Maple Glazed Bacon, Scrambled Egg, and Cheese sandwich-wrap.
    Roger K.

I don't go to a Panera very often and I've never been to one for breakfast. So this was truly an experience for me. Fortunately, a good experience. My wife was already familiar with using their self-ordering kiosk tablets with buzzer notification so I didn't have to deal with that. I would have preferred to look at a menu with pictures rather than scrolling through categories and photos. But this is what the industry has come to. Having included coffee in our order, we went to the counter with the thermoses of coffee. It was nice to have a choice of real ceramic cups along with paper to-go cups. My wife chose their mild variety while I went in the direction of dark. She was very pleased with her mild version and said it had a nice flavor. I tasted it and couldn't really recognize flavor. My dark coffee was perfect for me and what my wife considered bitter. She was especially pleased with the oat bun that held her Avocado, Egg White and Spinach sandwich. Her only disappointment was that the spinach had not been properly cleaned and still had some grit on it. I was pleasantly surprised with my Maple Glazed Bacon, Scrambled Egg, and Cheese sandwich-wrap. Really nice maple flavor came through. It tasted much better than it looked. If I'm ever up and out on the road at that hour again I'll definitely consider stopping at a Panera again.

Would you eat the food after seeing this disgusting bathroom? A nice piece of hair left for dessert.

Would you eat your meal after this bathroom trip? Completely lost my appetite and it was a waste of 35$ of food that isn't even going to fill me up anyway. Panera really slipping these days, big competitors definitely are a better option!!

Chipotle chicken scrambled egg & avocado wrap - disappointing

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado Wrap this morning through the app. It was ready and waiting for me when I got to the store 15 minutes later. The sandwich was mostly wrap and all of the ingredients were smushed in the middle. The avocado wasn't sliced up so when I bit into the wrap, the avocado popped out and fell onto the floor. The chicken was clumped together in the middle like someone just took a fist-full of chicken and plopped it in there. The sandwich was very greasy too. All in all a not enjoyable breakfast from this location.

    Healthy lunch.

Panera is a nice chain place to get a soup and sandwhich. The menu is interesting and the place is clean. The prices are above average but that okay too. The employees are always nice. During lunch it is crazy and loud but the food comes out fresh and quick. Bathroom was clean and had soap and towels. YES towels. Plenty of seating and it is great from groups. Keep up the good work.

    The queue when I arrived.

Never, never, never again. I placed an online order using their "rapid pickup" service at 11:52 AM and received an email confirmation that my order would be ready at 12:05 PM. I arrived promptly at 12:05 to find my name buried at the bottom of what I thought was a long list (see attached)--over the next 30 minutes I would watch as that list soon spilled off the screen (also attached). The most painful part was watching as people who walked in and ordered at the counter got their food before I did. I understand that the lunch rush is busy, but this area is home to countless corporate campuses where the lunch rush is nothing if not predictable. There was little to no management of expectations and minimal, inaccurate information from the staff (a woman behind the counter would sporadically yell out that they were 20 minutes behind--closer to 30 in reality). There were no apologies or semblance of understanding for the frustration of the countless people waiting. If there was a manager on staff, we never heard from or saw them. In the end, I spent 35 minutes waiting for watery mac & cheese and a sloppily constructed, mostly tasteless sandwich. I enjoy Panera for a break from the fast food monotony, but I will absolutely never return to this location.

A real disappointment. My sandwich was tiny and was not worth the experience. The quality was also lackluster. This is an average restaurant but it was quiet and clean and the service was fast.

I made a beeline to Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings and was seated immediately. The large restaurant was filled with tables and booths decorated in a clean, modern decor. Service was quick and friendly. They had those robot machines that deliver orders, but I only saw them utilized a few times during my visit. The rest, including myself, were served by people. I got a classic pork XLB, fried pork chop, and bok choy w/garlic sauce. I also ordered 2 orders of XLB to go for someone who ate somewhere else but still wanted some soup dumplings. The food came out quickly, and I like how I was given a pair of tongs to safely open and close the steamer basket lid. This was great, so I could keep the lid on between bites. I was a bit wary when I saw the dumplings, as they appeared to have a really tall pleated section of wrapper. I thought it might be too doughy. Thankfully, the wrapper skins were thin, and it wasn't too much wrapper to filling ratio. The dumplings were filled with lots of broth, which hit the spot on that cold night. The porkchops were flavorful and nice and tender, and those sauteed green leafy vegetables satisfied my craving. They did a great job with my to-go order, too. The soup dumplings & their accessories were packed up in an insulated bag--nice touch! What a great surprise to find Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings at the mall. I really needed that great food after so many fast-food meals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

While the interior design and service are very good, food itself is lackluster and not of good value. My husband ordered $18 mini pot (five spice chicken), but he wasn't impressed by the flavor and portion. For him to say "the lunch is horrible", it means the flavor is really not there. I had the $18 signature chicken soup rice noodle. I would say it's of better value. But I wasn't too keen about the flavor either. Their food presentation is superb, but at the end of the day a restaurant needs to work on flavor and value if it's seeking long term success.

So many times when I eat out and a savory pie is on the menu I find myself staring at a deconstructed thing. All the ingredients piled on a plate in a lovely gravy with a Pie Puff on top. Good, but not great. In this The Silverspoon already has my vote as they made an honest to god PIE. Full crust top and bottom and when you factor in that the filling was spectacular, the duck juicy and tender and the crust not too flaky and not too crunchy? I was in heaven. Piled atop the Pie was a veritable mountain of watercress and Pomegranate seeds (next time I will set them to the side so I can choose the proper amount per mouthful) and it's here that the Pie really took off. The Pomegranate seeds were little jewels of sweet and tart juice that gave a little pop of color and cool to the delicious duck with every bite. I was so very thrilled with it. I got an opportunity to speak with the new proprietor Michael and he was also an absolute pleasure. The service was friendly and the food was incredible. I will absolutely be back! The only thing I wish was that I had checked my doggie bag before I left, sadly my pie leftovers must have been placed in another bag. After the door kept getting left open, letting cold air in, I finally went up to the register to speak with the young woman there. I told her that people keep leaving the door open as they are leaving and asked if she could please put a sign for people leaving the cafe, which might help. I also asked if she could please keep an eye on the door, and let her know I had already had to get up 3 times to shut the door. To her credit, she did ask if we wanted to move to a different table, but it seemed like a hassle at that point. She did say again that she would be sure to keep an eye on the door. Guess what? She did not keep an eye on the door as more people were leaving. My mother also tried to catch her as she was going by, and she didn't stop. She basically ignored us the rest of the time. The young man serving us was polite but just kind of smiled and said sorry with a passive attitude when my mother mentioned the issue as we were paying (we told him we didn't want the coffee drinks after all, we just wanted to pay and leave at that point). I would think business owners would instruct their employees to try to please their customers and make them feel welcome. In the case of an issue, I would expect the employee to want to make an effort to make things right. This was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend the place for this reason.
