Love Panera their food is YUM!! We love the summer corn chowder the bread and the pastries are to die for.

I spent nearly $10 on a tiny cup of soup. Seriously, like 4oz. I even complained, but they did nothing. There are too many other places to eat. I won't be going back to this place. Poor service, minuscule portions, high prices, mediocre quality. read more

Good eats for fast food. I'm thankful. I'm pretty obsessed with their bone broth bowls. The chicken tortilla was a favorite. The white balsamic is super yummy too. I am a fan of good, wholesome food and sometimes the nearest fast food type works too. Great drive thru, service and selection. read more

We went into the resturaunt and it was crowded and dirty sad. I expect a restaurant to have clean tables and people watching out for anyone leaving to get the tables bused and ready, when you have to ask someone to clean your table you are hoping that the seats are clean too. Our seats were dirty, we took our granddaughter to Panera and she was not impressed, it was her first time. I am sad and disappointed. read more

So we were excited this was Opening til we went the first few days it was open our food was cold we ordered hot tomatoe soup and a hot sandwich and it took forever to receive.I ordered some bakery items to go they were old and hard I could not even eat my pecan rolls they were hard as a rock so I threw them away I went back to Panera the next day and spoke to a woman manager and voiced my issues I was told bye her that my items were stale because of no preservatives lol what a joke!!! I wasn't even offered any replacements on my $50 order from the day before she made my family feel like that's just how it is no apologies or anything last time I go there . Horrible place read more

I'm a Thursday morning regular, with my veterans group at the Panera Bread on Division St. - Spokane. Friendly staff. Clean, inviting, great pastries, breakfast sandwiches & coffee. Last week I thought I'd lost my cell-phone. While I was frantically searching. My wife received a call. It'd been found by one of the Panera staff. Who took the time & trouble to call ALL the people on my "family list". Until she reached my wife, to tell her it had been found and they'd keep it secure. Until I could pick it up. Needless to say ... I was there within the hour. How thoughtful !! To take the time & trouble, to dial all those numbers. Rather than simply throwing it in "Lost & Found". That (to this old soldier) is an outfit that's gone "above & beyond", in customer service. See you Thursday and many thanks. read more

You can tell that they put an emphasis on making sure a customer is happy. I came in today for lunch but lunch menus don't flip until 11. After I asked about it (didn't know) I was willing to wait because we have time to kill. The guy at the counter offered us drinks, and when I went to pay for the coffee, he told me not to worry about it. That's also happened to my husband at another location before. Stuff like that makes me remember a place, and even though I come back for the delicious food, the service makes me smile. Thanks! read more

Very disappointing visit to this location. I love Panera and there was nothing to love about my visit to this location. I was next in line to order, there were two cashiers, one of them left and the other one carried on a conversation for five minutes with customer in front of me even though she had paid for her meals! Not a friendly smile from any of the employees. By the time I got to my lunch I was 30 miles down the road, no dressing on my salad (watermelon feta, my favorite) and all the little pieces of pepadew for my sandwich were scattered in the box my sandwich came in! They have really good food, but we ordered online and it has been an hour and 15 minutes and we still have no food. We payed, we tipped, and we told them our address, but it hasn't come yet. Really hungry for the amazing food they have, but disappointed in their delivery service. read more

I was surprised to see we have Panera here on the north side I stopped in and drove thru. The menu was so grand I had a hard time make up my mind but the staff we so helpful and didn't rush me. The staff were the greatest and I loved my Southwest Chicken soup I am so sure I will be back and I plan to tell everyone I know about this business. A big THANK YOU! read more

Panera has absolutely lost my business permanently. Their delivery driver hit my car. No real apology, tried to say they didn't hit may car. Finally got it resolved. I went back anyway, eventually. Then we order online for rapid pickup. We get there when the order is supposed to be ready. We click "I'm here" as requested so they can bring the food out rather than us going inside, exposing them and us during this pandemic. We wait patiently 15 minutes, we can see the drive through is backed up and they are busy. We click I'm here again. Another almost 15 minutes and still nothing. We call and they don't answer the phone. Now it's been 40 minutes and we go to the drive through (that the line is just now not backed up). They say sorry, I'll give you a couple cookies. They give us cookies but also give us cold food AND SCREW UP THE ORDER!! My husband asked for a bread bowl and got a small cup of the wrong soup with a bread loaf. My food was not only cold but extremely salty. My vegetable soup tasted like canned condensed soup before adding water. We will find another place to be our go to restaurant. I can only give a restaurant so many chances. read more

I don't understand the hype at all. It took me about an hour to get my food. I would have complained, but I had to listen to about five other customers complaining so I think they got the message. When I got my food, it was missing half of my order and I just left because I didn't have time to wait another hour for them to get it right. When I got my sandwich, the bread on it was paper thin and soggy. I don't know how it was soggy, because it had no sauce or mayo on it (I think they forgot?) so it was somehow simultaneously soggy and dry. Bizarre and nasty. Soup was halfway decent but they make it impossible to order JUST a soup, I swear they force you to add five sides to whatever you order, just to make the process longer and more complicated than it has to be. I had been telling my husband that we needed to try Panera Bread, so we did yesterday afternoon. After deciding what we were having the gal that took our order was really patient with us and was super sweet. Once my husband got his drink, we looked for a table and there were NO TABLES available. 3-4 tables were empty, but they hadn't been cleaned off. They told us they would have them cleaned, but never did. We waited a long time for our food, so we finally asked the front to get our food to go. The gal that gave us our food pretty much shoved it in my husband's hands and said "Here". We had purchased a pastry and needed a bag to go, so we asked the gal that gave us our food for one, she replied with "Can you go to front?" She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She finally stated that they were slammed, yes we can see that. Customer Service at this location needs more training on well...Customer Service and the flow of things looked really unorganized. I enjoyed what a I had ordered, Chicken/Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and Steak and Arugula Sandwich, loved them both. My husband wasn't too happy about his items. The pear drink that he got to go tasted funny. The only good thing about this place was the gal who took our order. She offered a free pastry when we asked for our items to go. Next time we will just skip the dining area and try the drive thru. read more

My wife and I had breakfast here on Saturday morning recently. The restaurant was not busy. A line began to form, however, when we arrived. There was only one cashier to take orders. No customer was inclined to use the 6 quick order tablets available. The single cashier was responsible for getting the order together such as slicing and toasting bagels and retrieving any pastries. This took quite a while for each customer. My wife chose the dark roast coffee but the canister was depleted. The cashier said she would get more coffee but only after servicing the customer line first. I had the light roast coffee which was plentiful, but weak tasting and lukewarm. There were no straws for any beverages. There was no silverware available. I had the sausage and egg panini which was good and delivered hot. I had a chocolate pastry also which was meh. My wife had a fruit cup and a pumpkin muffin which were ok. The food was overall acceptable, but service was slow and disorganized. Service was much better at other Panera restaurants we have been to particularly in the Seattle area. read more

I stopped at the Spokane Valley Panera today on my way home to Missoula to pick up my usual brownie treats to give to my friends. I had purchased some on Friday and as usual they were delicious. So why am I writing a one-star review? Because, when I got home in Missoula and opened the bag I found four plain brownies that could have been purchased at any local food store, not the melt-in-your-mouth treat that I wanted to share with my work team. What a letdown! And the clerk didn't mention that these brownies were any different than the ones I have been purchasing for YEARS! To add insult to injury, when I called 4 TIMES talk to a manager, no one answered the phone. And I was calling during the hours they tell you to call. Shame on you, Spokane Valley Panera! read more

I have always loved Panera. Their breads, pastries, soups (broccoli cheddar-yum!) salads and paninis. Make sure you try the smoothies. They are perfect. Love it all! I was very excited to see this location go up and even more excited to see that they have a drive through option. As a busy Mom this is a total lifesaver! We have been twice and have had an outstanding experience both times. Atmosphere is great, food is awesome, but the thing that set this particular location apart was the customer service. I just went through the drive through and had a bit of a dilemma. (Toddler had rifled through my wallet and thrown my debit card out...awesome.) The employee that served us helped fix the problem and was extremely helpful. Some of the best service we have ever received. I will be a loyal customer for life! read more

This location is a giant mess. Train your people better or get your stuff together! Ordered from their kiosk, paid with credit card, got the buzzer and waited at a table for 15 mins. Just to be told that the kiosk was messed up and they didn't get our order! Won't be coming to this location again. read more

I have such a love/hate relationship with this Panera location. I've been going to this location since they opened, and no exaggeration, probably around 40% of the time, they've gotten my order wrong. A few examples: ordering online for later pickup, just to show up and find out most of my order items were unavailable, leaving the chicken off my lentil/quinoa broth bowl (this has happened more than once), leaving out the syrup in my latte, and smaller issues like forgetting the baguette side, or not including the croutons with the french onion soup. Another time I went through the drive-thru and the wait was rather long, so they were nice enough to throw in a bunch of free chocolate chip cookies, however, when I looked in the bag, the free cookies were there, but not the cookies I actually ordered, so I had to go back to get those. I don't love all their menu items, but there are few things that I really like, so I continue to go back. I always call and speak to a manager when my order is wrong, and they're really good about replacing the item and including a free pastry and sometimes more on my next visit. Getting free food is nice, but I really would just be happier if they could get just my orders right. Of my last three visits when I actually paid for my food, my order was wrong. At this rate, every other time I go there, my food is free. It's actually quite ridiculous the number of times my orders have been screwed up. They really need some quality control at this location. read more

A Family member drove to Panera tonight to order and bring back dinner for us. Unfortunately there were items missing in the order we received, and since we live 20 minutes away, it was not practical to return for the missing items and it was close to the time the restaurant closed at 9:00 pm. We paid for the whole order, and came back expecting to have a great dinner, but the whole order was not there. We had salads and those were good, however a family member only had a small dinner. We advise everyone to check their orders before leaving Panera. read more

Placed an online order for pick up and it was super easy, the order was ready on time and was nice and fresh! Also I forgot my drink and when I went back an hour later to get it the staff was friendly and didn't hassle me about it! I love Panera and I love this new location!! read more
