It was ready fairly fast but they did confirm the order before making it (my husband has the same initials). I also had to ask for my cup. The raspberry tea was refreshing and the Cobb salad was yummy. The restaurant seemed quiet and comfortable while located in a beautiful outside shopping area. Service was perfect! forgive me, i forgot to take picturesi had the chipotle chicken avocado melt-YUMMY! and of course there was a pecan braid that was calling me, whom am I to say no? lol. heated up and was very tasty! the soft braided style cinnamon roll with pecans, pretty much. I'm a strong and steady Panera fan. I grew up frequenting it with my mom, and it just has a place in my dining rotation. I know that prices have to go up with quality and the economy, but whoa $3.99 and $5.99 is a lot of money for the 1/2 cup french onion soup and 1/2 green goddess salad (respectively). Container for the salad dressing was barely even half full. I've dined in at this location before, and the portion was a little bigger, but for the carry out option...seems pretty skimpy. Other than that, food is decently good. Management and employees have been wonderful and helpful, though the cashiers often seem uninterested and lost. read more

This place, since grand opening, has been a major disappointment. Previously they had a higher rating from me...but now they don't deserve it. You might see higher ratings, but they were lucky, consistently they are not that great. My food is rarely made in a timely manner, my order is always wrong, my food is sloppy, and the service is practically non-existent. I don't know why this place is only 2.5 stars, because every time I've been it has been very good. The service is fast but it can get busy around lunch time on the weekends. It's a good casual lunch place. It's obviously not a Michelin Star restaurant, but it's definitely better than 2.5 stars. The cashiers are nice and the food is good. The chicken noodle soup and the cream of chicken and wild rice soup is always hot and fresh and great. The strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken is on their spring menu and it is great if you want something a little lighter. This is the first time I've visited a Panera Bread. My immediate impression was good insofar as the bakery displays feature several pastries and breads, almost reminiscent of old family bakeries. But quickly navigating the line to the ordering station, you have to read the typically incomprehensible menu boards that hang in such sandwich shops. My wife was first to order, choosing a "Pick Two" lunch -- a soup and sandwich.After attempting to make sense of the poor descriptions of sandwiches, I settled on something with turkey and a cup of clam chowder. Of course, they were out of chowder, so I just settled for the sandwich. "Half or whole?" I was asked. Now, being quite familiar with sandwich shops and the handful of delicatessens available to us, a half sandwich is usually a generous enough portion. Not at Panera Bread. When you order a half sandwich, then you'll get just that. My avocado turkey BLT was beyond disappointing. I give the an A on the bread. It was very good. The tomatoes, however, had obviously been frozen in some previous tomato life, and the lettuce was so limp you'd think it had been blanched. As for the avocado, it was MIA (I later learned this is a common occurrence). The bacon was a small, cold strip about 2 inches long. The turkey was flavorful, but an extremely small portion. Then again, when slapping a sandwich together on 1/2 a piece of bread (think of your standard white bread) I suppose it doesn't take much turkey to fill the area. Somehow, Panera Bread found a way to fail at this as well. Service was good. Drink station was messy, but clean overall. But the sandwich was inedible in whole form. Dismantling it to the individual components and discarding the garbage was the only way. I may try another Panera Bread in another city one day, but will always steer clear of this one. So, I give one star because it's impossible to give zero. read more

The food is always fresh and good quality. The rapid pick up is always fast no matter what. They have everything waiting for you to run in and pick up. Make sure you check the menu because seasonal things change and soups are different depending on the day or season. Now one thing they did to improve on at this location is heir drink station. It's been messy the past serval times I've been there with the teas being out during peek hours. But other than that if you want fast food that you can run in and grab this is the place. My 75 year old grandma eats Panera bagels every day for breakfast. I saw her order them at 9:00am and checked her recent calls to make sure it was the correct Panera. They didn't have her bagels ready, and had in fact sold them. When I asked for a refund it took 10 minutes because the receipt they gave me was a blank piece of paper so I had to sit there and wait for them to figure it out. read more

Haven't been here in a while. Came back today with my niece for lunch. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. Rob, one of the managers on duty was awesome, great customer service! He was out at tables asking customers about their visit, even helped cleaned up. That's respectable, managers working shoulder to shoulder with their employees. The woman ringing us up had an attitude, acted like she was the manager. Usually our panera entree card comes with a small drink so we have ordered a drink. She said it doesn't come with a drink and completely removed the drink off without asking us if we'd like to purchase a drink! He took care of it though. I'd give it a 5 but she was rude. They had plenty of bagels which they could have offered as an alternative but they chose not to serve any more breakfast. We went to Panera Bread on Highland Colony in Ridgeland today. We are fans of Panera, but will NEVER eat at this one again!! It is filthy from the kitchen to the dining room, everywhere!! The children got apples with their meals, every other Panera cuts the apples into slices - this one, nope, whole apples, even with stems & the green leaves on the bottom no less!! When we asked for a knife to cut them up, we got a butter knife - really??? Please!! Not up to par, I think the management must be slack here. Panera Bread has become my new - as well as favorite - hangout place to study! The staff is friendly and provides a welcoming environment. The food always tastes fresh. The baked potato soup, grilled chicken Caesar salad, bacon turkey bravo sandwich, Asiago cheese bagel, cheese danish, and kitchen sink cookie is a summary of my favorite menu items! However, I highly advise the staff to invest in glass to completely cover the items on display. Yes, there is a front cover, but not a rear cover to fully encase the food items! Unfortunately, this leaves access for any airborne pathogens or insects. I thoroughly enjoy my Panera Bread experiences, and would recommend this restaurant. read more

It was wrong from my side orders being wrong to bagels being sliced, which was not what I wanted. Maybe they need more time to get use to things as they didn't seem to have it together.
