Pretty clean and also pretty much wiped out of any pastries when we arrived at 3:00 p.m., so they go fast over the course of the day. They had some cookies left and they could always serve sandwiches and soup. Lots of tables and quite a few people actually inside sitting down and grabbing a bite even at 3:00. Parking lot is a little miserable to get out of on to Jericho turnpike because it's so close to the light.

I am such a fan of Panera Bread! I think I am hooked on the chicken tortellini alfredo! It's my new favorite item on the menu! Staff at this location is friendly and service is quick. Plenty of options to choose from from the menu for any meal! Easy to order at the kiosk and dine in - food prepared quickly and accurately. The tulip butter cookies are a good option for spring. don't forget that membership has its rewards. Dining area is clean and comfortable - not too crowded if you come early for lunch.

This location is very poorly managed. Also this store is very unreliable with the business hours that they keep. They advertise Father's Day specials so we decided to go Sunday night only to find out that the store was closed well before 8 PM (normally they are supposed to be opened until 9 PM) with no signs at all in the window and people standing outside wondering what is going on. This is not the first time that they have done this. This has happened before. It shows poor management on their part. Also the coffee spouts that the coffee comes out of looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while if at all because there was what appeared to be a crust around it. I would Definitely not recommend this store to anyone. It's back to Starbucks for me.

I have been eating at Panera for YEARS so I would feel a little bad giving it anything less than 5 stars. For what it is, it's a 5-star. It's quick, healthy, and the food is decent. It's not the most amazing food on the face of the planet, but it's tasty, and I get the Panera urge relatively often. You have to get the MyPanera card. It's one of those rewards clubs that's actually worth it, save room on your keyring or wallet for it and discard the countless others you have wasting space. I get all giddy when I have a free reward waiting for me. I was just informed that a free pastry awaits me. Helloooooo, tasty cookie. Or muffie. Or pumpkin pie. Or cinnamon roll. Or...maybe I'll stick with my New Year's resolutions... Anyways, good salads, good paninis, good soup and good iced tea - love the acai berry. Unsweetened, and better than (in my opinion) S-bucks iced passion tea, plus it's cheaper. Win-win. You may not know this, but they do have baked chips instead of the fried if that's what you're craving on the side. Some (normal) people don't want bread to go with their bread. I'm always somewhat bewildered when I order a bread bowl, and they ask, "Do you want bread with that?" ...You literally just gave me a bowl of bread. Um, no, I want not bread, thank you very much. Fav's include the chicken noodle soup, Asian sesame salad, tomato and mozz panini (with chicken added sometimes - yum), Thai chopped, the list goes on. Oh and the toffee crunch cookie, I dream of thee. I am very sad that last year they had the mint chocolate cookie for the holidays and this year they have red velvet. Most people might think I'm crazy for saying this, but...I hate red velvet. There. I said it. I might as well order a whole baguette to go with my bread bowl now.

    Steak and white cheddar

Are you kidding? If this is what passes for a Steak and White Cheddar sandwich I will never be returning. $16.50 for that and a cup of soup? Exorbitant prices aren't enough, you have to cheat people out of food too?

Delicious soups, crispy fresh salads with succulent apples and light lemonade. A must visit. Place is clean, bright and staff are happy

The prices are very reasonable for the food you get, everything came out quickly and tasty. The menu was so big, my friends and I will need to go back to try some of the other dishes. I loved how we ordered on an IPAD-it was great to see all the dishes we were ordering before we got the food. This was my first time that I went to a restaurant where all the ordering was done on an IPAD, I loved this way of looking at the menu and ordering! I do not eat red meat and there were plenty of chicken and vegetarian options to choose. I cannot wait to return to try more of the sushi as well as the soup dumplings again-so tasty! This is a GREAT place to go to before seeing a show at the Westbury Music Fair (it is only about 5-10 minutes away and the service is very quick-they almost rush you out)!

The hibachi table we sat at was impossibly close to the wall on the left as you walk in. In order to get into a seat you had to remove a chair to get into and seat yourself sideways onto the seat and then the next person would have to do the same. There were at best two servers for the room of six hibachi tables. Drink orders came after 20 minutes and then the children's drinks were forgotten. What was delivered was good, though. Hot sake and a sakatini paired with a beer. We felt bad because there was only one hibachi chef working and he had a full house. He did well and tried to provide good service even though he had to work non- stop. A good but not great show while we were being served. Not taking anything away from him because he really was swamped. Food was good and delivered either hot or cold and nothing to complain or rave about. One of the most "on par" meals I've had in a while. Prices were standard Long Island prices if not a few dollars per item elevated in comparison to other hibachi restaurants. Overall, fair for a decent meal.

Same great service from the one & only server who does the job of three ppl- forgive me for not even knowing his name after all these years. This has become my go-to spot for the best Vietnamese spring rolls, summer rolls & bánh xèo. I absolutely love their perfectly fried vegetable spring rolls with peanut sauce, their pork & shrimp summer rolls taste fresh and their bánh xèo, which I request it to be made extra crispy- so freakin' good. Just found out in 2026 that it's actually not made with eggs, it's rice flour batter, oops. I also like their grilled angus beef satay with vermicelli noodles- very tasty. Not really a fan of their phở though my other half always get the xl size phở bò. Their classic bánh mì is not bad- I ask for extra pate & bread to be more toasted but it still has too many veggies, too little meat.

Lava milk was nice and not too sweet and the chrysanthemum tea was a good choice to compliment the meal. We ordered the steamed pork soup dumplings. Cooked to perfection. We also ordered the half Peking duck and spicy black fish. The Peking duck was served with pancakes to wrap the duck as well as cucumber, pineapple and hoisin sauce. Duck tasted delicious not greasy at all. It was my favorite part of the meal. Spicy black fish was good as well and not too spicy. This is a high end Chinese fusion restaurant. Given the culinary brilliance here, if you order one of your favorites, it'll be done well, but you're better off trying something unique that might not be on the menu at your local Chinese, Indian or Thai spot. Chili tofu and basil ginger fish were two great showcases for the complex spices available here. (I'm a real American hero, I ate fourths since my parents preferred leftovers that didn't have the top spice levels). And if you're spice-adverse yet chili-curious, the honey chili potato is worth a shot. These are essentially fries. Our server, Ten, was amazing. I made a reservation for two on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was pretty busy, but they had our table ready even though we arrived 30 minutes early. Our server was Evelyn, and she was so sweet and she helped us when we were trying to decide between two desserts and three appetizers. We ordered: - Spring Salad (5/5) this tasted so good with the fresh mango, the snap peas, and the carrot ginger dressing. - Faroe Islands Salmon (5/5) I only tasted the rice, and not the salmon itself, but the rice was so good, and I just kept on stealing more from the plate. - Roasted-Half Chicken (4/5) This was my own entrée, and I loved how the chicken was crispy, and I also really liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but the only thing that I did not think worked well with the dish was the swiss chard. I think it would've tasted better with spinach. - Strawberry Cheesecake (4/5) this was surprisingly very light for a cheesecake, we ended up finishing all of it, and the whipped cream was really good. The strawberries were not my favorite, I kind of wish that they were just fresh slices of strawberries, but to each their own. Unfortunately, the meat had an oddly gamey flavor that immediately raised questions about the quality or freshness. The sauce itself was decent, but it wasn't enough to save the ribs. For entrées, we ordered the steak frites and the half chicken. The steak was maybe a 5/10, and that's being generous. The meat itself was underwhelming, and the accompanying steak sauce actually made matters worse rather than complementing it. Even stranger was the side salad, which somehow had a noticeable fishy smell and taste--definitely not something you expect from a fresh salad. The half chicken was easily the biggest disappointment. It had an unpleasant flavor that came across as spoiled or rotten, to the point where it was difficult to eat. The potatoes alongside it were about a 4/10--bland and forgettable. Overall, much of the food had the taste and texture of something that had been frozen and reheated rather than freshly prepared. Ironically, the fries may have been the best thing we ate all night. Then again, fries are a pretty low bar to clear--and thankfully, they managed not to mess those up. The restaurant was also a bit chilly inside, which didn't help the experience. And on a less serious note, the Diet Coke deserves a mention. Put it next to a McDonald's Diet Coke--and we all know McDonald's is the gold standard--and this one is just sad. I don't enjoy leaving overly negative reviews, but when you're paying restaurant prices, there should be a baseline expectation of freshness and quality. Between the questionable ribs, fishy salad, poor steak, and especially the chicken, this meal fell well below that standard. Food: 3/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Fries: Somehow the MVP
