We also sampled several of their Caribbean-inspired cocktails, and every one of them was well-crafted and balanced. I especially enjoyed the rum flight and a Mezcal Old Fashioned--both were excellent and worth ordering again. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The restaurant features two levels with outdoor seating on both floors, and the upstairs bar creates a great place to relax. They also offer live music on Thursdays and daily specials, giving us another reason to come back. I ordered the Anana burger. It comes on a brioche bun but I opted for no bun and had it served on a bed of lettuce instead. The presentation was appealing and my burger was delicious. I subbed grilled vegetables for the fries and everything was so, so good. I went with sweet tea to drink. Palm &Paddle has a wonderful menu. Next time I want to save room for the beautiful key lime that's on the menu. This restaurant is located right next door to LaQuinta and directly across the street from Dunkin Donuts. The location is nice and the menu is thoughtful, most definitely recommend!

When eating in the restaurant 1/2 to 2/3 of the restaurant is "closed" which simply means they've placed chairs in front of the section that is BEYOND dirty and can stay that way for hours. Even the sections open, half the tables are disgusting. When you order the food to go the vast majority of the time the order is wrong (75 to 80% at a time). Sandwiches and soup that are supposed to be warm are cold even when served in the restaurant. Components from the order or sandwiches are very frequently missing altogether. It is shocking that's all the other McAllister's in the region consistently serve quality food with accurate orders, but yet Nixa has consistently gotten worse overtime. Add to that rapidly rising prices with decreasing quality and it is a total embarrassment.
