So this is one of the few somewhat healthy options near my work. I usually get the green goddess salad which is great!! All the cookies and other sweets are ok. I have tried a few of the different breakfast choices: soufflé, breakfast sandwich, and the flatbread with egg and cheese. These have not been good, they were dry, and unappetizing, especially the flatbread which was like leather . Also there are many things I do not purchase such as coffee because there are no organic/nondairy options. read more

It was good, the chicken noodle soup was good, but I did wonder why it was a small serving and steak sandwich I think either was made incorrect since there was just a small 'blob' of meat. I just love coming to this Panera especially because it is in my home town. The staff greet you the minute you walk through their doors making you feel welcome. Always busy here yet the service is fast and your food is always served the way you ordered it. There are many options to choose from. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salad, and soups and who can forget their yummy pastries and great waffles. The Pick Two option is great as you can choose between a half sandwich, soup, or salad. The coffee are always fresh and you will always find your favorite any time of the day. I love the fact that they write the time they brewed the coffee so you know it's fresh. The restaurant is nice and spacious and you can always be sure you will find a seat whether inside or outside and who can forget their free wifi. I've been going here for a very long time and it's just been getting worse and worse. How can they always be out of cream cheese? How are most of the tables dirty? Why do they forget to give your items? Why do the staff always look confused and frantic? Why do items wait on counter for 5-10 minutes for delivery to tables? WHY NOT TOAST THE BAGEL??? They may have a lot of people working in the back and one person helping customers, then that person just walks away....leaving the customer mid-order! The location clearly needs new management and the staff needs better direction. Also, customers don't like why you change or remove half of the items on the menu!!! Panera food is my comfort food. I can eat at a Panera everyday! I've been to numerous Panera locations and I have to say this one is the worst one in terms of service. I ordered two Pick-Two's as well as a drink and cookie at the self service kiosk. Food took a while to come out, but there seemed to only be two guys working the floor. When the guy brought our food out, he was missing our cookie. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and was thinking that he didn't bring it because he didn't have enough hands to carry everything but I never got it. 15 minutes later, I flagged him down and told him our cookie was missing and he said he would get it. Another 15 minutes later and my boyfriend and I finished our food but it never came. I managed to flag another guy down who appeared to be a supervisor/manager and told him that we never got our cookie after waiting for so long, telling our server helping us, and finishing our food already and he brought us one to-go packaged cookie. Lol this might sound silly as it's just a cookie, but I'd expect the manager to at least give us an extra one for all the trouble and wait we went through. The cookie isn't cheap either! ~$2 for ONE cookie Probably won't be back to this location. read more

It's unfortunate that I only give reviews when I feel that the service, food, or establishment is horrible. Sad to say that today because of one person I'm rating this place with a one star but customer service plays a big role to any place when you go out. Not sure of the females name but she was in the front managing the register and talk about rude. First when I approached she was on her phone and doesn't acknowledge me until she was finished with it. When asked about an item very rudly she stated "we don't have that here we haven't had that in over so many years" then I proceeded to ask what's good here and of course she pointed to the menu behind her and said "there's the menu". Once again I asked yes but what's good she said " I wouldn't know that depends on your pallet". Said thank you and walked away. My daughters wanted a snack gave it another chance and went up to the register later and asked what bread is good of course same female she said "that's all the bread we have left" while she pointed at it. Picked a loaf and the positive highlight was that actually asked if I wanted it sliced. Once it was sliced she wrapped it in a clear plastic bag and tossed it in the signature Panera brown bag. Asked for butter and she said "it's over there" my daughters went up to her and politely asked if they had jelly she said "no". That was the last straw hence the review. read more

You will love the sogy tuna sandwich that was slapped together with a a tablespoon of tuna as the busboy frantically explained. Thier famous pick two for a certain price never pans out when you actually look a receipt and try to understand. It's individually itemized with a higher price than posted on the menu. Try ask for an explanation and the manager will be more confused than you. Tiny dishes and stupid prices for a tiny poorly slapped together sandwich and you have this horrible restaurant! This Panera Bread location is in a big plaza so you can't miss it! I walked in and this Panera is pretty decently sized. Workers were super friendly and helped us out right away. On top of that, I was able to get some freshly baked cookies straight from the oven. My favorite thing is their famous Green Tea! Best believe that I can drink that all day long! This location is typically the location I come to, because of their friendly service, cleanliness and the time it takes to get our food. Today, it took over 15 mins for our food, my mom mentioned there was no decaf coffee (which took them 30 mins) to brew. On top of my order coming out late, it was wrong items brought out. I would never come back here. Ice coffee taste so bad that I only had one sip. Chicken noodle soup only had very tiny portion of chicken and noodles like it was a left over. I have never seen anything like that. It was almost like an insult. I would def gone back inside to get the full refund if it wasn't take out order and found out much later. My husband and I come here often becaude we love their salads.The 5 stars is for food and Panera's customer service. Today, I ordered the Mediterranean bowl with chicken without cheese, without olives, and extra tahini but when I got my order, they gave me everything that I had requested not to have. I called Panera and one of the restaurant staffs really owned the situation and try to make it right. She responded with professionalism and care. They did not place my pastry inside a food box and placed it inside a paper bag for my pickup order. I noticed that they had many food boxes with clear windows on the counter before I took my order and I did not think about my pastry being without some sort of food container. This location isn't my favorite panera location, but it isn't my least favorite either. The past few times I've come here the service has been pretty good. The cashiers are always sweet and I get my food on time. They have yet to get my order wrong! I'd recommend their cinnamon bagels or their you pick two deal! I usually love Panera but went here for lunch break. The cashier Aaliya was rude. I am in healthcare and am used to dealing rude people. I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich, chips and drink. I was just at another panera in OC and they'd given a pastry/muffin if I bought a meal. She said i have to pay .99 cent to upgrade. Now, i think i can afford to pay 99c but its how the whole encounter took place was not nice. Not sure if its covid or current politcal environment thats brought out the worst in people. I waited 20 min in line for a blueberry scone and as I was waiting someone just starts to cut all the blueberry scones .. Yelling out every 4 min "sorry for the wait" ( only 3 people in front of me and 20 min wait) ... as soon as it's my turn I ask for a blueberry scone and they say they are out .... there was no I am sorry ... there was no let me offer you another flavor.... there was no care .. I should have rendered that this location has horrible customer service.. I understand missing items and burned food and things happening in these crazy times. When you mess up and order own it, fix it and don't blame it on the Uber driver. He didn't assemble the order. Your company didn't do the one job you are open to do: Fill orders correctly. The noodles were burned, the entire main (2) items were missing from the two item plate. How do you leave your main items off a plate? That means no one even checked the order before it went out the door. Instead of having the order remade and offering to have it ready for me to pick up, the manager offered to credit me. It's dinner and we waited an hour and a half to get it. We wanted food. She said she is unable to access my order once it leaves with Uber. But she had full responsibility to fill it correctly, and she didn't. Offer a viable resolution: I could have driven to pick it up. Instead she kept saying she has no way to access my order or deliver it. And i need to contact Uber. There was another option - REMAKE IT!!! Disappointing. read more
