Had the best drive thru service today 4/17 @ 2:49pm. I did not get to catch the young lady's name but I want to recognize her for her ability to pivot and find solutions in a timely manner. I ordered 2 orders of the Asiago Twists, but they only had enough for 1 order. I was totally fine with getting a substitution, and she went above and beyond and even offered cookies for my 2 boys. She did not have to do that, but showed she cared and stopped at nothing to make it right. This simple gesture will forever live on, being nice and polite will be instilled to my 2 little dudes. I've been going to Panera for years but not very often. I've been to this location twice. This location sits just near the freeway entrance/exit so it's convenient. It's sits in the same area as Chik fil an and shake shack. This location has a drive thru so that's great if you don't want to get out of your car. I never realized Panera had breakfast options. Maybe because I usually stop here for lunch or a cookie. Farmhouse duo breakfast sandwich: it's ok. Not bad , it amazing. I probably wouldn't get it again though. It's a bit overwhelming. 3 stars Kitchen sink cookie: this is my favorite it's crispy and chewy at the same time. I hasn't had it it a while but I hissed to love they're tomato soup and broccoli n cheese soups. It's worth a shot. I'd come back for the bakery and lunch items. read more

Came here one work week this month to buy some bagels and cream cheese for the staff. Location is great with lots of parking spaces. It's clean and not that busy when I came. I was surprised that the bagels were packed in plastic bags and not the box type. I was told that's only for catering. Oh ok....the bagels were soft and fresh. Staff said it's different in a good way. I will try to come back for more of their goodies and maybe I can bump the stars higher. read more

Tried the new Salad Stuffer promotional menu item - was absolutely awful for $14. Sub roll was barely hollowed out so it was all bread with maybe 4 tablespoons full of salad. A rip off and such a poorly made item. Change the advertising because this item is awful. read more

Me and my wife always go there but this time has little different experience. On the top of the bread one corner has full of salt you can see on the picture. And i ordered half sandwich which was $8.99 but I don't know how it's become total almost $17 Ordered the half sandwich not the full. Always have enough Parking. Clean atmosphere inside. I was wanting some Chicken noodle soup late at night, so I came here about 20 minutes before closing. I stood at the register for a few minutes as the workers were all busy cleaning and preparing for the close of the restaurant. I finally asked if I could still order when no one noticed me standing there. No worries, it was late, close to closing. I asked if they still had some chicken noodle soup. I took it to go. Restaurant was clean, plenty of seating for the size. This location has a drive through and conveniently located next to the freeway. The person who took my order was friendly. Chicken noodle soup was good. Size to me was a little small for $10. read more

There's a brand-new Panera that's incredibly convenient to get to from the 405! It opened about a week ago and is located just off the 405 South at the Western exit. Getting there is a breeze--simply exit, make two left turns, and you're there! Getting back on the freeway just takes two quick right turns, so you can be in and out of there in five minutes if you order ahead. As a new location, it's spotless and well-maintained. The employees have been consistently friendly, which makes the experience even better. Unlike many other Panera locations, this one puts orders out in a designated pickup area, so you don't have to wait for someone in the kitchen to stop what they're doing to hand over your food. The coffee here seems to taste better than at other Paneras--maybe it's thanks to the brand-new equipment? Parking is ample, at least in the mornings when I've visited. Since the other businesses nearby aren't open yet, it's been easy to find a spot. This location offers outdoor seating and a drive-thru, so it checks almost all the boxes for what you'd want from a Panera. However, I was disappointed to find that their soda fountain doesn't include soda water. Some Panera locations have it, which is great for mixing with lemonade if you're in the mood for a bubbly but less sweet drink. I was hoping this new location might have it, but unfortunately, no luck. Overall, this is a great addition to the area, and I'll definitely be back, I've already been three times in less than a week! read more

I ordered a Cesar salad and a Turkey sandwich. The salad was OK, but they got my sandwich wrong and served me a shit sandwich. A shit sandwich is made out of the ass-end of the bread, which is very tough, strong and will break your teeth as you try to bite into it. I usually don't eat the ass end (heel) of the bread, but this bread was tougher than the wood countertop of the seat. So I couldn't even eat the bread. I wouldn't recommend this particular Panera bread. I would keep driving to another restaurant to go to another Panera location. this one is too cheap and the employees seen to have no common sense when preparing food. read more

Not bad, it's a 3.5 star to me, but I rounded down because I felt the music was a little obnoxious, and I felt the food was expensive. $14 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup...I can make it at home for probably $4. Still service was quick and helpful! If they had more vegan options I can see this place being 4 stars easily. read more

The good: I tried their steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans and iced latte. I loved that they had a drive-thru option. It's a great spot to grab a quick breakfast. The oatmeal came nicely packaged and was warm. The service was quick. The oatmeal was very filling. The bad: It was $15 for the two items. I thought it was pretty pricey. The oatmeal was nice but probably isn't something I'd order again because of the price. The interesting: The first time I had Panera was in Florida and I thought it was such a fancy bakery. They sell gift cards online and offer catering too. Their breakfast menu's only available before 10:30AM. You can get totes/carafes of coffee here as well. read more

Located off 190th St in Torrance. Recently opened a while ago in the same center with Shake Shake and Chick Fil A parking is shared with all of them be aware of the parking spots that have signs and painted signs seems like not much regular spots a lot are order pick up etc. This Panera has a drive through as well. Service was pretty quick. The inside is nice and of course fairly new so it's clean and lighting is good. Overall a good experience here I'll be back again. read more

I wanted something quick to eat before heading out and this was the closest Panera. I've never had a problem with Panera but this place is more like an office than a restaurant. More people were working in their laptops than eating. I got a "Luke warm" soup with a stale baguette. My husband got a "you pick two" salad and sandwich and he couldn't eat the sandwich because it was so hard as if it was sitting out for days. And need I say one of the slices was the end of a loaf? Nobody wants that! At least in my family. This Panera was a one and done for this girl. read more

The customer service from the entire staff was great, but the service from Cruz W. and Juana V. (Manager) was truly exceptional and professional. Although a few items on the menu were unavailable, their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism shined through. They guided us with excellent substitute options and even allowed us to sample several items before choosing our meals. They were absolutely wonderful . They are charging 5 bucks and change for a bagel with cream cheese and there are issues. One, this place is meant to showcase their baked goods. The hint is in the name. Yet thier products are an embarrassment to all legit bakeries. Second is they are hitting you with the old one two famous with nationwide chains. Charge a premium price yet... 1 - Shrinkflation. The bagel served to me was 30% smaller than a standard bagel sold at a proper place. 2 - Low quality/cost ingredients. If you bought a bag of the cheapest bagels at Smart & Final or Food 4 Less it would be the same quality as the bagel I was served. AVOID AVOID AVOID going to Panera for anything other than a coffee. read more

New location, given it needs a lot of work and training. I stood in the drive thru line trying to order for nearly 10mins. They did not have breads in stock, weren't sure what they had. I asked multiple questions as the worker sounded confused and eventually someone else took over the mic. Even then got my order incorrect. The service is very pleasant! The place is extremely new so it's super clean and well organized. Has some outlets available + free wifi! The food can be pretty pricy, but that's more of a corporate thing. I will say I am not the biggest fan of the pastries, as they're expensive and mediocre, however the ambiance is super calm and nice. All the workers are very friendly and nice as well! read more
