Took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter and even interact with us, multiple tries to get the phone number and the order was taken incorrectly. Gift card was not accepted by cashier thought it works on the app. Very frustrating and no other employees available to help. read more

This is the best place ever to get a sandwich! My favorite thing to order here is the Chicken Bacon Rancher and a strawberry basil lemonade. The people who work here are really nice and at times there can be a bit of noise if you come during busy hours. I highly recommend the delicious food! read more

I am so sad to feel I need to comment on the changes in my favorite place over the last couple years. The people? The workers are unfailingly fun to deal with, polite, remember us (we used to be there a lot) and are wonderful at fixing errors if they occur. Always pricey, we were willing to pay that for the quality...but that has declined tremendously and I believe it the parent company's decisions that have done it, not the individuals at the restaurant. Portions , which were always small, have shrunk, the menu changes are not up to par, the bakery items are decimated.Today we got our favorites to share with friends, 5 ofthe 6 were dry like day old bakery and very bread like rather than pastry like and some were nearly raw inside. The cranberry bread still rocked but the rest, while all looked right, tasted very pedestrian, similar to the fast sale bargain racks in grocery stores. What has happened? Sandwiches don't taste fresh, I seldom get a meal there anymore, lots of drinks and maybe scones or a bagel. I miss real Panera. read more

Food was fine. Went to use the bathroom and immediately walked out. There was dried feces on the toilets. My boyfriend used the men's and it was just as bad. Couldn't even wash his hands because of how gross the sinks were. Not to mention we weren't greeted or acknowledged at all. Staffs appearance was unprofessional. last nights workers were by far the friendliest people ive ever dealt with. I showed up 20 minutes before close to pick up some soup for my sick partner after rushing home from an hour away. i apologized and felt terrible for showing up so close to closing time and they were so sweet to me. they showed kindness where most people wouldn't. I've worked in the food industry in the past and I know how hard it can be when someone shows up right before the end of the night and I can't thank then enough for being so kind. you guys made a terrible night a little better for more than one person. keep up the great work! read more

This location is always out of Romaine lettuce and sourdough bread, taking several items off the menu. Is Sourdough bread that hard to make? It's called panera BREAD right? Settled on the soup - one piece of chicken at the bottom in a half empty bowl. Good thing the manager was there so she could look at the half empty bowl and assure me that she could care less. One more thing - and this started way before COVID. At the register when you place your order, the credit card reader asks you for a tip - honestly, I would be embarrassed to hustle a couple of bucks out of a customer for simply hitting the buttons on the cash register. What sick beasts in management put a tip jar out for the cashier because they're too cheap to pay their people?? Well - turns out Panera is now owned by a company in Holland - the shine is definitely gone and this place is all about cranking out mediocre food at high prices with underpaid staff that has no empathy for customers. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on Panera. read more

I often will visit Panera and work for a few hours in the afternoons after grabbing lunch. This location is close to my home and I've had consistently great experiences. The service has been stellar. From the staff at the counter, to the ones making the food, drive thru, and even the staff wandering through the store clearing dishes away, they have always been friendly and helpful. I haven't experienced the delays as other reviewers have mentioned. The store is clean, bathrooms are well-kept, and the wi-fi is reliable, even when I have a video call. My only complaint: parking. The parking here is horrible. The lot is small and there isn't an easily accessed adjacent lot. So if you come at lunchtime, expect to circle around a few times waiting for someone to leave! read more

This is a nice location that I have visited twice. Its clean, and the overhead music is good. They have iPads up front to order, if you don't want to deal with a human. The WiFi is blazing fast. I'm only giving 4 stars because when I did interact with humans, they are like zombie robots. Plus this location oddly ran the AC in the winter (yes, I felt cold air coming right out of the vents on a 25 degree day) so both of my visits, I was freezing. read more

The Plover location's in lobby service is lousy! Why have the doors open if you don't care about the customers inside? The counter registers are closed and only choice is a kiosk. The kiosk credit card strip reader won't take my card, by the time I went to find someone to help, which was nowhere around, my order timed out! In these trying times you would think you'd want all the sales you could get! Don't give the option of inside ordering when no one is able to service the customer. read more

Everytime I go to this panera bread they mess up my order. Today I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad without the chicken because I am a vegetarian and was given the salad with the chicken still on it. I called to speak to a manager and I got Molly on a call. I was explaining my experience to her and she hung up the call. Very unprofessional and awful service. Do not recommend. read more

My service from the guy at the counter was great. He was friendly and nice. Even let another woman know about their bagel sale on Tuesdays. As I was waiting for my food there was a child in the dining room screaming loudly. As children do. The manager came out of the kitchen, on her way to the table where she was doing paperwork and said not to herself, not to the whole restaurant but loud enough for others around to hear "can we please stop that!? jesus." the family couldn't hear her as she was on the other side of the restaurant but I and others around heard her and I was not impressed. Last I checked, this is Panera. A place where families are welcome to be. Sometimes children scream. That's part of managing a family friendly establishment.
