Staff was very friendly & got the pick 2 ... Asian chip chop salad(sooooooo yummy) & the cranberry wasn't half sandwich Plus I splurged and got a choc chic muffie & the everything in the kitchen sink cookie so yeah good Panera run today

Ordered off of the catering menu today for a work event. I ordered a mac and chesse and a soup. They were only a quart each! It does not say that on the website- nor will that feed 15 people. We got more bread than food!! How is that catering? I may have been better off ordering off reg menu In addition there was a $15 delivery fee! So 2 quarts and a delivery fee cost over $60....a little ridic if you ask me.

It's no secret that I love me some Panera. This location is no exception. It's large, well maintained, and well staffed. I had no problems placing my order and it was ready quickly. When I visited they were using pagers to signal guests that the food was ready, which I was fine with as I ended up finding a quiet table in a back corner of the restaurant (so out of earshot if they were shouting names). Since I had just finished a paddle at Kayak Pittsburgh, I was READY for some comfort food. Panera's tomato soup is always good; plus it was paired with a pretty good sized baguette, which made my day! For my protein I had one of the hot steak sandwiches, which was also pretty good. Nice and hot sandwich contents, served between perfectly toasted bread slices. Two thumbs up from this sandwich lover! All in all, this Panera met my expectations as a fan of the chain. I'd return to this location if I was in the area.

Food is just thrown together... For the cost of the food it should look a lot better than this. What you order vs what for get for a $10 sandwich.

    Seasonal Corn Chowder

Ordered the seasonal Corn Chowder bowl and Chicken Salad sandwich. Honestly the worst Bowl of soup I ever had! Soup was lukewarm and has a terrible sweet taste with vegetables that were not fully cooked. The bowl of soup given wasnt even filled, picture shows a half bowl! then the Chicken Salad sandwich. No taste! Looked like just diced chicken with few grapes and ton of lettuce! Definitely not a chicken salad. Do not waste your money!!! Total rip off! My other patron's Broccoli Cheese soup was also luke warm and sandwich was more like a mini slider...

The interior is very nice , incredibly spacious and decorated in warm earth tones and caramel hues and they have free wifi. I noticed that a lot of the booths were occupied by teeny boppers that appeared just to be chillen as if they were in a public library. My reason for visiting Panera Bread was to treat myself and my mom to a healthy early dinner. I had the caesar side salad with a creamy tomato soup and my mother had the grilled chicken caesar salad. The food was just okay. The food for me was a bit bland. Our salads were undressed.

Average Panera Bread. We originally tried to have dinner at two different places in Lawrenceville. Both had hour+ waits. We were sick of walking in the cold looking for a place and headed for waterworks, since we were planning on Christmas shopping anyway I ordered half of a turkey avacado BLT as well as broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl... Bc you can't go to panera and nottt get a bread bowl. My sandwich was both filling (for a half) and satisfying. It was not turkey deli slices but thick chunks of turkey meat. Bobby ordered a chiptole turkey sandwich and soup/ bread bowl. He was also happy with the iced coffee dispenser. Service was very kind. For some reason they didn't give out pagers, just yelled names. Also it gets a little cramped where food pick up and cold beverages are since it's narrow right there. Other than that we were happy.

Must be a privately owned franchise - portions are substandard! Don't waste your money- go to giant eagle and eat in the cafe- way better!

Pittsburgh needed this!! Very solid Shanghainese food :)…read more The pork xlb was my favorite thing! The wrapper was very thin, and the soup inside was nice and warm. The pan fried pork buns were good, but could definitely be crispier on the bottom, and I wish there was soup inside! I liked the sautéed green beans because they seemed very fresh and weren't overly fried/salted. The shanghai stir-fried udon was actually udon. I thought it was just translated wrong and that it would be shanghai cu chaomian, but it wasn't. It was still super tasty though! I just wish the noodles were a little firmer. The cold soy milk was very yummy too. Not sure if they add any sugar but it was pretty sweet! Service was super quick! And there was no wait on a Thursday lunch :)

We shared an order of the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings, Pan Fried Pork Buns, and Green Beans. All of it was so tasty and filling. If I could only order one thing next time it would be the Pan Fried Pork Buns. We tried our hand at making our own dipping sauce with the ginger strings, soy sauce and vinegar. That was fun to try. Dining area has tables and chairs, bench seats, and a bar area. Definitely coming back here to try more food. Attached: 5 photos

They have a series of vegetarian appetizers, but that's not their focus. In terms of the overall experience, the staff is very friendly and on top of things. We ordered takeout, but the online ordering site didn't give us a confirmation of our order. A quick call to the restaurant confirmed that everything was received and already in process. In terms of the food, the wood ear mushrooms and tofu skins was a clear winner. The broccoli was fine, but I would have preferred Chinese broccoli or watercress if they were available. The five spiced eggplant was fine: steamed to a custard-like level of softness, then paired with a salty sauce and served cold. The dan dan noodles were probably best suited for a dine-in experience and didn't really travel well. My partner tells me that the stuffed pork buns were good, but the solid piece of pork in the center was less optimal than something shredded or thinned out with some vegetable matter. All told, this was a good experience. The vegetarian appetizers were good but not exceptional. The various noodle and bun dishes were very nicely crafted. The hand made noodles were a particularly nice touch, with a lot more flavor and texture than I would have ever expected. If I have any requests, it would be for more vegetable centric noodle options.

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
