That's fine. Then a succession of diners come to the window and disrupt his flow. He's standing there facing me the entire time. He eventually puts a couple of bags on the counter, but the name labels on the bags are not visible to me. I presume that he knows I'm still waiting. He preps other eat-in orders. Eventually, someone comes up to claim one of the two bags on the counter. I asked him if the other was for me. It was. I had been standing there patiently waiting the entire time. If he had the bags rotated 90-degrees I would have seen my order, but I wasted probably seven minutes waiting, having NO IDEA that my order was just sitting there. It was exasperating. I went in this morning to Panera on Pacific Avenue for a breakfast treat. Did an online order, per usual. I received stellar service from a young man named Sal. It prompted me to leave this review here. As a show of gratitude for the courtesy/congeniality he displayed for me. I placed an order and one of the items was out of stock/not available. Had not been baked off yet. I was not glad about it. Kindly, he offered me another baked good selection to swap out for the missing one. He did not have to try much more. I am appreciative of the eagerness to make corrections and commend his earnestness. The little things sometimes mean the most, in the end...especially to me. I don't miss good examples, regarding instances of when Customer Service associates prove to possess above average skill sets. This Panera had a drive-through which was really quick! I do recommend that you order ahead on the app. The large salads are always big and satisfying. I have gotten the apple harvest salad with extra toppings and cheese. Their sandwiches are pretty decent too. I like to get half salad and half sandwich and it will definitely fill you up. read more

Came here because I was craving a Sammy and tomato soup! Service was very friendly at the register and my order was ready quick after being ordered - definitely a nutritious meal. 1/23/25 - I like their hazelnut coffee and their bagels with cream cheese. I got here just in time because it looked like they were running out of coffee and cream. One customer already notified the cashier of the coffee because he was probably on his third cup I could tell. When I picked up the creamer just a little cream came out. I left a review before at the beginning of January and yelp is asking for another review and combining my pictures it seems for the end of January. I would like to suggest though more kiosk because 2 doesn't seem enough for a busy location. I tried to order from my phone but Wi-Fi was slow so I tried to go to the kiosk that were already taken up. I only waited for a 2 ladies ordering together ahead but didn't have to wait long. I got the toasted Italiano which is one of their new items on the menu. It's a French bread sandwich with black forest ham, soppressata, red onions, provolone cheese, sliced pepperoncini, romaine & lettuce blend, greek dressing and garlic aioli. i went tonight a little while ago and I was very disappointed... I ordered a bowl size soup and it looked like a cup size so freaking small! And then I ordered half size sandwich and it looked like the French baguette they they give you with the small.. I'm sorry but these two things for $25 no freaking way will I ever be going back! I need my refund because of how bad my experience was ! I was surprised that there was seating available inside. We were planning to eat outside. It was kinda hot and inside worked, because the AC was on point. We kinda sat away from everyone. With the pandemic popping off, trying not to take too many chances. Anywho, you get this little paging device, probably has a name for it. But I'm not doing any research to find out what's it called. Bottom line, when the pager goes off. Your food is ready. The wait time wasn't long at all. Sat down, got our drinks and boom the pager was dancing on the table. I'm not sure if they are giving away trays. Because our food was sealed in a bag, I actually liked that. My Daughter ordered veggie soup, Turkey avocado sandwich and an apple. So this store left me with a lot to be desired. As those of you who follow me on yelp or well aware this is not my first review of a Panera Bread bakery. I wanted to order one of their duets for $5.99 as it is a cheap and filling lunch. My favorite duet is the tuna sandwich on forgot the bread with 10 vegetable soup. I had asked the cashier what were the other duet combos and she kept referring to the pick 2. I asked if there was somebody else who could help me because she clearly was not understanding my question so another lady happen to be walking by as I mentioned this. The other lady said I usually work only the drive-through but can I help you what's your question and so I told her I always get the half of a tuna sandwich I forgot the bread and the 10 vegetable soup for $5.99. I asked her what were the other combinations I know that there are other combinations she said oh you're talking about the duet combos and she push a key on the ladies register that was originally helping me and started reading them off you can get a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup you can get as she went on with the other two combinations that both included salads. I wanted soup and tomato soup is not my thing so I went ahead and got my regular half of a tuna sandwich I forgot the bread with my 10 vegetable soup. My sandwich did not have very much tuna on it so I was a little disappointed and it was all over inside of the wrapper on the outside of the bread, unfortunately I was so concerned with trying to put it all together so that I could eat it I forgot to take a picture. However they did give me a nice big piece of a French roll baguette and my 10 vegetable soup with lots of vegetables looked delicious but was served at room temperature. Very disappointing as I was wanting hot soup on a rainy day. Because we have to take all of our food to go, and we're not allowed to do indoor dining here in California right now, I drove with my food about five blocks to where I ate my lunch. Because the distance was so short I'm certain that the soup was served basically cold well I would say lukewarm at best. I do hope that Panera would do a better job at training the cashiers and not just throw them upfront to deal with customers it's not fair to them as cashiers or us as customers. read more

The location is somewhat alright but the wait time in the drive thru line is horrible, especially during rush hour. The drive-thru line ends up curving into the parking lot from around the building; it is so bad that people trying to get to their parked cars to leave have to wait an extra 10-20 mins just to be able to leave because of the other cars in the drive thru line blocking them in. Ok, the tv commercial got me!! I am weak when it comes to pizza! Stopped in today to try their Margherita Flatbread Pizza. I don't have their app so I placed my order through Yelp. It was easy and I liked that each entree listed a description of the item and calories. Decided on the Pizza and salad meal. I chose the Greek salad. They tell you how long it would take before you arrive for pickup inside (15 min). I paid using Google pay upon checkout. When you walk inside it is waiting on a shelf with your name on the outside. If I had used their app, I did notice they were bringing orders outside to your car. The Greek salad was fresh with romaine lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives with feta cheese. The dressing came on the side. But the highlight of my To Go lunch was the. pizza! The flatbread crust was crispy and yet chewy with parmesan and mozarella cheeses, diced tomatoes and just the right amount of basil leaves on it. Yum!
