We LOVE Panera! Especially the new duets! The options are limited but the price is $8.00. Pictured is a soup and salad from yesterday! My favorite is their turkey sandwich and wild rice soup! Service is always prompt! Bathroom was clean, large and well stocked! I love the serve yourself beverage bar! The fireplace adds a nice touch!

Thin, hard, bagel with giant hole.

We ordered our bagels for Easter brunch from here. Picked them up Easter morning, and they were the saddest bagels we had ever seen. They were thin and the hole was giant, especially in the everything, plain, and blueberry bagels. I've included a photo of the everything bagel. We ordered then sliced, they were not. They were rock hard, and difficult to cut with our serrated bread knife.

If you like pits with your bagels, this is the place for you

Felt like having a bagel. Pico Rivera is always an experience. This Panera really needs a redo. Carpets need a cleaning, paint needs refreshing, the non-working fireplace should be fixed. Apparently Panera no longer sells the onion and chives cream cheese. Oh Panera, what is going on with you?

found a bee in my panera salad, never going there again.

I got the salad and a sandwhich from panera. I was enjoying my meal until I saw something that looked like a raisin and thought it wasn't anything. I look closer and I see the wings of a bee in my salad. It grossed me out so bad I through the entire thing away along with the sandwich ai had barley bit into. Lost appetite and lost of money. Will not be going back.

Mini chocolate chip cookie. Super good! Fresh af at 9am!

They got me with the free coffee. Not gone lie But that's it. Check my other reviews. I don't mess with Panera's food. Just the coffee and pastries. Maybe. This is one of my regular Panera's. It has bad reviews. Just thought I'd shed some light on this one. The people that work here are always in a good mood and helpful. So shout out to the morning crews. Keep up the good work.

Shame on the people who vandalized the bathroom with grafitti, but that didn't stop employees from not locking the restroom with passcodes, meaning only a few of those delinquents hung around. The reason I said that was some Panera was populated with homeless that they had to put locks in the washroom to prevent them breaking in. The place was rather clean and neat, wifi was stable not glitchy, plenty of working wall outlets to charge electronic devices, and unlimited sips here I go :)

Everything bagel and coffee of course !

Since there are multiple locations, we debated between the South Gate and Whittier spots because they're both about the same distance from us in Montebello. For our first visit, I'm really glad we chose this location. The shopping center is huge, so finding parking was easy, even though the area was busy. When we walked in, the restaurant was pretty crowded. All of the booths were occupied, and only a few tables were available, so we waited about five minutes while a staff member cleaned a booth for us. Once seated, we looked over the menu and ordered the egg rolls and garlic truffle fries to start. For our entrées, we chose the ribeye pho and chicken pho. The server was kind enough to offer me a sample of the salted coffee. I had already had coffee earlier in the day, so I didn't order one, but I'm glad I tried it because I'll definitely be getting one next time. Instead, I ordered the cucumber limonade. Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're looking for a good late-night pho spot.

Think made-to-order elevated food court Chinese-ISH-style dishes. SERVICE: when we first walked in, the guy bussing tables onto his cart made eye contact, then COMPLETELY IGNORED US despite it being obvious that we were there for dinner. off-putting, i ALMOST WALKED OUT :/ Once we chased someone down and got seated, our waiter was super FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Food came out quickly and piping hot. FOOD: PORTIONS-what stands out is the HUGE PORTIONS, one plate could probably feed to and perhaps three moderate eaters. QUALITY-unusually and OVERWHELMINGLY OILY. Way more than I would've expected, and detracted from the eating experience. **Cheese WonTon-wrappers were FRIED CRISP AND TENDER, but the decent dollop of cream cheese filling was overwhelming. **KUNG POW CHICKEN was the BEST DISH we had, barely spicy but it hid the oiliness better somehow. **NOODLE (?chow fun) SHRIMP was difficult to eat, and the EXCESSIVE GREASE COATED MY TONGUE so bad the i couldn't taste the shrimp or veggies. **BLACK BEAN BEEF was fair. OILY BUT FLAVORFUL. veggies were nicely cooked still crunchy, but the HARSH ONIONS were overpowering. sweet or milder onions would let me taste the other ingredients more. the beef itself was tender and tasty. I personally won't be returning, but I see the value due to large portions and moderate prices. i'd gladly sacrifice quantity for higher quality.

We ordered the popcorn chicken, shrimp fried rice, and pan-fried pork baos. I hadn't eaten popcorn chicken in a long time so I loved the dish and will be back for it. I did notice that there were quite a few smaller chunks of just flour. Shrimp fried rice is hard to mess up. Was also pretty solid. Pan-fried pork baos are tasty, filled with soup, and actually heated up well the next day in an air fryer too. Cost was reasonable and I enjoyed the food. Will certainly be back.

Others had a nice crispy lace cook on them, all held together in a nice circular formation.. and I got haphazardly thrown potstickers on a plate. Service is typical for a small Chinese place, where if you need something you have to ask, no one comes to check on you. When they're busy, you don't get a menu, so don't expect to see pictures and you'll have to kinda of know what you're ordering when looking at just the listed ordering form. I would suggest looking at pics online first so you know going into this. Love the ginormous drinks though, my strawberry green tea was deliciously refreshing with the perfect level of sweetness. Parking - free lot is small. There are some street sidewalk options. We waited a few minutes and luckily people were leaving the market so we were able to park in the lot.
