Newly redone, in only one week, this Panera is beautiful. Some of the major changes are: the pastries are now behind the counter
Margery Z.

We got here at 11a.m., so just as the lunch hour was starting, and this location did not seem exceptionally busy. I ordered the Ranch Parmesan BLT salad. It took 15 minutes to get my salad and then discovered it was incomplete. There was no bacon! Of course this was quickly rectified, and the salad was tasty, but not nearly as inviting as the picture in the menu. Besides the missing bacon, I had only a few croutons and very little shaved Parmesan. Luckily we had not left as, for some unknown reason, my salad was packed as a to-go meal. So wasteful. The plastic container, the plastic fork and knife. After looking at the receipt attached to the bag for to-go orders, I see that the man who took my order marked it as To-Go. I, for sure, did not hear him say that as I would have corrected him immediately. I am a frequent customer at Panera, including this location. It was very disappointing not only for the longer than usual wait, but also that it was packed to-go, missing the bacon and not as many croutons or as much shaved Parmesan. I've just read my receipt where it says to let an associate know if the order is incorrect. I did and she added the bacon, but it also says that if there is an error, I should receive a free treat. She certainly did not offer this after adding the bacon.

I go to a regular meetup at this Panera and overall, it's a solid choice. Having the app helps for ordering and for discounts. I enjoy the soups, especially in the bread bowl. The options in general are pretty good. It's a little expensive for some things but, still, it's a good option for groups. There are also so many things in different price ranges, which is very helpful. You can order ahead, do curbside pickup, or order the old fashion way. Next time you're in the area, stop in for an orange scone. Those scones are amazing.

ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD WITH NO CHICKEN.

Stop by the drive thru. I was told that it would be 10-15 minutes and was asked if I still wanted to order. My wife just had a tooth pulled and was really really excited about getting certain items so I said yes. He took my order at 7:25p.m. And I didn't get my order until 8:35pm. After I got to the window at 8:00p.m. I figured it had been a half an hour so i paid for my meal then had another 35 minutes to wait before I got my order. The server did say that I could call in somewhere didn't give me any telephone number and I could get a repeat of my order for free. NEVER, EVER, EVER going to Panera again. It is not worth the hour wait. ALSO MY ASIAN "CHICKEN" SALAD HAD NO CHICKEN.

Toasted Italiano

Always love a Panera soup and sandwich lunch. Went yesterday, tried new item, toasted Italiano. Very good. Bread to meat ratio perfect! I also love how you can customize your sandwich as well. Bread was fresh. Very tasty sandwhich, I could drink the garlic aioli.

If I keep mooning customers and employees, I may end up in the Ban-Era rather than the Panera, but that's my business and my butt's business so let's swiftly move on (or slowly, if that's your thing). On the one hand I like this Panera because it's always busy and it's good for people watching and hanging out and there's a really lovely employee from South Africa (an older gentleman, and he was impressed that I immediately knew where he was from due to his accent - Joburg, no less), and a couple of other nice employees too. On the other hand I've had some bad attitude from a few employees and they've messed my order up on two or three occasions to so it's a bit of a mixed bag really - however this is still up in the area that I come to hang out on a regular basis, and is the one I've spent the most time in, probably because it's right next to my salad place. I'm a Panera member but I think their food is nightmarishly horrible, not just bland but awful. If you love Panera food, we can possibly friends but definitely not dining friends. Not in the sense that you can give recommendations to me, anyway. Sorry. I do appreciate their free self-service water and their free Wi-fi (which is sometimes spotty). Their caramel macchiato is good but I'm not a big fan of anything else.

Waiting for my order... they give you a little buzzer or you can get texted

There's a few reasons for my 2-star rating, a big one being the self-service kiosk which is onerous process and really incredibly impersonal. The second is that the dining room feels like a Greyhound Bus station cafeteria with dirty plates, cutlery, and used napkins askew everywhere. Yuck. The food itself isn't bad and the coffee's decent (especially dark roast) and they have a nice selection of teas. The bread and pastries are also pretty good. It's just the impersonal and high volume nature of the dining experience that makes eating here or having coffee here subpar.

Cobb salad

I'm not necessarily a Panera fan, but I was given a gift card and was having lunch with a dear old friend so it seemed a no brainer to treat her to lunch here. I ordered the Cobb salad and my friend thought it sounded so good, she ordered it too... we both ordered drinks and I made an ice coffee, she chose the hibiscus tea.. both drinks were tasty... the Cobb salad was excellent! It came with a goddess dressing and the typical Cobb salad fixings but they were not piled in rows as I've had at other places... it looked more like a regular salad... that being said, it was delicious! It had chicken, avacado, bacon, egg, radish on top of a nice bed of greens. We both ordered the whole salad thinking that it would be enough for a little take home, but it was not. So, I removed a star because it was not a very generous portion of salad for the price.

A little bit of Panera heaven.

I don't care if Panera Bread is a chain, it's an awesome chain. I stopped into this location over the weekend because I had a hankering for a bread bowl. The place was pretty empty and since I haven't actually been to Panera in quite a while, this was my first time using the little screens to order. Did I order a bread bowl? Well, technically. Once I saw the chicken macaroni and cheese on the menu my desire for soup died and I was about to fall into a cheesy heaven. On top of the cheesy bread ball I got a blood orange lemonade on the side because it just looked so good. The macaroni and cheese was absolutely delicious and eating it out of a bread ball made it just a little better. The blood orange lemonade was delicious and I definitely drank 2 cups of it. Overall, nobody is reading this wondering what Panera Bread is. This place is a great spot to study, talk with friends, or just eat some lunch. I definitely recommend giving the macaroni and cheese a try, you won't regret it!

Stopped in for my sip club beverage and the in restaurant kiosk offered two dollars off on a pick two meal. I attempted to order a tomato soup and everything bagel grilled cheese. I don't know what happened but it gave me my beverage but not my meal with the discount. I spoke to Kendra who assisted me with the order. Grilled cheese was delicious but they were out of everything bagels so opted for Asiago bagel with tomatoe emerald greens and peppadews the tomato soup was as good as it always is/was. The help here are always appreciated by me the way they are ready to assist with any questions.

BBQ mac, minus the sauce. Steak and cheddar sandwich.

Listen... I'm pregnant and I've been craving Chinese food and I finally tried this place.. CHANGED…read moreMY LIFE!!! When they rang me up I thought it was pricey for some "average" Chinese takeout , but now this is my NEW and ONLY spot I'm going to go to! We fed our family of 5 with the sesame chicken, veggie lo mein, egg rolls and spring rolls, PLEASE try this placewhoever was cooking last night must've been upset about something cause they put their WHOLE FOOT in this food but on a serious note I'm impressed and I NEVER leave reviews but if someone asks about Chinese food recommendations-I'll show em y'all's way

Ordered takeout. I don't like to rate restaurants on takeout, because it's never as good as…read moresit-down, but here I am anyway. The cashier was a little gruff, but the woman running back and forth between the kitchen and the front had a better business sense about keeping customers happy. She didn't want me to wait long, so I think she rushed the kitchen a little bit, which I appreciated, but also may have led to some of the demerits on the food I mention below. I was happy to see one dish I ordered, the pig intestine with fish, on their picture board above the cash registers. That gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and it was the best dish by far out of the three I ordered. The intestine was fresh and flavorful, the spice level was high, but also not too salty. It was a lot of food. Only drawback here was the fish (tilapia?) seemed to be heavy on the breading. The other two dishes were disappointing. Penang curry with pork had good vegetables, but the sauce had too little flavor since they went too heavy on the coconut milk. The pork seemed like chicken, not pork. Way too soft and flavorless. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun had good noodles and veggies. But the curry powder was not blended in. Eating it, I could still feel it in powder form. It was also far too oily. Overall, I think they had a lot of options but next time I'd steer more towards classic Chinese, since that seems to be what they do well. I hope next time the flavors will be stronger and blended better (i.e. powders actually stirred in). I'm willing to give them another chance, since they do have a lot of dishes I like. Last note: the online ordering service does not indicate that dishes come with rice. I thought they would have rice by default, but then when I added the penang curry to my cart, it asked whether I wanted rice or noodles or something else. So that made me think I had to order rice separately, which meant I had twice as much rice as I needed. It also said "quart of white rice" was sold out, but "pint of white rice" was not, yet the rice that came with my meal came in a quart container.
