We came here twice during our Lake Placid visit and both times, everything was great. First time, I had a delicious biscuit with sausage gravy and I devoured that. My husband had banana nutella french toast and I thought he was going to eat the place. We came back a second time and this time I had a special on the menu which was "house biscuits griddled in our waffle iron topped with white pepper gravy, 2 poached eggs, crispy chicken and maple chive hollandaise" with home fries on the side. When it came out, I thought there was no way I could eat that but twenty minutes later, my plate was nearly empty. It was so good. The chicken was amazing, the eggs were great and the biscuit/waffle was spectacular. I think I left about five or six little potatoes. Service was great and even though there was a line for a table, it moved quickly. I highly recommend this place for great food in a nice atmosphere with excellent service.

I would complain more about that but we all know how the economy is these days. I ordered my usual chicken bowl. Asked for extra brown rice, chicken, extra corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Look at the picture I posted compared to the one from a year ago. How sad does it look? I ASKED HIM for extra rice and corn and he failed miserably. They didn't even have much product which is something I've noticed at multiple locations. When I got to the register to pay, there wasn't one, but TWO other customers complaining. One had placed a pickup order which he CLEARLY had the receipt for on his phone and the workers said they have it as a delivery. They didn't even really look at his phone and they were arguing. The second customer ordered food to her office and her friend did as well. Her complaint was that her friends order, which was wrong, went to her and a bag with her receipt for her order was in the bag but her order wasn't there. I had also asked for a water cup and had to ask twice cause of all of that going. It was all happening at the same time so I wasn't too mad when I had to ask again. But then I went to the drink machine to get my water and guess what? There was no ice in the machine. I love Chipotle but this trip was the WORST one I've had in a while. Oh, and the tables were dirty as well and my friend had to clean it off herself. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!!!!!
