Service was fantastic! The cashier had contagious positivity and helped me navigate the menu. The manager working at the time, Eric, was very nice and made me feel welcome. COVID-19 safety is taken seriously here, with arrows and one way entries and exits and markers on the floor. Definitely recommend! read more

Awful experience. We were driving as a family across the country and decided to stop here. They didn't have Mac and cheese for the children, they ran out out of American cheese and no autumn squash soup. The lady taking the order kept asking my husband to repeat himself. The bread on the paninis was tooo hard I couldnt eat it. Chincy with the meat on steak and cheese plus steak was tough and chewy. Croutons in french onion soup were very stale. Cobblestone muffin was also very stale. Wont go back to this one. I know the difference between stale and fresh in Paneras. Floor had food crumbs all over the place. read more

This place needs help. Management is failing, because the staff is not properly trained. I walked around the whole dining area to find a clean table. A majority of the soft drink choices were out of order. They listed food on their menu that they were out of. Advice: if you are out of it, take the sign down. Stopped by to get three breakfast sandwiches this morning. Veronica was at the front counter. She gave me my order and turned to the next person. I didn't realize that I didn't have a sandwich until I got home. When I got back to Panera's she didn't recognize me and didn't apologize for the order. Worst Panera ever visited. Kiosks were closed. Focus on drive through over pedestrian. Surly staff. Out out out. Out of dark roast, out of egg white out of customer service. Told manager whose reply in a don't imposition me with that attitude, "I know we have some brewing". Waited 12 mins for a microwaved breakfast sandwich. Observed both high jacking ingredients between orders and switching product to drive through orders. Don't go here unless you are a food masochist. Panera Pits. read more

I love Panera, but this one is very unorganized and very messy. The one in Carbondale, IL is much better than the one here.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. Horrible service and even worse food.

My family and I absolutely love Panera. The food is always fresh. I especially love the fact that everything is completely clean now. All of the vegetables are organic. You can taste the difference. They have the best chai tea latte. My kids love their macaroni and cheese. The service is usually pretty on point as well. We have had some times where the service was bit questionable, but nine times out of 10 it's great. If you are looking for a good place to have lunch, Panera is it. read more

Good food, quick service, disengaged employees -- typical panera quality of food, but produced in an uninspiring way. Would I stop again? Yes, but the manager/owner needs to train the employees to be much more inviting to customers. After driving for over 10 hours, I expected to be greeted with a warm smile and gracious hospitality. Our family really enjoys having breakfast at Panera. We travel often and always stop at Panera. Knowing that we can expect quality food in a clean environment is incredibly important to us. We have stopped at this particular Panera a few times en route to visit family. This morning we stopped, and were incredibly disappointed. The bathrooms were completely disgusting. Roaches, nasty toilets, no toilet paper, soap, or water in toilets. There were ants on the counter at the coffee station. In addition to this, the scones didn't have the typical drizzle on top, and my breakfast sandwich wasn't completely hot throughout. read more

Today I went to "Panera Bread" (Duh), and it was pretty nice. I could have told you once but instead I told you twice! hahaha! So, yeah. Anyway, I labeled this place because the only problem was the place was cold and by cold I mean FRRRREEEEEEZZZZZZIING! But hey, who am I to judge that? Such a dysfunctional Panera location. I've been to many, and this one doesn't represent the brand. The order is never correct, they are out of everything, and still charge you the full amount regardless of he no cheese, no bacon on the BLT, no bread, etc...it's a joke. You stand at the front counter for 5 minutes while no one serves you, just scurry around in the back. The place is dirty and the bathroom, don't even get me started. First time my soup was cool because they didn't let my beeper go off and the lady was rude to me if I hadn't already paid I would have left

For the last year I have usually eaten her at least twice a month. The last couple months have been disappointing. The bread on my breakfast sandwich has been burnt several times and the wait is much longer during dinner time. My receipts said 6:08 and I received my food at 6:27. That is not a big deal but while at the window I saw the manager stand in one spot screaming at the employees the whole time, instead of helping.
