Out of all the Panera Breads I have gone to I would probably have to rank this place the worst. Greeted by unfriendly staff with extreme attitudes especially towards other staff members. Erin, the cashier seemed bothered by the fact that my girlfriend requested no croutons in her salad and that she wanted chips instead of bread because of an allergy. My buzzer went off without my food being ready for another five minutes. When I did get my food I basically had two pieces of toasted bread with a non-existent amount of chicken or avocado on a chipotle chicken avocado melt not to mention it was cold. They also put croutons in the chicken Caesar salad after specifically requesting not to due to an allergy. The salad lacked almost any chicken but had plenty of croutons. The place was barely even busy for lunch hour, and it wasn't even my order that was messed up, as several people went back. I was extremely displeased with the quality of food that I paid for as well as the customer service. Will not be returning read more

Panera Bread - Salad Near Me - Seabrook, New Hampshire

Bad food. We each ordered a sandwich, hoping for something healthy and tasty to eat after shopping. They were out of the bread I wanted but that was okay. But the avocado and turkey sandwich consisted of some sort of fake (reconstituted?) turkey instead of sliced turkey and little bits of avocado, limp partially black lettuce that I couldn't even eat, and a few little bits of tomato. It also contained a tiny bit of bacon that I didn't want but it came with the sandwich. Coffee was blah. Husband's sandwich had fake turkey too and black, spoiled lettuce. No flavor at all. We split a coffee. My sandwich was called a half even though it was one sandwich. So for 1/2 sandwich, one whole sandwich which was actually two, and a coffee, we spent $20. Kind of high for bad food. The service people were extremely nice though and it wasn't their fault that the food was so bad. The place was noisy with teenagers screaming but that wasn't their fault either. read more

This is the worst Panera bread I have ever been, the staff is deadly trained and made costumers feel super uncomfortable. We went in for a quick bite while in the road. This bad experience all started when I wanted to use the bathroom. The bathroom only holds one occupant and as I entered the bathroom is poor lady was sitting in the toilet. She was so embarrassed and told me the door didn't lock. Good thing I was with someone so they could guard the door. Once we were done, we proceed to tell the staff who already knew. I told them you guys can at least put a sign at the door so people don't feel embarrassed if someone walks in. Nobody cared about my comment. Also the men's bathroom smells really bad like vomit, which we knew it was one of the employees probably drank since he proceed to vomit outside. Just not a good experience at all. Stopped in Labor Day weekend for lunch,and ordered the Italian sandwich. Food was as expected and service was prompt. Staff did not provide cups for drinks we ordered so I had to go back and get them. Table was clean and overall tidiness of restaurant was good. read more

OK, first off, I had a bad experience at the Manchester Panara, with their lousy service and radically overpriced menu, still I thought Id try again at the Seabrook NH store since the my partner likes their salads. First impression...... we walk in at 2:30/3:00pm and there is only one person at the counter, she has her back to us and she is in a focused phone conversation. So as we wait and until the Panera counter lady recognizes there are customer standing at the counter we decide to mull the menu. Admittedly I am already biased against what I perceive are Panera Breads outrageous prices like $9.00 for a bowl of soup, or the sky high prices for a mere cup of soup and a 1/2 sandwich or salad on their Two-for menu. Keep in mind this is a restaurant where you have to wait in line to order your food, you pick up order when your buzzer goes off and then you dispose of your tray, trash and dishes on your way out. So, after a minute of so, the Panera counter lady decides she can't handle the phone conversation and goes off to find a manager, not before asking another Panara worker who I then noticed was just out of sight curled up in a corner booth and apparently on break because they rapidly ignored the counter ladies request for help ...... Then with people standing at the counter behind her back waiting to order, the counter lady simply walks away, disappearing into the back of the kitchen as we stand there, mouths agape, and all alone at the Panera Bread counter in the middle of the day? Literally, no one was behind the counter and the only souls we could see were the feet of the on-break "Do Not Disturb" Panara worker hiding in the booth and another staff member blissfully mopping the floor by the front door. After we walked out, it dawned on me that perhaps Panara, like Sears has somehow gotten the attitude that "we were a happening thing", so therefore "we must still be a happening thing" and can "remain a happening thing" with 1/10th the effort and commitment and at 3 times the price. I was actually just running in to get one of their iced green teas when I saw the lobster roll was back and had to try it. Service was fast, and my only complaint was the employee who was fixing the iced machines had stopped mid-task to sit down with a family and chat about her job and the area was a mess. The bucket she had was in the way and it was hard to get my iced green mango drink. There's a time to talk to customers and it really isn't in the middle of whatever she was doing at those machines. The lobster roll was amazing. Loaded with huge chunks of lobster and tasted so good. I actually can't wait to go back to get one! A little pricier than the average Panera sandwich but definitely worth it. read more

The service at this Panera Restaurant is excellent. The manager, Hannah, is exceptional and goes out of her way to help her customers. Lots of parking and easily accessible for handicapped patrons. Friendly staff and there was no wait today. Place is nice and quiet with an inviting atmosphere close to nice shops like Home Goods. I tried the Honey Ginseng Tea! Not bad! Would be a cute place to work during lunch. Drive through for ppl in a rush. Peices are what's to be expected from Panera. More than Dunkin Donurs but I think a little less than Starbucks. read more

I've been to this Panera a couple times and there service is always really good but unfortunate I came in contact with one manager yesterday. She was very rude to me and all the other employees. When I complained about my experience to the other manager he was very helpful and tried to fix the situation. Awful service, got our order completely wrong and didn't even include a receipt with the order. Both times no one said one word to us, just handed us a bag and walked away. Opened at 6 am and I am unable to order egg and sausage sandwich at 830. Apparently, the items are frozen and being thawed out. The place is relatively empty with maybe 6 customers seated. Tables are unwiped. No coffee in the urns. Manager is outside smoking a cigarette while elderly customer waits for him. I cannot speak to the service and/or quality of food inside of the restaurant, but the drive-thru consistently "forgets" to place items in the order bag, and mostly recently this morning burnt the bottoms of every single bagel ordered. I called and asked the manager if I could get a refund, to which she told me I would have to bring in my receipt the next time I am in. Which was totally fine, except for the fact that she didn't apologize for any of it and spoke to me like I was burdening her by asking to receive a refund. We have been getting lunch here about 1-2 times a week for a few years. Usually we would order online & pick up through the drive though The food & selections had been really good & usually well prepared. However it would be rare for us to get an order (for 2 people) that wasn't wrong. Usually the salad dressing would be missing, or the chips, or getting bread instead of chips, or ignoring changes or additions we would make but still charge extra or just get a completely different order. It was very frustrating. The manager would accommodate us if I called to complain but we couldn't spend the extra 20 minutes to go back there. Every once in a while I had to put a moratorium on ordering there to keep my sanity. Now that they have re-opened after the coronavirus restrictions are lifting - EVERYTHING is way worse. Nothing has improved with getting the order right AND the quality of the food is suspect. Especially the salads. You really expect them to be fresh. I imagine that they have a new manager & all new poorly trained staff. My last green goddess salad included the hard inedible stumps of the lettuce that they just trimmed off it. Only someone who had no clue how to prepare food would do that. We don't have a lot of places to go for lunch in Seabrook as it is. Disappointed!! read more

Although tasty they need to rethink a couple of things. My husband and I went in and both ordered the chicken salad sandwiches - his a whole, mine a half. That's it and it cost $16 and change. The sandwiches were not made with much care and they were very light on the chicken salad. If you want a generous chicken salad go down the street to Market Basket. A large sub with any extras you want runs you about 6 bucks. Sorry Panera. read more

Hello fellow Newhampshireins, first of all you can tell my experience was not too shabby due to my rating however, let me get into it. First of all it was not all bad as soon as my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted by the nicest cashier that helped us go through the menu and recommended what to get. We both decided to get the you pick 2 and i got a caesar salad and mac and cheese. Once we placed our order we grabbed our pager and cups and went to go choose our drinks. My girlfriend was attempting to get some green tea which was empty along with four of the six containers with special drinks. We waited about 15 minutes which I didn't mind because it takes time to prepare the food nicely. However when we got our food my plate and spoon were smeared with some food or dressing which is disgusting. Also I thought I was supposed to get a half salad but ended up with a fourth of a salad and dried up mac n cheese. I was wondering why the cheese was so dried up but I figured it out when I looked over to my girlfriends mac and cheese which was filled with cheese. After they forgot my girlfriends baguette I went to go ask for one and instead of handing me it they decided to slide it across the entire counter and when i was walking away I noticed a sign that said "100% clean% and I couldn't help but to laugh. The only reason they obtained two stars is because of the cashier so keep doing you home girl. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a fugi apple salad with no dressing. After sitting down to enjoy it I realized it had the green goddess dressing on it. I took it back to the counter and explained that I ordered it with no dressing. The assistant manager took it and poked around with a fork then said that there was no dressing on it. When I asked what is this green dressing on the side of the bowl, she said it was avocado. Again reassuring me that I could trust her that it was dressing and handed it back to me. I took it back, put it in a to-go box and left. When my husband ate it later, he said that he was surprised I'd get a salad with dressing. Obviously, I should not have trusted that woman! So, I will not go back to this place again. I can find many other restaurants to spend $18.00 AND I'll actually be able to eat the food. read more

I wish I could give this Panera 0 stars. I ordered 2 salads at this location today. Both were made wrong, and there was hardly any lettuce or ingredients in the bowls. I'm not sure how this location will make it if they continue like this. The manager was friendly and offered a full refund or anything free from the bakery, but I just wanted my meals made the proper way. The attitude of the woman behind the counter didn't help the situation. Either this location instructs the staff to give little to no food per order, or the workers need to be trained the correct way. When looking for fast casual food, I'll stick to Chipotle from now on. read more

I used to go to this Panera all the time on my lunch breaks but after the last few times I don't think I'll be back. No matter what I order there's ALWAYS something wrong with it. The mac and cheese is the only thing that usually isn't that bad, until today when I got it and it tasted like it was old and just zapped in the microwave for 30 seconds. For $9 a bowl and $5 for a half a bowl it better be good Mac n Cheese! This place is way overpriced and the food sucks. You can't even get a cookie that's not as hard as a rock! I went here in hopes of a good asiago cheese bagel. I usually love the bagels from here but today was different. They man that took my order was the same man who made my bagel. I asked for it to be lightly toasted... And it came out black. He must have known that that was unacceptable but did not care. I would NOT recommend going to the drive thru in the morning if you don't have 10 minutes to spare. I have visited this Panera drive thru 3 times. I am reluctant each time I go since I have waited upwards to 10 minutes every single time I have gone. The sandwiches look like they have been thrown together quite carelessly since everything that is supposed to be inside the sandwich is typically stuck to the wrapper. I have been late to work every time I have gone through the drive thru and typically I am the only one in line! I was even forgotten about one time. I paid and then they had me wait 8 minutes only to open the window and ask me what I was waiting on! Terrible service! read more
