The food was great, I got the meal of the day with an upgrade to footlong with added avocado, heated in an oven that's the BMT sandwich. The service was courteous, fast, and accurate. Subway Located on N California St in Stockton, CA Here's my story: I've been wanting to have Subway for a minute. So today was the perfect day to do it. I picked up my son from school and asked him, if he wanted Subway. "Sure" he replied. I was taking pictures of the new Subway and noticed this business wasn't on Yelp. So, I needed to add and be the "FTR" First To Review. Mission accomplished. It's a brand spanking new Subway and looked very nice. There's not a lot of parking (available) Because St Joseph's hospital is across the street and a Starbucks next door. Plus Medical business surrounding the area. But we were lucky enough to find one very close by. Back to the Sammy and Sammich. I picked out the $6 Sammy of the day. Turkey breast sitting on wheat. Packed with hella this and that. It was hella bomb dot com too. My Son wanted the "Subway Favorites " 2018 Promo $4.99 Foot long Black Forest Ham. He liked his Sammich with chips. I just came from the gym and didn't want chips nor a soda:). Just the Sammy. My son got the chips and drink. Customer service was pretty nice and the subs looked hecka Gucci. I was multitasking like no other. Adding the business to Yelp, taking pictures, My Boo called me on the phone. I'm trying to carry on a conversation with bae. While the Subway worker was talking to me about the veggies and what's what. This location is relatively new, I'm happy that it is so close to work and provides an additional option where I don't have to lose my parking spot. The lunch crowd that it brings during the day brings positive crowds of people to a part of Stockton that is often times filled with homelessness and drug activity. The inside of the subway is always clean, customer service is quick and friendly. I've been here over a half dozen times since opening, each time has been a good experience. read more

Well, I was told by the manager that I needed to download the app to order my sandwiches in the future. That was 2 Weeks ago. Today I ordered from the app. On my order today; I added avocado to 2 sandwiches at 1.50 a sandwich. When I got home; I discovered both sandwiches are missing the added avocado but on my receipt I am charged for added avocado twice. That's $3.00 of my own money wasted. When I called to get a refund for the missing avocado; they told me they cannot refund me the 3.00 but that I could drive back and get the avocado from them and that's all they could do for me. We had eaten our sandwiches already and the error was in their part. I'm not going to shop there anymore. Plus my sandwich was on the very small side. Not a happy customer. It's a shame that they couldn't give me my money back since they themselves forgot to put the avocado on our sandwiches. I don't see the point of the store not making it right. read more

Yesterday between 11-12noon, I order a sandwich from your facility. As the young lady began preparing my food, she not only used a container that had been used, but she drop a portion of the meat on the counter. She didn't even change out the meat that was dropped on the counter, she continued prepping it. I feel that that was very unsanitary. I should've said something, but I didn't want any trouble, I just prayed a little harder over my sandwich. Beginning in food service in my younger years, I hope she learns to take pride in the food she prepares, as though she was going to partake herself. That was it total turn off. Not sure what happened between my last time at this Subway and today, but it seemed to my lunch buddies and me that the salad/vegetable portions were cut at least in half. What used to be a full sandwich with lots of salad items is now a a mere shadow of itself. Pleased the meat portions have stayed the same.
