Broccoli and cheese soup cup and 1/2 chicken Mediterranean grains salad with lemonade.

Pleasantly surprised at the whole outfit! Walking in to the temptation of fresh baked goods gets the juices flowing! I was greeted quickly by the cashier. When I explained to her it was my first time she took the time to explain a few things for me. That's just the start! I did a soup and salad combo. Wow. Delicious! Everything! Very very good. Staff made sure I had everything I needed at the window. Fernando walked around expediting and was kind when I approached him too. This place is clean and has a friendly feel. Five stars!!

First time trying the new fromage croissant and it was great! The croissant bread was perfectly crisp. The staff here are kind.

Dirty bathroom floor

I don't think I have ever been in a more filthy bathroom. It looks like this EVERY time I have come here. Not coming back. Wonder what the kitchen looks like...

I so wanted to give them a better review, but it's not at all what it used to be. The environment is still welcoming, and you order on a screen or with someone at the register. Options have changed, and the menu offers a bit more diversity than a sandwich and salad. My son was pleased to see Flatbread Pizza. He ordered a pepperoni and sausage and only got pepperoni on his first round. They remade with no hesitation. I ordered the seasonal chili, and it lacked flavor. Paired it with grilled cheese, and it was grilled on one side and soggy on the other. Lemon zest and chocolate chip cookies are still staples and can add for $1 to any meal. I'm not excited about coming back anytime soon.

Since Panera moved across the street to a stand alone building (one would think this would be better), it's gotten progressively worse. The inside seating area is smaller and more pushed together, you don't have any kind of sense of privacy. I felt like I was at McDonald's not Panera. While I realize this was a move on their part to utilize a drive thru my friends and I gave this location a few chances and won't be back. The prices went up, the sizes went down and the staff is horrible. Sorry Panera!! Not coming back here!!!

Ordered the soup tonight from Panera's Chicken and wild rice. The soup ended up with broth a few pieces of rice and no chicken. The bowl was priced $9.49 on DoorDash. I also ordered Bistro French onion soup. The soup was beef broth and a few onions. As you can see by the picture on the website and description there were no croutons or cheese. Again not worth the $9.49 DoorDash charged. As a consumer I get tired of ordering food that is over price and taste terrible and is missing ingredients. Buyers Beware!!!!!

Very disappointed today at Panera bread! I ordered the half chicken avocado melt, and from the picture you can see how tiny my half sandwich is. Even compared to the dressing container which we all know are very small. Probably will not be going back anytime soon. Be better, Panera Bread!

Went here to have dinner with my wife. When her Mac and cheese came out, it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. When we brought it up to see if it could be re-made we were told we could microwave it ourselves with a self serve microwave they had on the side counter. They then offered to re-make it. After they brought it out again, it was slightly less cold, but not even as warm as room temperature. Disappointed to have spent the money we did here for this type of service. Everything else was great though.

This is what $11 gets ya

Nothing is watered down, nothing is phoned in. The curries have proper depth, the stir-fries actually taste of wok hei, and even the basics like pad Thai or fried rice hit the mark every single time. The menu is straightforward and easy to order from--no confusing substitutions or vague descriptions. What you see is exactly what you get, and what you get is reliably delicious. Service is quick, portions are generous, and the food travels well if you're taking it home. In a city full of hit-or-miss Thai spots, this one stands out for its steady hand in the kitchen and its refusal to compromise on taste.

I decided to try the Tom Yum Gai with chicken, and unfortunately, this visit was a bit of a miss for me. The broth was very concentrated, and the overwhelming flavor was salt. I wasn't able to finish the soup and ultimately ended up discarding it. We've visited this location many times over the years and have always had a great experience, so it was disappointing that this time was different. I definitely appreciate that their menu has so many gluten-free options to choose from, which is always a big plus for me! I'll happily come back and try some of our usual favorites, but I don't think I'll be ordering the soup again anytime soon.

I've only been gluten-free for 11 years, so this was my first time back since going GF. The ambiance was exactly how I remembered it--even down to what seemed like the same decor! I opted for the unlimited soup (Zuppa Toscana) and a side of grilled chicken. It definitely tasted just like I remembered, but I will say, I really wish I could have had some gluten-free breadsticks to accompany my soup! Our server, Alex, was the highlight of the evening! He was on top of every request and so incredibly helpful, even amidst a very busy evening. His attentiveness definitely made our experience that much better! This was my first visit to Gadzooks in Gilbert, but I had been to the downtown Chandler location…read moretwice before it closed. They are known for their oven that melts all of your goodies on your tacos or enchiladas together in a ceramic bowl. You typically have a good choice of meats and vegetarian options as your filling, but on the night I dined here they were out of the bison (my first choice of protein) and the short ribs. I ended up ordering one green Chile pork and one chicken enchilada, topped it with cheeses, salsas, sauces, pickled onion and more. The enchiladas and drink already rang up to just under $20 so I bypassed a side (would have bought the spicy cornbread). For a better value, the lunch special is $15 for your entree, a side and a drink, which would save about $5 vs standard dinner prices. The meal didn't cook quite long enough in the oven because I didn't get any crisping of the tortilla, gooey melting of the cheese or hardening of the juices in the bottom of the bowl (just wetness). This took away some of the expected flavor profile. While the employees were friendly, they kept their iced tea behind the counter so I had to have them fill my cup up twice. I always like a blend of ~2/3 unsweet tea and ~1/3 sweet tea...but when the tea ratios are out of my control I just asked for half and half. The first time it was too sweet so my refill I asked for unsweet only. The interior is nice, spacious, well-lit and clean. Despite the parking lot for this complex was full with cars winding up and down every row looking for a spot, there was only one other customer in the store during primetime dinner hours. Clearly, Gadzooks is not the hot location in the Epicenter. Overall, my first experience at Gadzooks Gilbert was just okay. I was disappointed they were out of my first protein choices and my meal was not in the oven long enough. But it's not a complete dealbreaker as I could see myself eating here again in the future.

There aren't any complaints as it's an easy to find place too and is worth a try. The food was delicious and the prices are pretty reasonable. The waitress at this restaurant is also extremely friendly and nice. She is really helpful with deciding what to eat on the menu as well as making the experience more fun at this restaurant. There are also TVs with some good stuff on like cooking channels. And there is a bar too for those who may want to drink but I do not. And the sanitary of this place is also very good as well.
