I spoke to her letting her know about my food allergies. I asked her about the bread ingredients and she so sweet and very patient. I grabbed a coffee, bottles of water and soda / pop. She knew I was at the local hotel, she asked if I was going to walk back and I said yes. She said no you are not. I have to go get gas, I'll take you. I said no, not to worry. I grabbed the heavy bag and remembered the heat. I said, I'll pay you. She wasn't having it. She drove me back to the hotel. I learned that she is the owner! This is what I say is the best, most beautiful thing a restaurant could ever do for her customers. The ham and cheese were excellent. The coffee was so good. Barbara THANK YOU!!!! I am very disappointed in the service ! I just waste my time and money by stop in Somerset Panera Bread ! I bought the sandwich with the cup of coffee! The coffee was just water with the light brown color! ! I tried the 2 kinds of coffee, the all 2 was just hot light brown water! The person in front of me was very disappointed in coffee too , but she doesn't has the time .., so she just get the cup of tea instead of coffee! I called the manager , but the conversation wasn't successful . He wasn't very friendly .... and just offer to me the espresso shot! ( I do not drinking the espresso shots!)
