Tossed sliced bagel and baguette into a bag. Touching everything else. No excuse

BIG MISTAKE Forced to order Uber Eats from here due to lack of choices. Who just throws bagels and bread in a bag? How can that not be a health code violation? Would they do that in-store? No, they'd put it in a small paper bag. Ordered veggie soup because the photo looked amazing. Just broth with tiny pieces of vegetables. 1/2 sandwich was very small. My job takes me all over the world and this need-to-order something for lunch was one of the worst.

This is the empty hand, that would of had my 1st. cup of Coffee in it! But due to an incompetent manager... I had to go to McDonalds to get Coffee.

I had was on a road trip driving from Chicago to St. Louis. Since I passed all of the other Paneras near Chicago, this location was the next closest stop. I placed my Panera order through the online app. I had about an hour until I was expected to arrive and was concerned I would end up with cold, soggy food when it was time to pick up. I set the pick up time to match my arrival time based on gps. It was perfect timing! The Panera was super busy, since it was a Saturday around 11:30am. I got to skip the line and my food was made to order ready as the expected. Bathrooms are clean and would likely recommend to anyone driving through Highway 55. They also have both indoor and patio seating. Panera is a healthier choice than fast food for road trips and glad when it's on the way! It's also location directly behind a circle K gas station if you need to fill up on gas before you start back.

Food is good, refills are nice and service is fast. Unfortunately it's kinda dusty and dirty.

Special I wanted had ended. What I tried was good but has gotten too expensive to go very often.

Waited over 40 minutes for my sandwich. That is unacceptable service. I expect better from Panera.

I love the broccoli cheese soup, but very obvious they started watering it down so it went up in price and you add water. Stop It!

Drive thru is never open, even when you do curbside or in dining pick up it's either unavailable or takes forever.

We decided to go with the rustic pizzas that were delicious and unusual: harmony, Korean, chicken and loaded supreme. The crust tasted like it was from a woodfired oven and the Korean chicken pizza was so unusual and tasty with kimchi and pickled shiitake. The fresh from the forest mushroom side dish they gave us a special treat to us was quite a delicacy. Even the farm to table items they have for sale when you walk in to take home are a treat, Especially the homemade marshmallows! Ended with dessert of a fresh orange olive oil cake with just tremendous flavor and blood orange on the side and orange marmalade on the cake. It served exquisitely with a side of homemade ice cream that was to die for. We can't wait to come back! Our waitress, Lupe, treated us like family and was incredibly personal and warm. Put this on your must visit List.

We started with the sashimi plate. The fish was fresh- including tuna, salmon, shrimp- placed over small celery bites. A variety of sauces were dotted around the plate's edge. The dish would have benefited from some ginger and more sauce. Our entrees included Pork Coppa Ramen- which was a solid dish- strong beef broth flavor and the sambal (chili sauce) -a few cents extra- added a good depth of flavor. The fish bowl- tuna, salmon- with rice, pickled veggies, and gim (Korean seaweed) was tasty. It was even tasty the next day cold out of the fridge. Our server Jack did a nice job- we sampled their roasted carrots- and they were actually our favorite bite. We also had the potato graten and they were tasty- but could have been easily skipped with our Asian dinner vibe. The restaurant has a great eclectic historical vibe and was busy on a Friday night, but still felt spacious. The drink menu is a good selection- we enjoyed wine with dinner (a solid Pinot noir). I would definitely go back to have the pizza- which looked delicious at a couple of the neighboring tables. This is a great date night venue or girls night out.

You order your food at the door then sit down and they bring it to you when ready. I ordered the og sando and truffle fries. The fries were ok and the sando was pretty solid. It's a massive sandwich and could easily feed 2-3 people. It was a couple meals for me. If i lived in the area, i would probably come back. Good food and good vibes. Service was nothing special.

Daughter got a burger and fries and bf and I got the OG sandwiches, hot and medium respectively and we split a truffle fry. It's a cool little place with a good selection of top shelf bourbon, but unfortunately I don't get the hype about the food. The chicken was tough, literally had pieces as tough as cardboard I could barely chew. The first 3 or 4 bites of my sandwich were just breading. I didn't think the spice level was even as hot as Franks which I would consider mild and bf said his was barely spicy either. The fries weren't very good, not very crispy mostly limp. My daughter said the burger was good. I may go back and try something else because I really want to like it but it won't be any time soon.
