Panera Bread has always been a place of comfort for me as it was a place I grew up going to. They absolutely have their staples and what they are known for. Although it is technically fast food, it's definitely tasty and in some degrees, depending on what you order, a healthier option. I was looking to grab some bagels for my son and his friends and I remember I had a seven dollar reward in my Panera Bread rewards account. I was able to easily apply that to a pick up order through the Panera Bread app. Everything was ready for me perfectly on time. I was also able to tip ahead of time and when I got there, I did have to add something on which added a little bit of time. Also, I did want my bagel sliced and the girl working there politely asked me if I wanted anything toasted or sliced. You do have to pay extra for the cream cheese, but everything is incredibly affordable. If you're looking for a quick and easy stop, Panera Bread has got you. This location is fairly new so everything is clean. The place itself is fairly big. There is a drive-through, a kiosk where you can place your order, and a lot of spacious seating. They have some new coffee drinks, which I haven't tried yet but basic coffee they just give you a cup and you pour your own. The bagels were delicious and the cream cheese was, too! I was tempted to purchase the honey walnut cream cheese as it sounded amazing, but I wasn't sure if the kiddos would like it so I stuck with plain. I forgot how amazing the cinnamon crunch bagel is. Perfectly soft and tasted fresh. I don't even wanna know how many calories it is, but I know my son ate every bite and was generous enough to let me have a few bites as well. Cinnamon raisin is always a fan favorite for me and it tasted fresh and the perfect texture. Overall, what I liked about this experience the most was the ease inconvenience for some yummy bagels. I do also love their cranberry orange muffin, which is seasonal, but they usually have the loaf by the slice which was there, but I did not order. I'll be back! read more

After we ordered the food, we went to our table. They gave us a device that buzzed when I our food was ready. They even helped bring the food to our table. I enjoyed my meal. I'm a slow eater. Pleasantly surprised at the whole outfit! Walking in to the temptation of fresh baked goods gets the juices flowing! I was greeted quickly by the cashier. I could tell it was floral, but thought it was hibiscus and not lavender. It seems like most of the Paneras keep this flavor in the back. Not sure if it is a speciality flavor or what. 250 calories per 20 fluid ounces. 8 fluid ounces in a cup. I think I like other flavors of drinks better. The passion papaya ice green tea is really bitter. I couldn't drink more than a handful of sips. I could taste a little of the passion or papaya, but the bitter green tea was really long lasting and the dominant taste. 140 calories per 20 fluid ounces. I would not get it again unless there was way less tannins in it. Maybe the green tea steeped too long. The agave lemonade was pretty good. It almost tasted just like regular lemonade to me. 210 calories per 20 Ounces. Service - Service IS pretty fast in the evenings around 8 pm. Not many people there. Ambiance - Pretty quiet. read more

The young lady Aubree that was working the drive through was swift, kind, and correct with her order taking and over-all service. I so wanted to give them a better review, but it's not at all what it used to be. The environment is still welcoming, and you order on a screen or with someone at the register. Options have changed, and the menu offers a bit more diversity than a sandwich and salad. My son was pleased to see Flatbread Pizza. He ordered a pepperoni and sausage and only got pepperoni on his first round. They remade with no hesitation. I ordered the seasonal chili, and it lacked flavor. Paired it with grilled cheese, and it was grilled on one side and soggy on the other. Lemon zest and chocolate chip cookies are still staples and can add for $1 to any meal. Ordered the soup tonight from Panera's Chicken and wild rice. The soup ended up with broth a few pieces of rice and no chicken. The bowl was priced $9.49 on DoorDash. I also ordered Bistro French onion soup. The soup was beef broth and a few onions. As you can see by the picture on the website and description there were no croutons or cheese. Very disappointed today at Panera bread! I ordered the half chicken avocado melt, and from the picture you can see how tiny my half sandwich is. Went here to have dinner with my wife. When her Mac and cheese came out, it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. When we brought it up to see if it could be re-made we were told we could microwave it ourselves with a self serve microwave they had on the side counter. They then offered to re-make it. After they brought it out again, it was slightly less cold, but not even as warm as room temperature. Disappointed to have spent the money we did here for this type of service. I've heard that Panera Bread has slipped over the years, but it's been many years since I've ordered and a good sandwich sounded really good. Ordered through DoorDash and spent $11 on a Half a sandwich and another $10 on a cup of Macaroni and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good, but I opened the sandwich and made an audible laugh. The sandwich was basically 2 pieces of bread with 2 strips of raw onion in the middle and what must have been the bottom remnants of the container of chicken. Maybe a tablespoon in total. One of the first restaurant basics is: the food has to look like the picture and or the description. My food did not, my soup was not hot and there was very little of it. NOT like the picture. My sandwich was just OK (soggy) Where people take their dishes was overflowing the trashcan was overflowing, and there's not enough ventilation all of my clothes and my hair reeked when I left. I won't go back to this location again. The older one was much better . *What was good was the person who took my order was very polite and friendly. I wish she had suggested or offered a cookie I would've bought it. I didn't take pictures of my food because I was with an 80-year-old friend whose wife had recently passed away. You're a well known chain restaurant you have a brand new location "Good Grief Charlie Brown get it together" I think these days a lot of restaurants that offer takeout and it's all of them post Covid can't handle it However, when I spend $30 for two 1/2 sandwiches and "half of a bowl of soup" I expect a lot more. Since Panera moved across the street to a stand alone building (one would think this would be better), it's gotten progressively worse. The inside seating area is smaller and more pushed together, you don't have any kind of sense of privacy. I felt like I was at McDonald's not Panera. While I realize this was a move on their part to utilize a drive thru my friends and I gave this location a few chances and won't be back. Yes, it's only Panera bread but this location had extremely great service and the food was prepared really well. We had a large party and ordered a lot of food. When the food was ready one of the servers took it upon themselves too bring us most of the food even though I said we were good to go. They also brought us a lot of extras when we asked, it was a full service experience! I got the Asian Chicken Citrus Salad and Broccoli Cheese soup. The bread that was served with the meal was warm and fresh baked which made dipping it the soup divine. What a great experience for a fast food restaurant! read more

I order the same 3 or 4 things here and it's consistent each time. The food tastes fresh, they never skimp out on my sandwiches (as you can see in the photo - it's stacked) and it's delicious. I recently ate lunch at Panera near me and was pleasantly surprised of the food. I had a Tuna sandwich with Squash soup which was excellent! Had abundant amount of Tuna and the molasses bread was fresh and soft. The soup was hot and flavorful. Customer service was exceptional. Normally we go pick up our food however I think it was the manager that brought our plates. Someone also pick up our dishes when we Were done. So so nice. Overall Panera Bread is overpriced and the food is average. Service is always kind, but this doesn't make up for the overpriced menu. It's a small store, but I've never seen it packed so it's an appropriate size. Beware of the drive-thru; if there are multiple cars in line you will have to wait quite a bit to the point where it's more worthwhile to just go inside. read more

I love Panera Bread but I'm leaving a one for two reasons. 1. While customers waited in line you can see a girl in the back eating cookies in the kitchen. There was about four people online and then she came out after about two and a half to three minutes to start waiting on people. I wish I had thought to get a picture of that. She was not very pleasant. However one of the other girls that are working was pleasant. 2. More disturbing was when I read the menu and ordered to be surprised by a massive price at the end. As you can see in the photos and all my receipt what they have listed is not what they charged. I pointed out to them after they gave me the total.. to the rude girl at the register.. and asked why the price was different. She said I don't know it's just the way it rings up. I asked if she could have it checked on because what was on the board was clearly not what was ringing up. She stepped away for about 10 seconds behind the door and came out and said that is just the price. I clearly pointed out that the price that it was ringing up was clearly not the price on the board. However because we were so hungry I just paid it and figured I would talk with someone else. A few minutes later a Kinder girl came by and I asked her the same question. She said yes the prices are not the same. I questioned it again and kindly asked why the price was different than what was clearly listed on the board. She apologized and said I don't know but it is not the same. I knew it was not her fault so I was not going to take it out on her but I did ask her to please tell the management that the prices are very misleading and inaccurate. She said she would and was very kind. You can clearly see that the you pick two is on the board with two very clear prices. You can see on my receipt that especially the second you pick two order was not even close to that price. Panera Bread is very misleading and I believe on the verge of unethical actions not distinguishing clearly the price differences. I call out Panera Bread to do the right thing and list the right prices. You are being very misleading and unethical to your customers. read more

I have been a dedicated customer of Panera - mostly in SF Bay- for 15 years. The company has went downhill especially at the Queen Creek location. Missing items, poor quality and a passive /aggressive manager who - says they are out of bread and can't provide any to the soup. This is said to me while there are racks and racks of bread right in front of me.. At 7:15 pm she is telling me " it is for tomorrow. " What, there is no bread with the soup? Is it Panera Bread right?. Did I mention this is the 3 rd time this has happened in two months. I would suggest they investigate the policies and procedures and change.
