Tipsy Unicorn is one of those spots you don't just stumble into... you find it. And once you do, you realize pretty quickly why people keep coming back. I've been here more times than I can count, and somehow it still feels like a great find every single time. The food is legit. Not just something to go along with a drink, but something you actually look forward to. That Dagwood wrap in the photo... stacked, fresh, and exactly what you want when you sit down and take a breath for a bit. Simple, done right. And the flights... always the move. They're thoughtfully crafted, and what really stands out is how much intention is behind everything they're doing. There's a creativity here that goes beyond just what's on the board. You can feel it in how the beers are built and how they're meant to be experienced. It gives you something a little different every time without ever feeling forced. But what really makes this place what it is... it's the feel. I'm not from here, and not once have I ever felt like an outsider. It's one of those places that just pulls you in. Comfortable, easy, and genuinely welcoming in a way that's hard to fake. And the people... they want you to feel at home. And they absolutely deliver on that. I've posted about this place more times than I probably should have already, and here I am again. That probably tells you everything you need to know. Get off the interstate. Go find it. Support local when you can. It matters. This is one of those spots.

BEST decision I could have made for lunch! I got a cup of the creamy chicken soup & the italian stallion sandwich with garlic mayo & banana peppers on the side as Brookelynn recommended. It was so delicious, fresh, and you could tell it was made with love. I had great conversation with my server Brookelynn, and she was so kind, up beat and provided great service. I also learned this is a women-owned (and predominantly women-run) family business, and that was the cherry on top. Very cute intimate indoor seating with a close-knit staff. Highly recommend! Our waitress was very pleasant, and made sure we had what we needed. The vibe inside was very quiet, cozy, and romantic, making it a really nice spot for a relaxed date night. That said, the vegetable fried rice and dumplings were both a 5 out of 5. The dumpling dipping sauce was honestly one of the best I have ever had and really stood out. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The space is on the smaller side, which was fine since we went during a slower time. We were not able to choose our table, which would have been nice, and while you are not right on top of other people, the tables are close enough that it can be hard to have a private conversation. There were a couple things that held it back. I was served a drink that was close to eight months expired. I did not make a big deal about it and still drank it, but that is something they definitely need to stay on top of. Also, the menu said Pepsi products but only Coke was available. With better inventory checks and a more updated menu, this place could easily be a five star spot. It is just not quite there yet.

The macaroni salad was real good too it had dill but I thought it was a nice balance. Their "coleslaw" was also surprisingly good. I like a creamy slaw but theirs was vinegary but I liked it. I'd call it a cabbage salad over coleslaw though. We also got the cowboy burger which was super good too. The potato chips honestly weren't my favorite. Too homemade if that makes sense. Not salty enough and overcooked. The sandwiches totally make up for it. Customer service was great too.
