I'm back again! I love their sourdough and the baguette.... The chicken and wild rice soup is good too. The tables are not cleaned... as usual. I found one table that didn't look too bad. I used some napkins and water to wipe, then used my sanitizing tissue to clean our table. I'm ready for food. Today we ordered double Panera Duets... One order of 1/2 tuna salad sandwich with creamy tomato soup which is one of our lite meal item. We also ordered the 1/2 turkey & cheddar sandwich with chicken wild rice soup because of the soup. We love the lite meal options they offer through the Panera Duets pairings. Too bad they don't allow substitutions... Today, they ran out of their baguette... They have us bags of potato chips in lieu which was nice of them, but I love dipping the baguette into the soup. I will be back for the delicious breads... I would be back so much more often if the tables were cleaned better... Oh, well.

Cold Sandwich Grilled Chicken and Avo BLT It didn't make me disappointed. It was really a delicious cold sandwich. All of the ingredients were good and the lettuces and tomatoes were fresh. More avocado would be perfect

I hadn't been to Panera in ages, but recently went twice. I got tomato soup and Mac and cheese during one visit, and then tomato soup in a bread bowl on the second visit. The tomato soup is really good! I like the croutons on the top. Service is quick. I don't like ordering from the ordering devices. So, I really enjoy when someone is at the register. This location always has customers, but it is never busy/crowded.

Upon revisiting, several new difficulties popped up, including inadequacies in keeping coffee and creamer/additions stocked, tea, and other available essentials. Bagels that were toasted were unfortunately toasted to an insufficient level, and orders were made incorrectly. Nonetheless, this continues to be a convenient location for me, and service, although with the above disclaimers, were otherwise friendly and quick.

This Panera is trash. Don't bother customizing your order because they'll just screw it up and you won't realize it until you get home.

The interior is super pretty and they had a gorgeous neon sign. Also love the bread shelf they had. If I didn't just buy bread before this I would've wanted to buy all of it. Now as for the pastries I got, I tried their fruit tart, macarons, and the chef special strawberry croissant cube. Everything is so delicious and not too sweet. I like how fresh all the fruits are. The macarons were perfect and crisp. They didn't taste soggy at all. I also really like the custard in the fruit tart. It fell apart pretty easily but they have the little tray for you so it was okay. I really like everything and need to try their eclairs out next.

Great customer service by the staff, caring, and fast service. Very cozy ambiance, they have both inside and outside seating. For a smaller restaurant like this, it has a good amount of table/seats. I understand they are busy, but there is no reason to swing the door at my face when I simply asked where I can put my name down on the waiting list. No answer, just rolled eyes and door in face. We really should've left because from that moment, it definitely felt like it was a mission for the two servers to make it a miserable experience for my family. I later found a small post holding up a chromebook outside of the restaurant with a paper with very small print explaining waitlist rules. It would be a lot better if the restaurant made a larger print sign that just says, "Sign In Here," and then have your small print letter to the customers about the rules. We put our name down at 12:30pm, it gave an estimated seat time of ~1pm. But because of the terrible service and mismanagement of the waiting list, we didn't get seated until 1:30pm. They seated 4 parties of 2-3 before our party of 4 when the open tables were side by side. On top of that, after we got seated, they still gave water and took the other tables orders that were seated after us before they came to us. Food took another 20 minutes to come out. I asked for the bill three times, but it didn't come until the other tables that were seated after us left and it was just empty tables next to us. In terms of the food, it was fine and the tempura was cooked well but I do not need to eat their tempura to be treated this poorly.

Perfect family dim sum experience for us…read more We took out my parents and in-laws for dim sum: my parents' very first time ever. We did wait about an hour, but honestly I didn't mind at all because it gave us a chance to relax, talk, and catch up as a family. Once we were seated, my parents were immediately impressed with the decor: elegant and cultural without feeling overly modern or cold. And can we talk about the tea kettles? They looked like literal pieces of art being poured at the table. Ordering was super easy with the QR code system, so my husband handled the whole spread: shumai dumplings, chicken feet, sesame balls, and more. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. The ENTIRE table agreed on one thing: the chili oil condiment deserves to be sold in bottles to take home. It was that good. Smoky, just the right amount of spicy, and addictive. Now for the real test: my in-laws. They've been to *many* dim sum places and are not easily impressed. They declared this place to have the best chicken feet that they've ever had: meat easily sucked off the bone, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and perfectly seasoned. High praise coming from dim sum veterans. Most importantly, my parents' first dim sum experience couldn't have been better. They loved everything from the ambiance to the food to the overall experience. My husband and I want to come back to explore more of the menu because there's clearly so much more to try

A Hidden Gem for Family Dining -- Outstanding Pho & Hospitality…read moreIf you haven't been to Nha Trang, stop what you're doing and go. Seriously. This place just earned a permanent spot on my list. I ordered the vegetarian pho and it blew me away -- easily one of the best bowls I've had. The broth was rich, deeply layered, and clearly made with intention. What really set it apart were the vegetables. We're talking lotus root, chayote squash, and a rotating cast of unique, seasonal additions that you just don't see at your average spot. It wasn't just filling -- it was thoughtful. But here's where Nha Trang really separated itself: the way they treated my child. From the moment we sat down, the staff brought out a perfectly sized little plate, bowl, and fork just for him -- without us even asking. They even brought out a small pair of scissors to cut his noodles to the perfect size. That one gesture alone told me everything I needed to know about this place. And when he finished eating? They brought him coloring pencils to keep him occupied. It was the kind of quiet, attentive hospitality that makes parents feel seen. The space itself is beautiful -- warm, welcoming, and clean. The kind of place where you actually want to linger over your meal instead of rushing out. Five stars, no hesitation. Whether you're coming solo, on a date, or with a toddler in tow -- Nha Trang delivers. We'll be back soon. Probably very soon.
