not fresh-pressed juices here, so just note that it's a smoothie bar, yes, a salad bar, yes, make your own and pre-determined bowl bar, yes, but not a juice bar. Prices have been complained about, but, if you ever make your own all organic meal, you know the price tag. It's fair in its pricing. I eat here often but have been disappointed more than once when ingredients in my favorite salads were forgotten or substituted without a heads-up. Most recently I opened the take-out container to find tiny, burned chunks of bread instead of crispy chickpeas on my Caesar salad. Another time, my salad received double the amount of dressing and was too wet to eat. A time or two before that, I found the avocado had been left off my cobb salad... This place has gone downhill to the point that they are charging $19!! For a wrap or salad and their chicken isn't even organic. Wow! Where have I been?!? I have lived in Burlington since 2007 and consider myself an avid foodie and literally just discovered this place. Literally the best place to get a generously portioned burrito, smoothie, salad or delicious middle eastern/Mediterranean inspired rice bowl! I was honestly surprised at how delicious this food was-- I had read the reviews but it surprised my expectations. Folks that think it is over priced need to remember that everything is made fresh and homemade. The business is also committed to paying their employees a livable wage. The wraps for the burritos are epic. I have eaten here twice in three days my fav so far is the chipotle chicken burrito special. My body craves this food because it is high vibe, healing, and intentionally medicinal. They even run a cellular health detox/peak performance spa/center next door and the owner Justin is a sweetheart. It is so clear to me that he is passionate about his mission, helping others, and providing a niche healing experience for his community.
