The price point for the meal was pretty great considering wings have become so expensive lately. The fries were cooked well and I love that they have malt vinegar. I wish the wings were just a little more juicier I think because they smoke them and then fry them. Mines got a little dry. I also wish that the robe was just a little saltier that I would definitely eat here again.

He called me on my cellphone because they "didn't have steak sauce for my veggie sub" which I responded that it was most likely my fiancee's sub, he was already inside and heard the conversation and stood up to clarify and show the online order to this man and as I was in the middle of the sentence that said it was okay and that he was already inside I was hung up on midsentence. I clearly did not add steak sauce on my veggie sub. I than went inside to witness the gentleman scream at the line workers. I was very disgusted with his behavior however the men making our subs continued to smile and complete the order. I work at a lot of houses near the solon Di'Bella's subs and would like to see the employees treated better. The subs were delicious as always!! The gentlemen don't need to be treated as they were this evening

After a short wait got a 7" sub. Left and looked at it and decided it wasn't right took it back before we left. Went back and complained cuz we ordered a 10" sub. Redid the sub. At 10" but the toppings were not included. Got some tomatoes, banana peppers, lettuce and that's all. Missing cucumber, red peppers, olives, pickles. The guy that made the sandwich wrong just said - ya my bad. Asked if we got all the right toppings on the newly made sub and he said - ya I think. So there it is. Not sure what went wrong but we definitely hit a bad night.

Everyone flocks to Chipotle, yet the line is often out the door and around the corner... and alas, Jimmy John's is literally across the street. There's never a wait. Sometimes I just cannot handle going into the surrounding establishments with insane lines. And there, across the street, is Jimmy John's, waiting for me. They make your sandwich incredibly fast. Sure, my order has been wrong here a few times, but usually, its correct. This location makes the quality, consistent sandwiches one comes to expect from a Jimmy John's. Its super reliable. Literally, from the time you walk in, until the time you leave with your orders, is maybe under 5 minutes. They don't deliver, but then again, they are a smaller establishment (only a few tables in the shop). Also, I really love that you can substitute the bread on the sandwiches with a salad wrap (the "unwhich"). Alright, Jimmy John's, you fly under the radar but continue to suck me in, especially when my anxiety about lines kicks in.
