The young man working there has great leadership and ultimately wonderful customer service. The young ladies were also easy to talk to and made great conversation. they didn't make me feel like I was a bother. They were excited to serve me as a customer. I will definitely be back. I've been a Jersey Mike's fan for years and this location has always delivered -- kind staff, great food, consistent experience. Today was my treat day and I ordered the Big Kahuna Steak online with mushrooms, onions, and peppers on the side. When my husband got home with the sandwich I noticed the mushrooms were missing and there were no peppers. Disappointing, especially since the mushrooms are honestly one of my favorite parts of that sandwich. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I was connected with Humberto and I have to say -- he was wonderful. I explained the situation calmly, let him know this was more of a teaching moment than a complaint, and he handled it with such genuine kindness and professionalism. He looked up my order, acknowledged what happened, apologized sincerely and offered to remake my sandwich with the mushrooms included. That kind of customer service is rare and it means a lot. I never had a bad experience at this location prior to today and honestly the way it was handled just reinforced why I keep coming back. Thank you Humberto and the team. It was our first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs and we loved it! Their sandwiches are higher quality than other submarine sandwich companies. They use fresher ingredients, have better tasting bread, and they hand build the sandwich up to your specifications right in front of you. The storefront is clean, bright, and airy, and there's room to sit down and enjoy your meal. We got the Tuna, the Turkey, and the cheesesteak subs, and all three of them were absolutely delicious and they totally hit the spot. What really made them stand out though was how animated, friendly, and forthcoming the service was. The company culture must be stellar because the employees all looked like they were enjoying what they were doing. Each person that we had contact with gave us the same consistent service, they asked the right questions, and we felt that they genuinely wanted to make a good sandwich. I don't post many 1 star reviews. Typically if I take the time to write a review it's for positive reasons. This is not one of those times. The first issue I had was I had placed an online order almost an hour before arriving at my estimated arrival time. Upon getting to the establishment I noticed most employees talking to each other, no one else was in line, and I was then told my order wasn't ready yet. It was finally prepared almost 20 minutes later. That alone is somewhat annoying, but not enough to write this review. The main issue, was the cleanliness of the establishment. The garbage cans in the seating area were overflowing, there was a broom delightfully propped up against the counter where the food is prepared, and the floor looked like the employees had a produce fight behind the counter and decided not to clean it up. Maybe I'm old school, but I was always told that if there's time to lean, there's time to clean. This is disgusting and clearly the issue is management not holding people accountable. I'm concerned about the food safety practices that this location. The employee touched a million things like the register and then touched my food right after without switching out her gloves. I've been to other locations where I see them constantly throwing out their dirty gloves and changing them after each customer or after they touch other surfaces. Came for a late night sandwich! The staff were super nice and friendly. Got my italian classic. We got the GIANT to share, cut in half. I asked for mayo on one side, and the gal was attentive to my request and went a step further and even offered to wrap the halves individually and mark mine with the mayo to avoid the guessing. I attempted to order 3 giant sandwiches online last night but unfortunately online would not accept the coupon code I had. I had to call the order in since I was in a time crunch. The worker who helped me was so kind and courteous. When he informed me it would be ready in 25 minutes I think I responded with, "oh man that's gonna be pushing it. But I'm on my way." When I got there they were rushing to finish up my order which included a hot sandwich which I know takes longer. I just wanted to acknowledge and thank the great staff you have employed there. Meanwhile they are serving customers and the employees and customers have no soap for restroom, which is a huge health code violation, and the biggest cause of food borne illness. You ever have the stars just align for you? Well today....it happened. So originally, my wife and I were going to hit up Five Guys, a couple of doors down from Jersey Mike's. We get there, only to find that they had closed down. The tables and chairs were gone, and just a hand written sign on the door....So we decide to go to Jersey Mike's, Wife got the Big Kahuna Chicken and I got the Big Kahuna Steak. We make it a meal with chips and drinks....get to the register, and the server says you have enough rewards points to pay for both sandwiches....So we end up just paying for the chips and drinks....$9 and change. We were both like, wow that just happened. So we go to sit down, wait for our sandwiches, and not more than 5 minutes pass, and a young man brings our sandwiches. We both noticed they were heavier than usual. Crack em open and there is meat overflowing out of the bread...this was a true steak sandwich. Melty cheese, onions, bell peppers and STEAK. GLORIOUS STEAK!!!!! I have to say this was the best sandwich I have had in a long time. Definitely hit this spot up. They will not disappoint. Jersey Mike's has quickly become a new favorite of my amongst sandwich shops. Once I had it, I wondered why I had waited so long before trying it. Their sandwiches are just different. The meat is sliced fresh before it goes on your sandwich. The bread has this amazing chew to it that you can't find at the other sandwich places. The olive oil blend paired with the red wine vinegar and the oregano is the key to their distinct flavor. I've been on a diet for the last few months and I'm glad to know that through the app, I was able to configure a sandwich that fit comfortably within my calories for the day. The only thing I wish they had was pastrami as an option. My co worker and I have made it a weekly thing to have Sandwich Sunday. I just wish there was a Jersey Mike's where I live. read more

I went here for lunch as I had seen it driving home from Costco and had started seeing their commercials pop on YouTube. So I tried their Chipotle Cheese Steak sandwich (Regular size) on white bread and I got my wife the Original Italian (Regular size) on parmesan bread. I was bit disappointment with the steak in my sandwich as it was difficult to tell whether it was steak or chicken. I didn't get very much of the chipotle flavor came through. If chipotle is an important part of the sandwich I would hope that the flavor would shine a bit and seeing how chipotle is part of the name of the sandwich I was disappointed that I didn't get much if any chipotle flavor while enjoying my sandwich. My wife enjoyed her sandwich with the exception of the vinegar and would have wished they had something like a creamy garlic spread. Service was friendly and inviting. Super disappointed lately with Jersey Mike's! I had a free one today, clearly that's why they put no meat in the sandwich and always get my bread wrong! I've had it. I mean seriously look at it I ordered the Rosemary bread don't even get that and there's like barely any chicken on my sandwich at all so I had to eat the inside which was like hardly anything besides peppers and cheese. Such a waste of money even if it was free I paid for my husband's. And it's always when I leave a tip! And I literally thought to myself if I leave a tip they're going to screw it up and sure enough they do every time! You need to teach your employees how to read and not be so chancy with the meat. Jersey Mike's has become my favorite chain sandwich shop, and I'm not a huge sandwich fan so that's saying something. My husband IS a big sandwich lover, so this has become our go-to. We'll usually get a "Giant" size sandwich and split it. Their bread is fresher than that of similar chains, we usually opt for the Parmesan bread. They also slice your meat to order so it isn't dried out and sitting sliced for a week. If you order your sandwich "Mikes way," they'll put oil and red wine vinegar, and their signature herb/spice blend on it. It's absolutely delish! They also have hot sandwiches which are sinfully delightful if you can handle the calories. Particularly a few variations of a Philly cheese steak, including chicken cheese steaks. This particular location is always clean, and I have no complaints. read more

Hmmm ... not too impressed for my first time. We ordered online and picked up in store and by the time the sandwich made it home (not a far drive at all), it was cold; I'm talking cold like the meat was quickly thrown in the microwave for a minute right before pickup so not the whole thing was fully heated. Not only that, the cheese or mayo was "stiff" like it had been sitting there prior. The bread as well was borderline stale and too thick for the sandwich, I ended up piecing a lot of it off. Knocked off 2 stars, overall when quite frankly i should've knocked off 3 for this first time experience. Overall, since this is my first time visit I don't want to be too harsh because there was potential, the flavor was somewhat there so maybe I just got the bad batch. Nonetheless, not too sure I'll be back for more when there are other places to try. read more

I had the #7 Turkey & provolone. This was a huge sandwich and I ate the whole thing. Lots of meat and cheese on it and tons of veggies. And I love their bread. Nice and soft and crisp at at the same time. We also had their chocolate chip cookies. These were good too. Nice and chocolatey and soft. Overall a nice easy delicious lunch. read more

Then he immediately started working with friends of his who were behind me in line; laughing it up with his mates. I paid, and when asked if I wanted a receipt I said "No". I was called to the counter when my order was ready but instead of three sandwiches, there were two. When I mentioned it I was asked for my receipt. I also asked if that was actually a BLT that was placed in my bag. I was assured that it was but had to tell them later that my BLT was missing the L and the T. When I finally got home, another of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. So, two of the three sandwiches I ordered were wrong. I'm sorry, I try not to bitch but, come on!
