Soup leaking through bag

I guess it's my fault for trying to get some food while I'm sick. I should have cooked a meal for myself while I'm sick. I spent $20 on food from Panera, drove home and realized the soup completely soaked through and ruined my car seat. I rushed back to Panera to get a refund because now I have to pay for my car to get cleaned and they only refunded me for the soup. I didn't eat the sandwich or the pastry I BOUGHT. The drink had so much ice in it I practically had 1 1/2 sips. I spent $20 on food that I didn't eat and haven't gotten a refund yet for. I spent $30 cleaning my car because I had to get it professionally don't after the tomato soup leaked. And now I haven't eaten in two days because I don't have money to pay for any more food, thanks Panera :) I love getting Panera when I'm sick! And I love not eating since I got Panera when I'm sick.

Apple

They gave me a bad apple. I am genuinely concerned to try my other items. I am very disappointed.

Got a half a cup os Creamy Tomato Soup - Group

I ordered a cup of soup with my sandwich and got a half a cup of soup when I opened the bag when I got home! What the heck?! And also tipped them $2 on the app. Disappointing. UPDATE: I updated to 2 stars because I submitted my complaint on the app and got a quick response from guest services and offer to rectify the experience. That is very much appreciated. I hope the manager can let their employees know not to fill the cup of soup halfway.

I've had Panera 3 days in a row. A colleague bought everyone breakfast sandwiches and I was in love w the sandwiches that I had to try the other ones w my kids. The Chipotle chicken w egg, avocado and gouda on ciabatta is bomb!! Full of flavor and that sauce is delicious!! The Avocado, egg white, tomatoes, and spinach on sprouted grain bagel is so good and light!! The bread here is always good. I don't feel sluggish or blehh after eating here. I love that they don't put other unnecessary ingredients in their breads. The strawberry lemon-mint drink is delicious too!! Very refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. This location always brings your orders out fast. Tables are always clean and employees are friendly. Highly recommend!!

Checking and signing only to still have items missing, and my drink spilling onto me as she hands it to me. No napkins no utensils.

Interesting place. Various breads, sandwiches, salads, drinks, pies, cookies, donuts, and bagels. The breads are quite delicious, and the toasted baguette sandwich with mozzarella and pepperoni was very crunchy and good. And paired well with a Cesar salad and iced tea. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere! Recommend for breakfast or lunch

I was in the shopping center running errands, it was dinner time, hubby and I love big sandwiches…read moreso we decided to try this place. We ordered the 18" Italian sub. The lady who made the sandwich did a great job. She asked if I was eating it right away, which we weren't, so she suggested putting the oil and vinegar on the side so the bread didn't get soggy. Showed she cared . She suggested some sandwiches to try next time while she was bagging up my order, and the vibe I got from her interest in the customer was that she may have been an owner. When I got home and hubby and I unwrapped the sandwich, it looked perfect. She did this thing with one of the meats where it was folded and a little bit on top, just on one side which made it look nice and kept the lettuce from just falling out. We added liberal amounts of (our own) olive oil and their red wine vinegar. The sandwiches were great - packed full, fresh ingredients, made with care. We will definitely be back. She said they roast their turkey fresh which is a plus! Thank you for a great meal! And although I did take out, I had a chance to check out the restaurant - there are windows (looked nice and sparkly clean) along two walls which made the place nice and open. It was clean and felt comfortable!

They got our order wrong and mixed up with another customer's order. When my husband went up to inform them, the other lady, not Arielle, took the sandwich and threw it away in a huff and told my husband dryly, his sandwich would be re-made. The other sandwiches were dry and bland. With service and food like this, it's getting harder and harder to support the high minimum wage and the tipping. I like to support food industry, but this type of service is makes not want to tip. What a disappointment

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the delicious aroma of cookies and freshly baked goods. The gentleman at the register told me that breakfast and lunch are served all day, which was a pleasant surprise! I ordered the protein bowl, an iced matcha latte, and a white chocolate raspberry cookie. Everything was absolutely delicious. The cookie arrived first. It had a chewy texture with bits of raspberry and small morsels of white chocolate throughout. The protein bowl was packed with all the best breakfast staples--eggs, potatoes, bacon, and tons of melted cheese on top. The iced matcha latte was refreshing and flavorful; however, it wasn't sweetened, so keep that in mind if you prefer sweeter drinks. Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone working there was kind and friendly, and the food was both filling and delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

The sandwiches are such a good size, that my mom and I have decided to make it a mission to try ever single sandwich on the menu. Every. Single. One. I order on the app, and it's been 3 for 3 of the order being ready right on time and special instructions have always been followed. Every interaction with the team has been a pleasant one. The ambiance, gives the sandwich shop vibes (that's a good thing!). Clean, organized, bright, cool, and the team vibes just add to the goodness of it all. Also, sorry I don't have photos. First time eating it and felt sick by the end of the night with food poison symptoms until the next two days. I gave it a rest and went back to give it a try again. Within a few hours and it being the only thing I ate I start feeling the same symptoms as before. For both my friend and I to start feeling symptoms from the same place was a red flag. But then going back and it happening again, also letting my husband try it and it happens to him too was no coincidence. I called and honestly it didn't feel taken seriously. Spoke to the manager Brian said he would be talking to the GM and they would be talking to the regional manager. Still no update though? And to continually get told "well we've been eating the sandwiches and nothing happened" Okay that's nice and good for you guys but both times now and we get food poison symptoms? Come to find out a friend tried it last year too and got sick. It seems like a constant pattern with this place. I think they need a heavy audit of ingredient distributors, expiration dates etc.

Last time, my fiancée and I came in on our engagement day to celebrate with brunch and were turned away at the door because we had iced coffees from next door. Real classy way to treat customers. Management never responded to that review. Shocker. So against my better judgment, I gave them another shot this morning. Here's what happened: I have a gluten allergy. I told my waitress. I specifically asked her to check whether one of the menu items was gluten-free -- which she did -- and I clearly asked for my toast on a separate plate so my wife could have it. Simple request. Clear communication. Done. Food came out with bread sitting directly on top of everything on my plate. When I pointed out the mistake and reminded them of my allergy, the person who delivered the food had the audacity to respond with an irritated "I guess we are going to have to remake the food." You messed up the order. The attitude is completely backwards. Then my waitress came back to tell me she "didn't know" about my allergy. I stated it twice and had her look something up because of it. Either she didn't write it down, or the kitchen ignored it entirely. Either way -- a gluten allergy isn't a preference, it's a health issue. First plate took 15 minutes. Remake took another 15. While sitting outside waiting, we overheard our waitress telling another table their order had also been messed up by the kitchen. So it's not just us. Let's be honest about what The Mill serves: basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. This isn't a Michelin-starred tasting menu. It's breakfast. And you still managed to get it wrong twice in one visit. The "breakfast pizza" I've tried before wasn't good either. And the apple chicken sausage? It tastes like wet dog food -- I don't know what's in that but it should not be on the menu. To their credit, they remade the food and our waitress was pleasant despite everything. The hal-o-penyo sauce was genuinely good. That's it. That's the entire list of positives. The real issue is systemic. The kitchen staff is either disorganized or resentful about their own mistakes. Communication between the floor and the kitchen is nonexistent. Management clearly doesn't care -- they didn't respond to my last review, and nothing has changed. A restaurant that can't handle allergy requests for a scrambled eggs order is not a restaurant that takes its customers seriously. I gave you two chances. You burned both. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends and family know exactly what to expect here.

The guy at the counter told me that a pound would be about 4 oxtails. I remember thinking, damn, that's it? -- especially because the total came out to $60. On my way home, I noticed the box in the bag was tiny and extremely light. I opened it and there were only TWO oxtails inside. I called and asked if my order had been messed up. The woman explained that no, the oxtails were supposedly a pound because they were larger than usual. I asked, "So half a pound is basically one oxtail?" She said yes. I got home and actually weighed the oxtails myself. Long behold, they were not a pound. At that point, it's not even about the number of oxtails anymore. It's about being told something weighs a certain amount, paying $60, and then finding out it doesn't. I used to defend this business online, but after this experience? Fuck 'em. I won't be back.
