Soup leaking through bag

I guess it's my fault for trying to get some food while I'm sick. I should have cooked a meal for myself while I'm sick. I spent $20 on food from Panera, drove home and realized the soup completely soaked through and ruined my car seat. I rushed back to Panera to get a refund because now I have to pay for my car to get cleaned and they only refunded me for the soup. I didn't eat the sandwich or the pastry I BOUGHT. The drink had so much ice in it I practically had 1 1/2 sips. I spent $20 on food that I didn't eat and haven't gotten a refund yet for. I spent $30 cleaning my car because I had to get it professionally don't after the tomato soup leaked. And now I haven't eaten in two days because I don't have money to pay for any more food, thanks Panera :) I love getting Panera when I'm sick! And I love not eating since I got Panera when I'm sick.

Apple

They gave me a bad apple. I am genuinely concerned to try my other items. I am very disappointed.

Got a half a cup os Creamy Tomato Soup - Group

I ordered a cup of soup with my sandwich and got a half a cup of soup when I opened the bag when I got home! What the heck?! And also tipped them $2 on the app. Disappointing. UPDATE: I updated to 2 stars because I submitted my complaint on the app and got a quick response from guest services and offer to rectify the experience. That is very much appreciated. I hope the manager can let their employees know not to fill the cup of soup halfway.

I've had Panera 3 days in a row. A colleague bought everyone breakfast sandwiches and I was in love w the sandwiches that I had to try the other ones w my kids. The Chipotle chicken w egg, avocado and gouda on ciabatta is bomb!! Full of flavor and that sauce is delicious!! The Avocado, egg white, tomatoes, and spinach on sprouted grain bagel is so good and light!! The bread here is always good. I don't feel sluggish or blehh after eating here. I love that they don't put other unnecessary ingredients in their breads. The strawberry lemon-mint drink is delicious too!! Very refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. This location always brings your orders out fast. Tables are always clean and employees are friendly. Highly recommend!!

Checking and signing only to still have items missing, and my drink spilling onto me as she hands it to me. No napkins no utensils.

Interesting place. Various breads, sandwiches, salads, drinks, pies, cookies, donuts, and bagels. The breads are quite delicious, and the toasted baguette sandwich with mozzarella and pepperoni was very crunchy and good. And paired well with a Cesar salad and iced tea. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere! Recommend for breakfast or lunch

What?! Out of bread bowls? Drove all the way from the menifee PB for a bread bowl and they're out.

When we said yes, she offered to help us navigate the menu with a few recommendations. After asking us some simple questions about what we liked she pointed us toward the Chicken Satay Burrito and the Poke Burrito - and she absolutely nailed it. Both burritos were fresh, colorful and packed with flavor. Every bite had the perfect crunch from the crisp vegetables, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The sauces were served on the side, letting us customize each bite, and they complemented the flavors without overpowering them. The decor itself had a freshness about it like the food they served with bright inviting colors. What we appreciated the most was how satisfying the meal was. We left feeling full, refreshed and energized instead of weighed down.if you're looking for a healthy meal that does not sacrifice flavor, Toss'd is definitely worth checking out.

I ordered the rainbow poke salad, hubby ordered the salmon and mango salad, and son ordered the chicken satay salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. We liked the food so much that a week later we went there for lunch. We realized we had been here once before right when they opened. It's a cute little space neatly decorated like a Chipotle where all of their add ins have been chopped in front of you and are waiting for your selection. This time I ordered the poke burrito wrapped in rice paper, the son ordered the chicken satay burrito, wrapped in rice, paper and hubby stuck with the same salmon mango salad. We took the order to go which they made with love and effort. Again, food tasted healthy and fresh. It was delicious. We'll definitely go back for either a healthy lunch or a healthy dinner. Bonus - the lovely ladies told us that they're also turning this into a champagne lounge during the evening hours, something else to look forward to!

Last time, my fiancée and I came in on our engagement day to celebrate with brunch and were turned away at the door because we had iced coffees from next door. Real classy way to treat customers. Management never responded to that review. Shocker. So against my better judgment, I gave them another shot this morning. Here's what happened: I have a gluten allergy. I told my waitress. I specifically asked her to check whether one of the menu items was gluten-free -- which she did -- and I clearly asked for my toast on a separate plate so my wife could have it. Simple request. Clear communication. Done. Food came out with bread sitting directly on top of everything on my plate. When I pointed out the mistake and reminded them of my allergy, the person who delivered the food had the audacity to respond with an irritated "I guess we are going to have to remake the food." You messed up the order. The attitude is completely backwards. Then my waitress came back to tell me she "didn't know" about my allergy. I stated it twice and had her look something up because of it. Either she didn't write it down, or the kitchen ignored it entirely. Either way -- a gluten allergy isn't a preference, it's a health issue. First plate took 15 minutes. Remake took another 15. While sitting outside waiting, we overheard our waitress telling another table their order had also been messed up by the kitchen. So it's not just us. Let's be honest about what The Mill serves: basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. This isn't a Michelin-starred tasting menu. It's breakfast. And you still managed to get it wrong twice in one visit. The "breakfast pizza" I've tried before wasn't good either. And the apple chicken sausage? It tastes like wet dog food -- I don't know what's in that but it should not be on the menu. To their credit, they remade the food and our waitress was pleasant despite everything. The hal-o-penyo sauce was genuinely good. That's it. That's the entire list of positives. The real issue is systemic. The kitchen staff is either disorganized or resentful about their own mistakes. Communication between the floor and the kitchen is nonexistent. Management clearly doesn't care -- they didn't respond to my last review, and nothing has changed. A restaurant that can't handle allergy requests for a scrambled eggs order is not a restaurant that takes its customers seriously. I gave you two chances. You burned both. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends and family know exactly what to expect here.

Food: 5 Service: 5…read moreAmbiance: 5 Hidden gem alert! Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, you would never guess such a sexy, sophisticated spot is sitting right in the middle of it all. From the moment we walked into Fugghedabout, we were stunned. The space is dark, sultry, lightly dimmed, and incredibly chic, something you'd never expect here. It has a very grown up, intimate vibe (21+ only), perfect for date night or a night out with friends. We were lucky enough to visit on a night with live music (they have it Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), and it completely set the mood. Even though it wasn't very busy, the energy was wonderful and the music was excellent. Service was top notch. Meghan was fantastic, friendly, attentive, accommodating, and so helpful throughout the meal. Faith, the owner, also stopped by several times to check on us, which earned major points. Such a sweet touch and much appreciated. Now the food... wow. We started with the seared scallop special topped with caviar, and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked, with the caviar adding just the right touch of saltiness. Honestly, we wanted to order more. The hot goat cheese with hot honey appetizer was delicious and so comforting. Definitely get extra bread, you'll want it. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we tried the taco trio with chicken, steak, and shrimp. The steak and shrimp were standouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but overall we really enjoyed them. And the biggest surprise of the night was the shrimp and sausage skillet. Absolutely incredible. So flavorful and rich, and again we needed more bread to soak up every bit of that delicious sauce. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert, which was good. The sugar topping was slightly thick, and I'll admit I'm a bit of a dessert snob, so while we enjoyed it, the meal itself was really the shining star of the night. I'm already dreaming about my next visit. I was genuinely impressed by everything, service, ambiance, food, and live music. This place is a whole vibe. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food in a sultry, intimate setting. I've already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Meghan and Faith for such a great night. We'll definitely be back!

Love the concept, love the attempt; but the red wine is served at room temperature and while it has interesting selections nothing we drank was more then basic and serviceable. The food again was trying something different, different than what this area normally does but it fell short of the mark. Not enough seasoning or originality. Did love the sliders though. Service was competent at the bar, the young man was nice but not too knowledgeable about the wines. Again, wish the selection had more premium choices and the reds served at a proper temp. $25 corkage fee. The interior looks gorgeous. You cannot tell you are next to the freeway. For now, this is a pass. We will try some of the wine bars in Temecula next. Your mileage may vary though of course...forget about it ;-)

I loved the lighting - dimly lit and beautiful chandeliers. The murals were also aesthetically pleasing! Since we sat at the bar, we could see them making the pizzas fresh! Absolutely worth the wait!…read more We had about an hour-and-a-half wait for a table, but honestly, it worked out perfectly. We used the time to stroll around downtown, do a little shopping, and enjoy the area before our meal. By the time our table was ready, we were excited to sit down and eat. The food was delicious, and the service was just as impressive. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well worth waiting for. Our server was attentive and friendly, and even with how busy the restaurant was, we never felt rushed. You can tell there's a reason this place has a wait. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and even better food. I'd absolutely come back next time I'll just plan on putting our name in and enjoying downtown while we wait! I completely neglected to take photos, but for once, that was actually a good thing. We were enjoying a true date night without phones or interruptions, just good food, conversation, and each other. Next time I'll try to remember the pictures! We did finish the night with the s'mores dessert, and it was fantastic. My only advice: if you're a dessert lover like we are, it's a little too small to share! Get the s'mores AND another dessert so you can share both and try something else on the menu. Such a great date-night experience from beginning to end. We'll definitely be back!

I especially love the grilled salmon, and my go-to is usually the steak and chicken bowl with vegetables and either white or brown rice. My husband loves their chicken bowl as well. Everything we've tried has always tasted fresh and high quality at a very fair price. Recently though, after the ownership change, I became disappointed because instead of the delicious teriyaki sauce in the little takeout containers, we were only given salty soy sauce packets and chili sauce packets. It completely changed the experience for me, and honestly made me not want to come back. I finally decided to call and speak with Bob. I explained how much we missed the original teriyaki sauce and how the portions had started feeling skimpy compared to the past. Bob was wonderful. He listened, cared, and simply said, "I got you. I'll take care of you." And wow....he absolutely did. The steak and teriyaki chicken bowl I received was one of the best I've ever had from Top Grill. The portions were generous again, the food was fresh and flavorful, and that delicious teriyaki sauce was back! My husband loved his chicken bowl too. Customer service really matters, and Bob completely changed our experience. Because of him, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Bob, for caring about your customers.
